It cleans well enough on the highest setting to keep my periodontitis in check.The only tricky bit is you need to keep it in some kind of basin if using it at the sink. Otherwise it will leak a bunch of water left in the line when you set it down after using it.

I bought this very expensive waterpik in the UK and it no longer works, it apparently charges but it doesn't turn on, there is no circuit map to repair it. Very disappointed with the waterpik.
