These fans are just gorgeous and made really well. And they’re definitely made for outside, they’re going to last far longer than the other ones I had. My condo is in Mexico, electricity is ridiculously expensive and I didn’t realize they were lower voltage so they don’t take much power. Bonus saving money!I bought 3 of them and 1 stopped working. The customer service was exceptional, they didn’t have to help me because it was outside of the 30 days, but they sent me a new motor and remote control and now it works just great. Exceptional customer service. And I don’t know what the people are talking about that they are loud, not loud at all.
Very nice ceiling fans for the price! We got these to replace our spec house ceiling fans, which had no light fixtures or remote controls. Love the palm leaf style and the different lighting functions. These are super quiet and blow quite hard due to the extra sized leaf-blades, as compared to our other ceiling fans. We only put these on level 2 for the fan, and it moves a ton of air! Easy to install and seems to be well built.
Really nice (light weight) ceiling fans. Remote fans are a bit more difficult to install though. Air flow is excellent
This Ceiling fan is beautiful and easy to install. The Features are Great as well. It has 6 different fan speeds, color changes, (actually changes are from bright white to a yellowish white). No more Strings hanging down as it is all on the remote control which also has a night light feature. Speaking of Remote Control, this is where I deducted 1/2 Star. Everything in the room is White... This Fan is White.. the remote control is Black! Wth?? It looks awful unless you put it away but that's not practical. I Also bought Another White Ceiling Fan from Amazon for the Living room and it DOES have a white Remote control. This fan is Awesome and it can move A LOT of air if need be! Just buy it!
Beautiful fan and liked for our front porch. Handyman installed in 30 minutes. Love it.
Installed the fan. Like so many I have before. Has power, lights turn but dont change to dim as it should. I show power through the electrical system going to the fan but, doesnt turn on. Remote is working. I have troubleshoot as on manufacturers web site and Amazons. Still have the same problems. First time with overhead fans this has happened.

First, the install was hard but once I found the video on Amazon, it was much easier as no instructions came with the fan. Wiring is a breeze overall with color coded connectors, etc., yet the placement of the remote receiver was confusing until I watched the install video.I read the review where someone said low is not low and high is airplane propeller mode and I have not experienced that. Low is very quiet and what is expected out of a low fan setting. The 62" fan I purchased puts out plenty of air even at lower speeds to sit comfortably. It's very quiet and very stable with no detectable wobble.The remote is slightly confusing as to what some of the buttons mean but, again, a quick reference to Amazon and it becomes clear. Never had a natural breeze button before so wouldn't know the symbol for it.I tested at all speeds, forwards and back and can say that I experienced no issuesThe fan's light is bright, even in its warm light setting, which I wish was slightly dimmer, as that is what I use at night , but to each their own.I have the fan mounted on a sloping high roof in the living room and the fan has no issues. I'm overall happy with the purchase for the price.

Really nice fan , silent , and moves a lot of air , the light selections are really nice feature . Word of warning the controller that must fit in the base is a tight fit so feed all other wires out of its path or it won’t fit into the slot . Also no safety cable to hang fan while doing the wireing . Lesson learned for next one .Will definitely buy again .
Stopped working after 5 months. The light comes on with the wall switch but the remote doesn't work.

Auction Closing Times
Posted closing times are in Eastern Time and may be extended through dynamic bidding. Dynamic bidding extends the auction close time until there are five minutes without bidding activity. Korting reserves the right to close early or extend auctions at its discretion.

Refund Policy
Due to the nature of liquidation merchandise, returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:
- Wrong item received
- Major undisclosed damage that significantly affects functionality or value
- Item arrives nonfunctional or dead on arrival (unless listed as untested, for parts, or salvage)
- Missing critical components necessary for basic operation that were not disclosed in the listing
- Counterfeit items or items materially different from the listing description
The following conditions are not eligible for return or refund:
- Buyer’s remorse or accidental purchases
- Minor cosmetic wear, scratches, dents, scuffs, or signs of prior handling
- Damaged, worn, or missing retail packaging
- Compatibility issues with buyer equipment, software, or intended use
- Missing non-essential accessories, manuals, inserts, cables, or packaging materials unless specifically stated in the listing
All return requests must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery and include clear photos and/or video documentation of the issue. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the above criteria.

Sales Tax
All orders are subject to the 6% Michigan sales tax. Tax-exempt buyers must have a current tax-exempt certificate on file before sales tax can be removed from an invoice.
Failure to Pay or Remove Items
Korting reserves the right to charge a 15% non-refundable restocking fee for items not paid for and picked up within seven days of the auction closing. Such items will be considered abandoned and forfeited to Korting. Korting may resell any abandoned or forfeited items.
