Great Quality Mic for Voice Acting,love how crisp thr audio sounds when recording. Audio is clear and loud. Setup was easy other than the boom arm not fitting on my desk but I wasnt really planing on using it anyways. Connects really easily you just plug it into your computer and change your mic input and your good. Light weight but even without the boom arm it stays stable on your desk. Functions great as a mic for anything

For the price I got what I paid for and I am for the most part satisfied. I upgraded from apple earbuds to this microphone due to my earbuds always eventually dying. I would say the sound of my voice is quite similar between the two, they are very comparable (apple earbuds - $20).The boom arm is convenient but I found that mounting it to the back of the desk is the best option, because if you mount it to the side it gets in the way of my second monitor, but when mounted to the back it is not a nuisance at all.My boom arm does swivel easily/move in ways I don’t want it to when I try to move it closer or to the side or further, etc. but I just have to adjust it a bit more when that happens.I found that the microphone cover accessory muffles my voice too much so I don’t use it. The other circular accessory (I forgot the name) doesn’t change much to sound quality, but I think it is supposed to protect the microphone from your mouths moisture? But for me it is very large and annoys me so I just don’t use that accessory.

The quality of the microphone is very crisp, very yummy compared to other microphones you have used before. I mainly use this microphone to make music or play games with friends, and everyone, including myself, loves the sound of it! It's great considering its low price. The setup is quite easy and quick, along with putting it all together. You may have to tighten the knos a few times to keep your microphone from flopping, but it's nothing a little twist won't fix! The volume is perfect and the cord is quite long, making it easier to set up if your desk is a little wide and you have your microphone plugged up somewhere at the back or under your desk. The microphone is all metal with one of those cute little pop protectors over the thing that you speak into so you don't sound like you're spitting in everyone's ears (lol) and comes in a universal black color with the awesome logo "Maono"!

I started my research with the expectation of purchasing the Blue Yeti combo which includes the mic, shock mount and scissor arm. But at $300 I wasn't sure if I really needed to go all-in for it. After thoroughly searching reviews and comparing products I decided I'd give this Maono combo pack a go. It comes with the condenser mic, scissor arm, shock mount, and pop filter. The price point of about $60 left me wondering just what I'd be getting but figured if it was terrible, I'd return it, use it somewhere else or simply replace it with a better unit.I'm not a BIG podcaster but have multiple online meetings, participate in events and want to get more into podcast hosting in the future but mostly just wanted a unit I could keep on hand, ready to go and push it out of the way when not needed. Perhaps my bar for expectation was too low given the price point but I'm VERY impressed with this set up for the price.The installation was an absolute breeze. In fact, it was so easy, I didn't even look at the instructions until the end as I thought I had to have missed something. I was able to get it set up in probably 5 minutes and it is truly plug and play with your PC (Windows 10). I plugged it into my USB hub, the PC immediately recognized it and I was ready to go. I did a quick test of mic volume and level and it sounds awesome. All the attachments are intuitive, easy to adjust and attach. As you can see on the one picture, I have the arm attached to the back side of my stand-up desk. It's secure and very easy to swing out of the way. The arm is plenty adjustable, swings easily and I can position the mic in any number of positions based on what I'm needing. I have yet to use the pop filter and probably won't unless I'm on a very important podcast/show.As far as the mic itself, couldn't ask for more. Levels appear good. Volume is good. The only thing to be aware of is that it is a directional mic and, therefore, you need to make sure the "Maono" name and logo on the mic are facing you when mounting it. If you don't, it's going to sound like you are in a closet or under your desk when talking. I tested it in a number of different distances and angles and it has great sensitivity and volume. It has only been two days since I've been using it so I can speak to the durability of the parts, pieces or electronics but everything appears well made, solid and durable. The others on my meeting said I sounded great.I would, without a doubt, purchase this product again and am very glad I saved the $250 to go this route first. Two big thumbs up for this Maono product at this price point.

So i was looking for a starter microphone for YouTube videos for my channel. looked through reviews on google, all the top 10 mics were 200 bucks to 500 dollars. I needed something affordable to get started with, so started looking at amazon reviews for 20-100 dollar mics on a swing arm. This one caught my eye with a lot of reviews for a decent price. it is totally worth the money. It was literally plug and play, just went in to my windows sound menu and selected it as my default mice. it DOES NOT have a mute, but doesn't record unless you start your recording program and will start recording immediately. I used . My Geforce Experience recording and it works fine. be warned it has great pick up use the pop filter, and it picks up my stupid chair squeaking. while they clamps to hold it in place are not what i would say are top notch quality they do the job, swing arm is good, and cable is USB and is of good length i run 3 monitors 27In on right 36IN TV center and 24IN on left with computer on the far right and mic on the far left and cable works fine. Great Value and quality for $54 dollars shipped. so if your just getting started streaming or other social media this is a great starter Microphone.

Note - I used this for YouTube video creation so my experience is colored by that need. Stepping up from cheap USB old style PC mics,a headset or other sub 50$ mic this is like a dream.The included items are of good quality and above the price point value wise in my estimation.If you are only able to get a sub 50$ mic and don't have one with glaring issues already, this is a very good buy.The shock mount is decent, though I could still pick up vibrations through the mic on the desk which I think has more to do with the USB.The boom arm is.. serviceable, it meets the minimum requirements and works, this price point that's what you get.The not so good;1. The USB cable seems to be a major weak point for this mic. Whether the cable itself is poorly shielded, the coupler to the mic, etc. I am unsure. However, when you have it plugged in if you lightly brush the cable with your hand you can hear this in recording. If you have it coiled and hanging on a desk where the PC resides you will hear the vibrations and hum.2. Again either the mic build or USB, something isn't quite right so I get, not loud but enough that when your going for a clean setup and have silent parts of a video for example, you can hear crackles and interference on the unit.These are things you won't notice unless you are doing some level of professional or approaching professional recording for a podcast or YouTube or some such. Zoom calls, meetings, using it with a soft phone, even actual streaming this is negligible or not noticable at all and this mic is a perfect point to upgrade from essentially nothing to mostly crisp, clear, very nice sounding audio without breaking the bank.
