When two coworkers came into work sick, coughing and sneezing everywhere, I began my search for an air filter! This one is reasonably priced, very quiet, and small enough to fit on the edge of my desk. Loving that it has a medical grade filter, to filter out .1 microns. All the rest that I could find in this price range were to filter out .3 microns.Before use, just don’t forget to remove the bottom and pop out the filter, to take it out of the plastic bag!! I almost didn’t read the instructions, and started it up immediately out of the box. After reading the little booklet, I found that the filter is wrapped – and it won’t filter anything out of the air of course, if you leave it in the plastic bag. Set-up is a breeze, nothing complicated.The only thing I don’t like is that when you change settings, it gives 1 beep, really loud – so it’s tough to be inconspicuous in a super quiet office. These people are easily offended, and bizarre enough, I think they are upset that I brought in an air filter. It’s hideous when people come to work sick, and spread their illness to unsuspecting victims – especially when they have the ability to work from home! So, with this purifier, plus a stash of spray sanitizers, I’m hoping to stay healthy this winter.

Hello Everyone, I purchased this air purifier earlier this month. The first night I tried it I had the most comfortable sleep ever. This air purifier really cleans the air, from any bad odor you might have in your bedroom or any other living space you might use it at. It comes with a oil diffuser which is a plus. I find citrus 🍊 oil scent pleasing along with eucalyptus. It has 3 settings on the fan and the sound is quite alright with me. If you have it on low or medium you could barely hear it. It has a 4 to 8 hour shutoff timer. I set mines on 4 just to give it a rest. It also gives you the option of not setting the timer and you can turn it off on your own when you want to. I am super happy with my purchase. At first I was a bit skeptical 🤨 to but due to some reviews and comments here on Amazon. But like I always say.....you have to be your own judge and see how this Himox Air Purifier works for you. So far so good 😊 I have no complaints. I also love the design of the purifier, it resembles a speaker. I hope my review helps.

Updated May 2020. The company reached out an sent a replacement. Their customer is great and will work with you to get to a solution. The replacement works great. Quiet and perfect for a massage room.April 2020: 1st reviewI like the design and look of the air purifier. It is easy to setup and use. I like the idea of the aromatherapy area but doubt if I use it because this is for a massage room. I don't want to switch for each client. The unit is very noisy and the fan makes different noisy when it is on. As I am writing this review, it literally stopped and there wasnt a timer on. I just received it 20 minutes ago and now it has possibly died? Will return immediately. Don't bother purchasing. I am now back on the hunt and need one asap for work. Bummer.

Very pleased with the device.The description of the cleaning agent says that it can filter out 99.97% of dust, pet hair, pollen, smoke, household odors and all kinds of unpleasant odors.Intuitive controls that do not require long instructions for use, even allow not too technically advanced person to enable and test various functions.When turned on, the unit is noisy, showing how persistently it is struggling with harmful impurities in my apartment.Immediately there is a feeling of clean air after work, it becomes cleaner in the apartment, it is immediately very noticeable. Humidifies the air captures a sufficiently large area for cleaning.We use it recently but have already managed to appreciate the importance and practicality of this air purifier.

I’ve had this purifier since September and have loved it. It definitely helps with my allergies. Very easy to use. There are different speeds, high of course will be the loudest but never bothered me. Kind of like white noise. When it came time to change the filter I couldn’t believe how much dust along with god knows what else it had collected. It took awhile to get a replacement filter due to the harbor shipment delays I believe, but the seller was kind enough to send me one for free as soon as they received the shipment. I usually keep mine at the lowest speed at a timed setting(: there also is a scent pad you can add some of your favorite essential oil to. Haven’t really tried that but regardless, I’ve been happy with this purchase.

I was really hoping to like this air purifier more, so here we go. The beep when turning it on/off is loud. It was loud enough to surprise me and if you want to turn it off at night, you could wake some one up because of it. The buttons are not easy to see in the dark, but when they are on at night, it's annoyingly bright. I am disappointed in the timer function. You press it once for a 4 hour timer, but it blinks for the whole 4 hours, so if you're planning to use this in your bedroom at night, you'll need to cover the panel because the blinking is noticable. I have tried the essential oil feature and I can't notice the smell much. The noise level is fine on low, it's like having white noise in the background. Easy to use, easy to install the filter. I bought two of these due to the compact size and having two smaller bedrooms. Because of the loud beeps when selecting the options (one is in my kid's room and I don't want to wake them by turning it off at night) and the vibrant blue light, I may end up returning this sadly.
