I was apprehensive to buy this because I have not heard of the brand before. I have had this over 6 months now and I am happy to say that it works great and has had zero issues to date. Easy to use and does a great job.

Cooks well/evenly. Like having dual trays and ability to sync finish time or not. Touch screen feature to choose TEMPERATURE/TIME to set/adjust very sensitive and finicky, as can switch back and forth when either touched, so must be careful, and often have to re-touch to re-adjust to proper choice - or will be adjusting WRONG choice. Also had to learn that temp adjustment goes DOWN/COOLER, as well as UP/HOTTER in 5° increments when pressing (ie: if you want 380° setting and shoot past when pressing to adjust to 385, 390, etc - can reverse by pressing down, rather than continuing on to 400 with automatic reset to 200 - lowest setting - and continuing up again). Also, I use paper tray liners inside separate silicon tray beds I purchased separately with cooker.

This item is amazing. I previously had the flip up version of an air fryer, but this item truly supersedes that one by far. It's easy to use, I don't have to babysit my food and most of all the clean-up time is unbelievable. It literally takes only a few minutes to clean and it looks brand new again. I love the features offered and my food comes out hot and delicious. The value for the money is excellent.

If this air fryer continues to work like it has, I will remain in cooking heaven. If I could change one thing about it it would be to have the temp go up to 450. But its not that big an issue. I love the fact that it can finish cooking on both sides at the same time. It even looks great. Its a simple thing to wash and comes out spotless, even without using Pam. I love the automatic buttons for cooking, tho I haven't tried any yet. I highly recommend you try this fryer and though it may seem incredibly complicated, it really is not. I love it because with my single air fryer I had to work out when to start cooking to have them finish together while my Chef man can cook two different things and with a touch to the sync finish button both sides will be finished together. No more soggy cold French fries. It tells you when to shake them and pauses the other side to finish cooking together.It also holds quite a bit, and its still not that heavy if you need to move it.

I was a long-time deep fryer guy. I honestly thought it was the only way to get that crispy taste and texture. After getting this air fryer, my deep fryer has officially been retired.This is a much better way to go. No mess, no grease, no lingering smell — just clean, crispy food that tastes great.And being closer to 60 now, deep frying just isn’t doing my waistline any favors. This gives me the crunch I want without the guilt. Highly recommend.

I like this model, but I prefer my old Crux 9 qt dual basket air fryer. Unfortunately that one had to go in the garbage after an incident of forgetting I cooked chicken in it and left it in there for a couple weeks. This is the closest one I could find to that one, but it’s slightly different. The Crux model has quick-select buttons that let you push one button for various foods that quick-set a temperature and time. This model makes defaults to 400 degrees and 20 minutes, so more often than not you need to push start and then hold down the buttons to adjust temperature and time each time you cook.The little rubber feet on the trays on this one don’t fit quite right enough so you have to be careful when washing the trays so you don’t accidentally knock one off and lose it. I have already lost one.Overall this unit cooks nicely and I’m happy with it. One other thing - I ordered the model without the glass windows but they shipped me one with glass windows. Not a big deal, and I suspect nothing else is different.My daughter wishes this was more different than the Crux model because she still gets flashbacks when she uses this of when she opened the door of with the 2-week-old chicken, but I like this one so she’ll just have to get over that!

I love it! Just what I needed. It's the perfect size and it cooks really great.

We recently upgraded our air fryer. Our old one from another brand was still in great shape (no flaking, no damage), but we wanted more space and liked the idea of having two compartments. So we went with the Chefman Dual Air Fryer.Dialing in the temperature and time is annoying and clunky, but something I could live with. The real issue is the quality. After just two months of careful use - and yes, we strictly followed the care instructions - the coating on the pans started peeling off. The photo shows the condition of the product after only 2 months of use.And yes, I followed all care instructions. The baskets look the same. The coating started flaking off the grates and baskets after just a few uses, raising serious health concerns. Completely unacceptable.I took photos from every angle as demanded from the seller and sent them to the manufacturer, who did replace the two baskets (though not the grates, which were still fine at that time). Fast-forward two more months, and now the grates are flaking badly too.Honestly, this has been one of the most disappointing purchases I’ve made. Stay away - poor quality and not built to last.

Where has this been all my life! I delayed buying an airfryer as I wasnt sure Id use it much. I use this ALL the time! Its great, dual baskets gor larger portions or cooking different items. Ive cooked steak, chicken, veggies, dumplings etc and they always turn out great. A time saver and a much needed appliance with two teen boys eating at home!

Muy bonita pero funcional mente no calienta muy bien tarda el doble en caliente tar las cosas, recomiendo más una de un una sola bandeja grande

Lamentablemente en una canastilla me salia error y en la otra mucho humo ... la tuve que devolver.

Resulta que tardan mucho en estar los alimentos en comparación con otra que tengo y los alimentos saben mucho a plástico, también se calienta mucho 😔😔
