After a friend from church broke both his wrists in a snow boarding accident, I offered for him to stay with my family until he was healed. We didn't think about how to deal with #2 and with some Google lookups saw the suggestion to get a bidet. I then found that you could actually get a toilet seat that doubled as a bidet. After some more research, I found this model and installed it. I would normally do this myself, but when loosening the water supply nut, I actually torqued it too much and the PVC pipe from the wall sheered off causing a big mess. I needed to get a plumber to fix that and had him install it. But just saying you can do this yourself if you are careful (not like me).You will need a flexible water supply line to come up to the water tank. This kit provides a T adapter that splits the water supply to both the tank and the bidet. The kit also provides the flexible supply line from the valve to the bidet, but not the supply line from the water supply cutoff valve, so make sure you have that before you start.This couldn't be easier to install. You unscrew the two bolts to remove the current seat and then replace it with this seat. The kit provides new bolts. Then attach the water supply line to the base of the bidet seat. There is a shut-off valve on the T-adapter so that you can disable the bidet feature.Operating the unit is also easy. It comes with operating instructions, but you turn the knob on the right side forward (clockwise) to wash the butt, or roll it backwards (counter-clockwise) to point the water more forward for feminine parts (didn't test this). My friend said this works very well and is grateful since he really can't use his arms.This is a good value and so far it appears to be working perfectly after five days.

Great bidet! Easy to install. My favorite thing is that is it is so easy to keep clean. The spray nozzle retracts when it’s not being used so it’s very hygienic. The one my husband has before did not and it was impossible to clean. So glad we upgraded. 100% worth the money.

Very happy! I have been considering a bidet for at least a couple of years. The cost of installing a remote control module with heat that requires an electric outlet put the ones I was familiar with out of reach. Then I learned about this type that's as simple to install as a new toilet seat and water line. I figured even I could do that! Installation was simple, straightforward, and quick. It was installed in about five minutes with no leaks.I was concerned about the cold water temperature and whether it would be uncomfortable at best or a seriously chilling experience at worst. I'm pleasantly surprised that it's actually rather refreshing and quite comfortable.It's easy to use, and easy to clean. I like the soft close lid.Two things I don't like about it is it tends to shift and the plastic bolts that anchor it to the toilet loosen up over time. I find I have to tighten them periodically. The second thing is the soft plastic looks like it will scratch easily over time, and the plastic is staticky. It doesn't cause static shocks, but have a cat and have never had a toilet seat attract her hair like this one. The static is a minor aggravation though and it's easy to wipe down with a damp cloth.Overall I'm pleased with this bidet, the inexpensive price, and how well it functions.

I was not excited to work on THIS particular project, but my daughter wanted it. She visited Japan and one of the first things she said was that she wanted a bidet in our house. She picked this particular one. It came with most of the parts needed, but I did have to replace my supply line from a hard tube to the more common, flexible/braided type. Once I switched the supply line, this bidet was pretty straightforward to install. Oh...I do recommend plumbers thread tape and this kit does not come with any. My daughter now wishes she had picked one with a WARM water option (it is winter right now), but she was pleased with this as opposed to just using paper, or even non-flushable wipes. For the cost, this was a great one to try. Yea...warm water would be nice, but realistically we won't be saying that in the summertime. The only thing that was a little annoying was that the water line they provided form the supply to the seat was pretty long, and I probably should have tried to coil it once before attaching it. not my priority right now. IT works and my floors are not soaking wet from leaks. I'm happy, daughter is happy, all is well.

The bidet was easy to install. I put it on my one piece Eljir toilet. Fitted and is sturdy. Not easy to get dirty. Pressure was enough to do its job though I would prefer better control. Cleaning with mild soap & water will suffice. For the price, it was well worth it!

Had this installed on my disabled person's toilet. Really helps with cleanliness. Has reduced bladder infections, easy to use. Only connects to cold water but seems to be okay. Also helps stimulate bowel movements.

Great bidet. It is the 2nd bidet I have bought, and I love this one best. It has a little door covering where the water comes out, sweet. At first I thought it was odd the bidet is part of the seat when lifted up, but I can see that makes it easier to clean (if needed). I recommend it.

I used to have a gun style bidet and was searching for an integrated toilet seat bidet. However, I needed something easy to clean and this is it. The sparring is part of the seat and lifts up with it. This means you can clean the entire toilet bowl with zero obstruction. You also have easy access to the sprayer should you need to clean it separately.Functionally, this works very well. You can go as gentle or strong as required. I highly recommend this brand and model.

The Clirass bidet seat is the best bang for your $ at this price range. I searched Amazon and the big box stores prior to my purchase. I chose this model based on its design and easy installation.Installation is simple if you feel you can handle simple plumbing. YouTube and the manufacturer instructions helped expedite my installation.Overall The construction is solid. There is no play in any of the parts and the soft close seat works as advertised.The bidet jet has a lot of power and the pressure can be easily adjusted to user preference.The seat fit as advertised. The plumbing components sent, specifically steel braided hose is solid in construction and I felt confident using the supplied hose vrs buying a new one from a plumbing supplier.What I like most about this seat is the water supply fitting on the seat is brass in construction. Many seats have a plastic threaded water supply connecter which if overtightened can crack causing a leak.
