I purchased this for my college aged, coffee obsessed daughter and she absolutely loves it! Everytime she comes home for the weekend, she uses ours and makes all these fancy coffee drinks so I bought one for her dorm room for Christmas. Our machine cost 4x the amount of this one and I honestly think this one works better. Perfect size, small enough to fit on a small side table in her room since she doesn’t have much room. It makes a perfect cup of coffee or espresso, and comes with a frother which I made sure it has since she’s the only one who uses that feature on ours everytime. Bonus is that it comes with some pods to get you started. Works perfectly, no issues. Easy set up, easy to clean. The only negative I can think of is that it’s expensive to buy the pods this machine requires as opposed to coffee for a coffee pot, but she thinks it’s worth the expense!

The Breville version of the Nespresso Plus Deluxe Espresso Maker is outstanding. All of the kitchen equipment that I have, micorwave, chinese deep fryer, etc are most excellent and have never failed. A bit more expensive than most but always excellent. I have a Breville full espresso machine with grinder, etc but I got tired of the daily time consuming process of making espresso. I drink a couple of cups a day. Hence, the Breville. It is worth the money. The Aeroccino milk heating and frothing machine is good but it needs a small spatula to extract the foam. But it works well. I'd buy again.

Coffee taste way better now. Way better. Quality of the product is superb. The motorized open and close is a good touch. The water tank position is adjustable and that solves my kitchen counter space problem. Functionality - Easy one button function. No option for large coffee mug option. Infact it's better not to drink that much espresso. However I noticed the temperature of the coffee tends to be little less warm then my Keurig. Noise level is more than Keurig. Overall I love it.

The quality of the coffee, espresso and latte blows our Breville espresso machine and Keurig machine out of the water.The VertuoLine capsules are reasonably priced and produce the perfect espresso with just the right amount of rich, frothy crema. Best of all, they're not plastic, so your coffee doesn't pick up any packaging flavours.The machine is very simple to set up and use right out of the box, and you'll be itching to take advantage of the sample pack of capsules included with your purchase.The cup tray is easily adjustable to ensure your cup is at the proper height to avoid splashes while brewing. The spent capsules automatically eject into a built-in waste bin. Breville really has thought of everything with this one.You may notice the absence of negative comments in this review; that's because I have none.As a final note, I strongly recommend that you also purchase the Aeroccino 3 milk frother. I have tested this with a variety of animal and nut milks, both warm and cold, and have not been disappointed.

I love my Nespresso coffee maker - it makes great quality coffee, much better tasting than the other major brands (I have the coffee maker on my desk at work so I don't have to drink or office provided (cheaper) pod brand). We have both the Vertuo and the Original line Nespresso coffee makers and I find the Vertuo is superior. The one downside is expense - the coffee pods are quite expensive.

I am loving this unit. It produces flavourful coffees always. The company has a wide variety of types and flavours. Strangely enough the unit uses centrifical forces to produce smooth flavoured coffee with a foamy finish... so I have not used the milk frother for foam as yet.

If you like coffee at a premium price then this is the machine for you. Just be aware this is the Vertuo design and uses the vertuo coffee capsules exclusively. Ours worked great right out of the box after initial cleaning.

My machine has started to leak coffee all over the base. It’s been incredibly frustrating to try to repair. It seems to be a known issue yet nespresso has been unable to help me resolve this problem. I have called twice to their support and all in all have gotten now where.
