XMAS gift for the 6 y/o. Initial review.For the money I spent, I am extremely impressed. I have Bose and jbl products all over my house and this completes with them.The only limitation is the volume- my more expensive speakers can get louder. That doesn’t mean this thing isn’t loud; it gets plenty loud for what we use it for - mom/dad/kid karaoke in our living room (it fills the house). I would not foresee this being loud enough for an a party-type event where it has to compete with crowd noise, etc. Again, for our purpose, the speaker is extremely well balanced and clear, with good bass.The actual speaker seems well built and I think it will hold up well to kid abuse. Lights are an extra bonus.The mics connect easily and maintain connection well. Build quality is good.

Volume is great! Works well and charges fast. Used outdoors and indoors, no complaints. No reverb or connectivity issues when using the Bluetooth speaker for music and the mics at the same time. I like to keep that separate though but tried out using both simultaneously and I was pleasantly surprised.

The sound has talking into a fan effect (if you know you know) that won’t go away. it’s not bad but as a person who likes to karaoke every week this is not it. It’s fine for kids, it has lights, (intended) voice effects. Wish it had a handle bar tho.

If you had doubts, just buy it . The sound, the color, it connects easily . I used it for my birthday and everyone loved it .

Cute and portable, it connects through bluetooth so you can play your favorite songs to sing along with them. Very easy to set up the bluetooth connection with the machine, so as soon as everything is charged, you are good to start singing away. It is a versatile machine, as you do not have to use the microphones to use the speaker. You can simply use it to play your music or if you are needing a microphone and speaker without the music, it will do that as well. I used it during our awards day at school so parents could hear me better from the back of the room and it did the job. It has several light options that are a pretty cool addition to any party. If you are really tech-savvy, you could probably set it up to where you could have it connected to a screen so you can sing lyrics, just like in some of the karaoke places. It comes with two microphones so that two people can sing together if they want. I have not tried that option as of yet, however. I like the microphone voice effects. We had a great time laughing through songs as we changed the effects. However, everytime you change a voice effect, there is a beep and a delay, which can be a little annoying. You can't go too far away from the speaker if you are using the microphones, as there is a lag/delay in the production of sound from the microphone. Sound quality of the microphones is comparable to others. It does use USB-C charging cords to charge each unit. However, there is only 1 cord and adapter, so you can't charge everything at the same time. So expect to wait to use the whole set until everything is charged. You can use other USB-C cords and adapters if you have them available so that your wait time is less. It would be helpful if the karaoke machine came with at least two charging cords and adapters so that you could use one microphone with the speaker while the other is charging. But as USB-C cords and adapters are readily available, this is not a deal breaker for me. The speaker is relatively lightweight and easy to carry around, since it has a shoulder strap, and is far better than the "boomboxes" of the 80s! This is a great party addition and will give everyone hours of entetainment! Price is pretty competitive, especially with two microphones and light effects.

Great sound. Didn’t expect it

I got this portable karaoke system for our grandkids and it is so much fun for them. They are between 2 1/2 and 5 and it works well for what they use it for. It is easy to use, they LOVE the voice changing aspect, as the little ones love to pretend and also get everyone laughing. The size is perfect for carrying around or placing on a table. The sound quality is right on for the price point, meaning it isn't the bet and it isn't the worst, yet it works for the kids. It is easy to connect via Bluetooth and the battery life is good on the speaker alone, yet when used with the microphones, it does deplete more quickly. The color blue is perfect for boys or girls and it is great that it has two microphones for duets. They absolutely love it and I'm not concerned with them using it, but I would be if it was a high end machine, so it is perfect for kids!!
