Awesome niche coffee maker. I only use this for the creama feature and I have loved the exceptional quality of my coffee. You have to adjust the bottom support, it is adjustable, as they mention the creama works better the closer the mug is to the dispenser. I picked this up on the slightly used price and it worked great. Keurig ingenuity for the win! Coffee heroes! I’m hoping they will come out with a ristretto feature in the future.

I am extremely disappointed with this coffee pot. After only five months of regular use, it completely stopped working. I expected a much higher level of quality and reliability, especially for the price I paid. A coffee maker should last for years, not just a few months. This product was a waste of money, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable coffee maker. Very poor quality and very frustrating experience.

Coffee brews quickly and, unlike other "pod" style makers we've used, comes out hot. Easy to use, LOVE the options...with crema, without crema, single or double shot expresso, regular coffee...all bases covered and covered well. The coffee tastes great, unit looks good, great water carafe design (with handle). Keurig hit the ball out of the park with this coffee maker.We've had this for just a few days and can't speak to the longevity of this coffee maker...but the design and quality of construction seems solid! Very pleased with this purchase.

This is my 9th Keurig coffee maker I have either given as a gift or for myself. As Keurig has improved their models of coffee makers, I have upgraded my coffee machines. I lived in London, England for 4 years and got used to drinking alot of teas, cappuccinos, and espresso shots. So, its nice to have a coffee maker that I can easily use, without getting the larger European style espresso machine that grinds the beans, portafilter, ect. I am very happy with the ease of using the pods, as I am 74 years young and love the variety of being able to change what I am drinking.

I have waited a long time to get this coffee maker. I bought the fill yourself pods specific for the machine but the machine would not accept them. Once the lever/arm got stuck halfway and I had to work on it for a minute to get it to release. I was so afraid the arm would break. This coffee maker claims to produce a crema when the pressure is used. I tried several brands of Keurig coffee pods and got no crema at all. One cup of coffee looked like weak tea or dirty water. All-in-all, I was so disappointed and frustrated. I had preordered this coffee maker and was really excited to get it, only to find out it was a dud. I am returning it. Back to my Ninja Coffee maker and my $39 Keurig. Keurig has a great reputation for quality products. I'm afraid this one's a DUD. Back to the drawing board.

I absolutely loved this coffee maker. Purchased it for my desk at work. The pressure and Crema features were excellent for espresso and iced coffee. Unfortunately, after only five months, the Crema feature no longer works. It also now takes 4 - 5 attempts to get it to brew the first cup of morning coffee.

We really wanted to like this. It makes great, truly creamy coffee - the pressure system actually works very well. It is just that this first model of K-Crema lacks a couple of controls we have found indispensable.We have a Keurig K-Supreme SMART 5000367509 which we really like. It was a HUGE step up from the regular Keurig, with the multistream technology a must, and the ability to set strength and temperature - you can get a really hot cup of coffee. (The QR code thing is ok, not essential.)This first model of the K-Crema has the multistream technology, but lacks the the essential ability to set strength and temperature. The coffee could not be set as strong as we wanted on a given brand of coffee, nor was the coffee anything like as hot. It may be a limitation of the pressure technology, but those features should at least be available for the 'classic' option. We ended up returning the unit.We do hope Keurig adds another K-Crema model soon that is more fully functioned, even if it is a premium version. Again the creamy coffee technology is just excellent, but they cut corners by dropping temperature and strength control.

I can't say enough about how much I LOVE this coffee maker. It has a slim, pretty appearance. It makes the perfect espresso with the perfect amount of "crema"! I have been able to replicate my daily Starbuck's cappuccino, my husband's latte, and our favorite holiday Chestnut Praline Latte. It also does my favorite Keurig classics, matcha green tea, london fog, and hot chocolate. You won't go wrong with this machine.
