These borosilicate glass containers are excellent for meal prep and food storage. The glass feels thick and durable, and I really like that it’s microwave and freezer safe without any worries about staining or odors. The tempered lids seal tightly and keep food fresh with no leaks. The 35.2oz size is perfect for full meals, and the 5-pack is very convenient for weekly prep. Easy to clean and much better than plastic containers. Highly recommend!

The quality of this glass lunch box is excellent — it’s really amazing! I’m surprised that some people say it’s not good. I honestly think this is the best quality lunch box I’ve ever used! The only thing is that the lid is designed to be quite tight, so you need to use a little bit of force to close it properly, but that actually gives it a very good seal. Very thick quality!

UPDATE: Now I KNOW I am not keeping these Borohouse containers!! The original review was written right after unpacking/washing the units. Now that I have actually used them for the first (and last) time, I plan to toss these. I bought two sets of five containers. When I put some food into the dishes and tried to attach the lids, three of the first set of five would not close correctly. Two of the second set would not close. I tried removing and adjusting the lids several times, but the flaps simply would not snap over the rim of the containers. Five out of ten failed! I decided to use them anyway, then tried to stack the units so I could be put in the freezer. They won't stack safely! The steam vent on top of the lids makes the top container wobble around when placed over another closed unit. What??!! I ended up taking up every square inch of my freezer shelves because the containers had to be placed in a single layer. Who the heck would come up with such an unsafe, clumsy, impractical design? Couldn't have been anyone who has ever used a kitchen and has stored food. These idiotic containers are so bad then I won't even foist them onto Goodwill. Trash!The three stars are for borosilicate glass, which is the main reason I bought these. Two stars off for the following: (1) God awful lid design. WAY too many deep grooves, nooks and crannies that hold water and provide hidey holes where bacteria and/or mold can form. The grooves are so deep around the edges, there isn't a way to get them dry. I do the best I can to wash the lids but still can't be sure the lids are clean. I have not found a way to get all the water-trapping crannies dry, so I lay the lids out around the kitchen and check every few hours. It takes 2 days or more for the trapped water to dry. If you are like me and want a clean kitchen, the drying mess cluttering up your kitchen may not be for you. Also, when I think the lids are dry enough to store, I start stacking them and usually find water oozing out from under the seal that goes around the lid. (2) I have been using Rubbermaid Brilliance. The Borohouse design is half as tall as the Brilliance, so they are made longer and wider to accommodate the same amount of food. That takes up too much space both in the fridge and in the pantry. I may give these to Goodwill and buy the Brilliance glass containers. Those are easier to clean and dry and take up less space.

I tested it thoroughly with soups, and it's completely leakproof—no spills. And glass being easy to clean and odor-resistant, makes daily use an absolute breeze. From its durability down to every little detail, I love it to bits. It’s turned my daily meal prep into a joy.

Good storage containers, clear glass, easy to clean. However, its hard to lock all four sides. The vent on the top sticks out, so can't stack more than 2.

I bought 2 sets mainly because the top is also glass and can go into the microwave. On first use i microwaved with the top on and locked in place. Since then I have be unable to lock all four tabs. I thought it was a fluke. Used another just placing the lid over semi hot food for covering and the same thing happened. Nice product but lid locks are great sensitive.

Love the thick matching glass tops look more stylish and better quality than the plastic ones you get and they are a really nice bigger size. I thought they were rather expensive when I first see them but glad I finally purchased and gave them a chance. They are great for left over lunches for work (have the ability to put straight in the microwave with the lid vent) and ideal for storing food in the fridge. I still think they are good value for money even now after using them as the seal has also held with no spillages yet. Looking to replace all my old plastic containers now!

Arrived well packaged. Very aesthetically pleasing & the perfect size for meals. The lids fit well, are leak proof, and keep the food fresh. Made from good quality materials, I’d definitely recommend these containers. The price point may seem high, but I’d say it’s worth it as these will last for a very long time
