I’m new to protein shakes but I researched and found this one, which was ranked high and is said to be clean and balanced.I recommend it. It tastes great. No chalkiness whatsoever. The first cup pictured I spoon stirred with almond milk which is hard to mix. (You can see the clumps) Any cold drink is hard to mix with the protein. And if you must use cold, put the powder in first.The second tall mug I mixed with room temperature water, which was easier, and no clumps.Then I used the suggested method of shaker cup (that has the metal ball inside) That is the easiest and quickest way. No clumps.I did not use a blender.Note the directions say if you use milk, use a plant based milk.One thing I did not like is how much you have to use; 2 scoops for the 21 grams of protein. These scoops are huge.Also, I was surprised the calories are 150. That adds up quickly when you’re drinking two or three servings a day, to get the protein intake.Again, I do recommend.
