Huge are of shade, surprisingly stable, and easy enough for one person to set up. I bought this for a recent family beach trip and it was one of the best purchases I’ve made for beach days. Plenty of room for 6–8 people plus coolers, chairs, and toys without feeling cramped. It creates a nice big shaded zone that actually stays useful even as the sun moves. Setup was straightforward and took me about 5–7 minutes the first time!

Quality shade and quality product.We really liked this tent. It was easy to set up and everything Included was good quality products.Pro: lots of space and shade. Compact and easy to carry. Set up wasn’t bad at all. We got it set up in about 5 minutes.Con: if it’s a windy day it is a little tricky to set up. Need to check the wind direction.In the instructions they don’t specify this but MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THE DIRECTION OF THE WIND! This product looks like an A frame tent. Make sure the larger opening is open against the wind so the wind flows through the large opening part of the tent. The first day we didn’t do this and I was afraid the poles were going to break. But they didn’t.The final day we set up correctly and the tent poles and tent itself was windy and stable. Stability is good you just need to make sure you set up right.The sand compartments are extremely helpful. We actually buried it in the sand. It was sturdy.

After one hour I had to concede on putting this up. It was a little windy at the beach and this captured all the wind. Felt like I was trying to nail down a kite to the ground for shade. Having one person hold the pole which we dug into the ground and it was still moving, there was no hope. Saw a similar more expensive product that had zero issues on this day. This could be great material for a kite or when there are no wind in the area. Nice bag and materials.

It's huge with the wings, so you will need a big yard or beach.It is a simple design. It provides tons of shade. It allows breezes from all directions.The quality is better than expected. Nice Turquoise and silver colors.It was only $30If you showed me this, I would be surprised to learn that it costs less than $80It also comes with additional line and stakes to further secure the poles, which I could do because we get storms.But I'm also thinking of lowering it at night, if I can do so with just one or two moves.I did not fill the sandbags with sand, even though my soil here is yellow sand.I used the stakes, which required me to pull them out and adjust them for the first use.If you use the sandbags instead, then you can just drag them into the perfect spot as you raise the shade.It is very nice under there.I will now figure out where to install the misting system ...and possibly, mount my hammock?This will be my afternoon escape when it can reach 100 degrees in my trailer.I'm close to the back door so the music is loud, or a podcast if I prefer.Just me, the cat, the birds, the squirrels, the raccoons, the tomatoes, the palms, and occasionally a possum

Worked better than expected! One person set up (on the second day after knowing how to set it up) in less than 10 minutes with wind! For the price and shade cover, this was a great purchase!

We bought this to use at the beach in Florida and the first day we used it it broke due to the wind. Maybe if the wind wasn’t so rough it would’ve been fine but definitely recommend a tent that has no “walls” and is fully flat at the top with 4 poles holding it up and not just two.

This Beach Shade is the worse think I have purchase!!! You cannot use it as the wind at the Beach won't let you set it up.If you manage to stand it up when there is no wind, give it time and the wind will pick up and bring it down.Don't waits you money. I missed the return windows and I will have to make modifications in order to use it, as it only has two post that do not provide enough support. Easy to setup, what a joke.

I really really like this cool giant shade cover.The kids already love it too, as before I was finishing setting it up they couldn't wait to get their little chairs, blankets and towels under it.The overall setup is extremely easy. As easy as propping up a tent.The tent material is excellent as it does a good job blocking out the sun. We also tested the tent fabric by spraying water over top of it. The water beaded and dipped off easily without soaking in.When totally set up this entire cover takes up a lot of space because it spans 7 meters wide.With its wide open concept, there was no risk of it blowing over during some approx 20+ km wind gusts. Plus the 4 spanned out wings are of a mesh material so wind just flows right through.One advice I would like to share is that this shade canopy is basically an elevated two sided tent.It's best to be mindful of which direction the sun is and set up your ground plot where one of the sloping sides of the canopy is facing the sun for maximum shade.After I set mine up, I realized the canopy opening (best walk through) was facing the sun and the shade was not as plentiful so I have to take it down and set it up again.After doing that it was perfectOn a side note, this would also work for camping, though would need to have a large cleared area.The peak top of the canopy is tall enough where a picnic table would fit right under it.

This thing was pretty easy to set up, but do beware that it will not stay up in strong winds. Over on the Northumberland Streit in Nova Scotia, we get a lot of gusts. It held up quite well in mile to medium wind, but when it got really gusty, it did come down. If you’re in a slightly calmer area, it’s gonna work great. It was not difficult to put up. Even if you lose the instructions, it’s very intuitive. We did have to use rocks as extra support because of the wind

This is such a practical shade cover! I like that the concept is open compared to the other tent like model we had since it's more breathable and less cramped! Our other one used to get so hot inside that i was always worried our kids would overheat during their nap so this is so much better. The height goes up to 6.6ft so most people can stand in the middle. It was easy to setup and only took a few minutes including filling up the sand bags to add weight at the bottom. We haven't had much wind so I'm not able to comment on that specific aspect but we really loved it! This would also be perfect to setup in your backyard to get a bit more shade for kids table or to sit under during parties. The quality is very nice and it seems like it will last a long time.
