The Bolina RM70 massage gun has a nice frosted finish and feels solid in hand. The LCD touch screen is easy to operate, and I like that it comes with hot and cold functions as well as 8 intensity levels and 4 different massage heads. It does provide effective relief when working on sore muscles after workouts or long days.That said, I found a couple of issues. First, it can only be charged with the included charging cable—regular phone charging cables don’t work at all. This makes it less convenient, since I can’t just use a standard cable if the original one gets misplaced. Second, at lower intensity levels, if I apply too much hand pressure, the device pauses for a few seconds and then suddenly kicks back in with extra force. This interruption can feel uncomfortable and disrupts the massage flow.Overall, it delivers on its promise as a massage gun, but I wish the charging system were more versatile and the power delivery at lower levels more consistent.

Gave this to my son in college. He used several times. The massaging function and results are good. However, when he tried to charge it for the first time, the usb heard broken and stuck inside this massager.

This massage gun comes in a nice box which makes it a great gift.The gun itself is of medium quality when it comes to massage guns. It's saving grace is the heat and cool feature. If you are interested in applying heat or cold this works great but you do have to use it directly on your skin as it's not really strong enough to go through clothes.It does come with four different plastic attachments that pop on to the tip. And you can use these without the heating and cooling function. Personally, I prefer very targeted massage and this is more of a a wider vibration no matter which of the caps you put on the tip.

Well it started off good...I was really excited to get this as I have tissue that need some care.Got it charged and went to town on my neck, arms, and shoulders.Stopped for about 30min went back to do my legs and after about 1 min the device just shut off.It no longer turns on and off.I thought oh, maybe the battery just died? Plugged it in, let it sit for about 30 min, tried it again and still nothing.There is no life in this device. Defective unit?As of now I can not recommend as it died an hour after opening.

The fixed head both heats and cools and can be used with the massage function turned off. It gets noticeably cool or warm, but not cold or hot. There are 8 different strength settings and the strength also varies with how much pressure you put on the gun. Charging is via USB C and a cable is included, but no charger. I have used the massager several times now and it has worked flawlessly to this point. Due to it's size and being rechargeable, it would be easy to take with for trips or even just to the office.

Trying out this product was a fun surprise. I was skeptical about the use of a massage gun, but even after just a few minutes of use my body felt cathartic and wanting more.It has a pressure feedback mechanism, so the harder you push, the harder it will "push back" and massage you. As far as the temperature changes on the head, it only took 3-4 minutes for that to really become noticeable.The charger is a USB-C, so your phone charger can also double for this.Time will tell the longevity of this product, but as far as Day 1 out of the box, it has performed spectacularly. For the price, this seems to be about right.

This massage gun gets a mixed review. I like the massage intensity and heat options. I like the tools and massage heads that reincluded. They are silicone and flexible so they give a more comfortable massage experience. I am however annoyed by the controls. The instructions say to press and hold the on sensor ( I can't call it a button because you are not able to feel if it is reacting) I am still not 100% sure I understand how this works. It seems like I need to press the awake sensor and sometimes that makes it light up. Then I press and hold the on sensor and it starts. It is also slow to turn off when I am done. Overall the controls are tricky to manage for this senior. If they improve that experience the massage gun would be much easier to use.
