These ZMA capsules are a great supplement. I can speak for the fitness aspect of them but they have definitely improved my sleep quality. At first I thought that perhaps it was just in my head but after taking them for several weeks now I feel that I am more well rested in the morning when I wake up. It is also easier for me to wake up and I’ve found that I usually wake up on the first alarm rather than hitting snooze several times. I also feel that an unintended side effect of these has been an improvement in my mood. I definitely feel calmer and more patient especially when with my children. I’m not sure if I can attribute that to these capsules directly or if that is due to me feeling more rested. All in all I would recommend these. I purchased to bottles of the 180 caps and will definitely purchase more when I run out.

Taken just before bedtime, I see a noticeable difference in sleep quality. I sleep deeper, spend less time waking, and have more vivid dreams. I also don't seem to get sick very often, which I attribute to the zinc in ZMA. I HIGHLY recommend this supplement!

Took this ZMA at bedtime after workouts and I’m actually sleeping deeper. Waking up feeling less sore, which is a big win. The zinc, magnesium & B6 combo is solid. Highly recommend!

These pills are overall good, I take them before bed. I do notice that I have a better sleep without feeling foggy in the morning. The only part about these pills I don’t like is the pills outer shell is a little plastic like, but if you have no problem swallowing pills it’s not a big deal.

My husband and I both take this at night. Helps with muscle recovery and sleep. It is one of few that don't "repeat", meaning we don't burp up a weird taste after taking them.

I've bought this repeatedly, very reliable brand for ZMA. I know my body absorbs it well because if I take the prescribed dosage at night, I urgently have to go to the bathroom the next morning, haha. No stomach upset though, so that's good. Mild diarrhea is the only side effect I don't love, but other than that, very useful supplement for very active people.

I love NOW Foods ZMA. I've tried just magnesium for relaxation and sleep, but I believe ZMA works better. I've also tried other brands of ZMA, but I believe Now Foods is superior. I will definitely buy again.

I've been using this product on and off for the last two years -- primarily during heavy training periods -- and I believe that it has really helped me.Taking these pills results in exceptionally deep, refreshing sleep, with extremely vivid dreams. And if I do wake up in the middle of the night, I will fall back to sleep almost immediately. I can say subjectively that I seem to feel better refreshed and less sore the next day if I take this after a tough workout. And interestingly, while I usually sleep around 8 hours each night, if I take these I'll wake up fully alert after only 7 hours. I am sorry to report that I haven't experienced the wonderful sex dreams reported by some others; I'll keep trying!A warning: I would recommend taking these at least 30 minutes -- maybe even 60 -- before bed. And only take them if you have at least 8 hours before you need to do anything productive. If you don't give them enough time, e.g. if you take them at midnight at get up at 5:00, they will leave you groggy and disoriented instead of thoroughly refreshed. And I can say without a doubt that these things are not placebos: I accidentally took them one morning instead of the supplement I meant to take, after a full night's sleep, and for the next 8 hours I could barely keep my eyes open.The bottle says to take 3 pills, but I've found that 2 of them is enough for me. (I weigh 165 lbs and concentrate on running; YMMV if you're heavier and/or a bodybuilder.)All in all, I highly recommend giving these a shot if you want better sleep and better recovery. I'm absolutely a believer.

Completely unacceptable, I received the item and the capsules inside have broken. The bottle looks like it is 100 years old will 💯 not be able to use and think it is disgraceful that the item was delivered in this state!!!! DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM FROM THIS OPTION.

Did the product help with recovery and better night sleep, certainly felt like it.However, it smelled and tasted awful, possibly due to bad storing conditions.
