This backsplash is a genuine do-it-yourself product but does require some planning. Be sure to measure, cut and trial fit each piece carefully before you remove the backing so you are sure of placement because there is no removing or adjusting tiles after wall contact is made. I tried not very successfully with a knife and scissors before I got out my tin snips and then the cutting became easy. I was not entirely satisfied with the seams as they showed up plainly on some of the joints. Got a little drywall mud and mixed in a few drops of grey latex paint and filled in the visible cracks with a putty knife. Let it set a few minutes and then wiped it all down with a damp rag. Don't know if that is a permanent fix but it looks fine now and since there is no constant water present, I'm hoping it will last. Enclosed a few photos of the project and a before and after of the crack fix method.

These made my coffee trailer look so much better! Super easy to use and easy to cut and fit. They STICK so make sure you put it where you want it. The “gold” accent pieces are super durable, different material than the rest

Beautiful product easy to install. You’ll want a small pair of tin snips though if you need to trim them. I’m planning to get more to completely redo our main bathroom and getting a second color for my sons! The price is right and the ease of install meant I wasn’t frustrated and cursing at the project. The color is even better than in the pictures. I only have a partial install done to cover a hole where I had to replace some plumbing and these are holding up well with daily use. The size makes for a fast cover; it does mean there’s more trimming. The backs are a little hard to peel; but if you use a putty knife or utility knife the paper does come off. So far keeping them clean as been a breeze just wipe down with a little Clorox clean up and they look just like they did out of the box!

I wanted to change my backsplash in my campervan and I decide to go with this look and brand. It arrived on time and not damaged. It’s easy to cut and snap the tiles. I recommend a heavy duty pair of scissors to help cut and a razor blade. The tiles were easy to cut or snap. Easy to line up and the adhesion is good. I installed last night so I can’t speak of the longevity of the adhesive or the tiles. In my experience of adhesive tiles I’ve tried prior to this one, this one is the easy and quickest and definitely more cost effective.

This stuff is very easy to install. One thing I highly recommend, lay these tiles out in a well ventilated area and let them offgas for several days before installing them. This was not mentioned in any of the reviews or install instructions, but PVC by its nature, emits gases. The whole process of offgassing only takes about a week, but the fumes on this stuff are potent. They irritated my throat, as well as my daughters for several days after installation. We opened the doors and ran the exhaust fan, but this was not mentioned on the product packaging or anywhere in the installation instructions. Use a well ventilated area to allow the tiles to off gas before you put them up on your walls. After you install them on your walls wipe them down to also clear off any residue.I found it most effective to use a set of poultry scissors, that are designed to cut through bone as opposed to using a razor to cut these. When you are installing it, you will definitely want to start with a leveling line and not just work from your counter up. Focus on making sure the joints between the tiles are tightly aligned. Used to be to caulk around the edges to close those gaps. Make make sure you’re certain before you press the suckers down because they stick for real!Other than that, these are great! I would’ve given them five stars if the packaging and instructions had mentioned allowing these to ventilate before installing. I’ve bought some more to do another area of my house, but will allow them to ventilate outdoors on my back porch for several days before I do that.

Purchased these tiles to wrap my kitchen island and the project turned out so well. Easy to work with easy to manage. I would highly recommend these four backsplash projects.

They are very sticky, even over laminate and vinyl surfaces like my kitchen counter backsplash. I love haw these tiles turned out, even though they took work. My home was built in the 40's when nothing was squared and or leveled when built, so the walls were slanted in places and not even. I had to sperate some sections and with extra pieces, cut them to fit any gaps, with a little light grey caulk to fill in tiny gaps, it turned out beautiful! The would recommend these tile, but with surfaces like mine, lightly sand with a light grade sand block first, then wipe clean for a better bond. If they can stand grease particles from frying foods, I will order more to do the wall behind and on the side of stove. Very durable the price was right and the texture was great, didn't feel cheap and yes the thickness was, not heavy or thin, but just right, I didn't have to struggle to cut them with Meat scissors.

Look so nice had vinyl wallpaper and removed it behind my stove to be able to clean better

Installed full backsplash in about 3.5 hours. Easy to cut to size with heavy duty scissors. Looks like the real thing for a fraction of the price. Love the finished look.Recommend starting at a less visible spot until you get the hang of it. Dry fit a couple of times to ensure everything is lined up before exposing adhesive. I would peel about half of the backing and get a snug fit before peeling the rest.

Very easy to put on, the color was great through every tile. Easy to cut when needed, great value for the money paid, no need for grouting to achieve a great look!

Bought the marble white and silver tiles to renovate a dark wall in our campervan. The tile is beautiful and high quality. The only reason I dropped it a star, is because it's a bugger to cut and install!I used a sharp utility knife (changing blade often) ruler, and pliers as my main tools. You're supposed to use a level and mark a line as a guide. However in a RV where nothing is level or square for that matter, that is almost impossible.I created paper templates to start which definitely helped before cutting the tile. Then after I cut the tile, I dry placed it to double check. The other issue I had was all the different levels tiles moved slightly as it was being stuck to the wall! Especially if you had no choice but to roll it on say from the bottom to the top. It looked different than it did dry placed. This would mess up the tile next to it too! Grrr...We ended up taking a heat gun and scraper to remove one of the tiles! Followed by rubbing alcohol to clean off remaining residue.Would I do it again? Not on your life LOL. This tile in a house with straight walls....for sure. In a RV...I would use something easier.But I do love the look and we have some caulking to do to cover gaps. There are a lot of mistakes but I don't think anyone will notice really lol
