I got this for my wife. She likes it. I tried the powder itself and I was surprised. It had a nice flavor and balance. No odd tones or overly sweet. My wife tried it with water, various milks, and her favorite, with some vanilla bean paste - this added quite a bit of depth and as she said, almost made it into desert/treat. She is well adjusted to her condition, this is why she tried all the variations, but this is great as is for post-op. I wish we had something like this back then.The formulation is good and wholesome with quality ingredients, but I wouldn't say it's a meal replacement, more of a snack. My wife likes this for breakfast if she isn't all that hungry, or to fill the gap if it will be a while between meals. If you break down the cost per serving, it's a fair deal. I'd like to see some other flavors, but Vanilla can easily be paired with cocoa, strawberry, orange, and other fruit powders, juices...

I like the taste of this. I use this as a breakfast drink. Not a great source of protein. I add a scoop of whey to this every morning. Low calories. Low in Fiber.

This is an outstanding meal replacement that is easy to consume and digest, with quality ingredients. After a recent surgery, I was unable to tolerate or stomach most food. This powder mixed well in water and yogurt and allowed me to sustain my energy and nutritional levels. The taste is neutral without a chemical flavor. The container seals for freshness and will last approximately 25-30 days (I don't use as much as the recommended dosage). This is a great way to slowly step back into consuming and digesting whole foods. For the quality and effectiveness, the cost is on point.

This is a good this is a good source of vitamin D two and three your iron and proteins.. it taste just like coconuts. I mix mine. It says the three scoops and I use I drink mine with my cappuccino. Mix it in there using it as part of my creamer and it tastes really good. Also, I have blended with a low-fat vanilla ice cream, and I’ve been able to make my shakes with it which are really really good.I personally like the taste and texture is good.Coconut is also one of my favorites, so this is definitely on my list of easy meals.Use a hand power mixer works best for me.The shakes and also use in coffee are the most delicious ways of using, at least for me.

Huge bucket. I am not a big fan of coconut and it is strong. But I can choke it down. I have gastroparesis and eating can be hard. I find protein shakes to be good for me
