I originally bought some real down throw pillows from a popular brand on Amazon, but they smelled so bad, it was disgusting… imagine sniffing the mud from a pig pen.. figured I’d try coop since I bought a bed pillow from them years ago and it’s been great. Pillow is soft, doesn’t get super firm when you put your head on it like some other alternative materials, and doesn’t stink. Love em.

Getting more cause they're so comfy! I also have the bed pillows and they're amazing too. Best pillow co out there... and I've tried them all. The couch pillows keep form even after being used for long periods and don't flatten.

Coop lives up to their reputation - these throw pillow inserts are thick, soft, and extremely comfortable. My family has to fight over who gets to use them, haha...There is a hole that lets you remove (or add) filling if you prefer, but we use them with all the filling inside. They stay consistently spry with no flattening at all; no fluffing required.There was an ever-so-slight smell when we first opened them, but this is normal for pillows. The smell cleared after giving them a day to off-gas.I will say that Coop makes it really hard to find their brand of covers for these... I was hoping to pair these with their own brand of covers to get the "full Coop experience", how I would assume they are intended to be used, but I had a lot of trouble finding them. I'm pretty sure they offer them, they have info about covers on their website, but I had absolutely no luck. Maybe I'm just looking in the wrong places... It's probably really obvious but I'm only willing to put so much effort into it. I got some generic covers for these and they work great - these fit perfectly inside and filled the covers out well, no annoying void space.Overall I'd absolutely recommend, these are great pillows at what I'd consider to be a very reasonable price.

I recently got a new couch and pillow covers and was on the hunt for the right inserts, and these ended up being a great pick. The pillows are fluffy and comfortable right out of the packaging, and I appreciated that they’re adjustable, allowing you to prefer a firmer or softer feel. The only downside to adjustability is that removing filling can get a little messy, so I haven’t done it yet.I’ve had them for about three months now, and they’ve held their shape really well with no flattening or clumping. They’re cozy enough to lounge or nap on, and I didn’t notice any chemical smell when unboxing, which was a big plus. I’m not an expert on throw pillow pricing, but for the quality so far, these feel like a solid value.If you’re looking for durable, comfortable inserts that can be customized to fit your style, this set is definitely worth considering.

Amazon keeps deleting my review so I will have to be brief and just say that the materials have changed for this product from what they used to be - significantly decreasing the quality and aesthetic of the pillows. There is a HUGE difference between the 'old', thick, soft, visibly & textually high-quality throws Coop used to have to these cheap ones. There's nothing setting them apart from any other pillow anymore.As the owner of 14 Coop pillows, I'm very disappointed having bought this from the same listing in my order history that I bought their older high-quality 18" throws from. Both their 18", and their 20" throws (got a 2-pack of each recently) have had this change in both sleeve and stuffing material. Neither has memory foam anymore, and you can sure feel it. The cloth is also nowhere near as dreamy soft as it used to be. They are more white than the old cream colored ones (all pillows in these images are unused, unwashed, and have never been put inside a cover - these are their natural colors vs these now bleached ones, and they'd have a pillow case on them anyway so who cares if they do look old/used if they're beige vs white?).I would not recommend, and will continue to watch this formerly loved brand as they downgrade their materials. At least the price is in-line, I just thought I was getting a deal on a high quality pillow. But no, these are just $8 run-of-the-mill cheap chinese-quality pillows. I got my two 18" on sale for $17, and two 20" for $16 which seems about right. I'd wanted some nice ones though, so am still in the market for throw pillows having just bought four throw pillows from Coop which is annoying.

These pillow inserts are very well made. The down alternative fill feels soft but still supportive, and what I like the most is that they’re fully adjustable. You can add or remove filling to make them firmer or softer depending on how you want the pillow to sit on your couch or bed.The 18x18 size fits perfectly into my pillow covers and gives them a full, plush look. The fill distributes evenly and the pillows keep their shape nicely after being used. The material also feels breathable and comfortable to the touch.I appreciate that they are Oeko Tex certified, which gives some extra confidence about the quality and safety of the materials. The stitching and overall construction feel durable enough for long term daily use. No smell and perfect thickness.Overall, these are excellent pillow inserts with great adjustability and comfort. These pillows arrived in a compact package but puffed up pretty immediately. There is a good amount of stuffing and they are actually quite comfortable to sit with. They seem to be a fair to good value for the money, comfortable, and the right size for using with a cover. They have a zipper opening on one side, so it is easy to take out the stuffing and wash as needed, refill, or replace. There wasn’t any off smell with these, but I had set them out for a day already once I opened them. The pillow feels really nice, too. It is soft, smooth, and a good material. Obviously a cover is a good idea, but if you just need a white pillow, this would work for that as well. Would buy again!
