I have a grandson that is going to be having a birthday in several months. I saw this astronaut clock, made by CoorFormer, and thought that he would absolutely love it. He has just learned to read a face clock and I want to add something whimsical to his learning. Plus it has a bank that you access in the back. To retrieve his money he need only to remove the opening on the bottom. You know that the tooth fairy might be leaving coins in his astronaut piggy bank/clock! I love that his clock is a small astronaut from every angle. The face of the clock looks as though the astronaut is peering into space and then you have the clock face that is added into the front of the face shield. This astronaut is as adorable as can be. It also comes in both white and black colors. I thought that white would be the best color for him so I ordered it! When he gets his astronaut piggy bank clock, it will fit perfectly on his little nightstand. That’s another reason why I ordered this for him is because he has so little space to accommodate any type of object. This astronaut will fit perfectly into his space. The clock is powered by 1 AA battery that you need to supply. The measurements of the astronaut are 6.5” X 5 X 7”, and weigh 10.4 ounces. You do need to be aware that this is not an alarm clock, but an adorable astronaut clock, with a piggy bank in the back.

My grandchild absolutely loves it. The space theme adds a fun touch to their room decor, and the dual functionality as a desk clock and piggy bank is ingenious. It's a great way to encourage saving money while also adding a playful element to the room. Overall, it's a fantastic piece that both kids and adults can enjoy. Highly recommended!

It's a really cute idea. Great combination to have. Somehow I was under the mistaken idea that it had an alarm clock as well. Though I found out unfortunately it does not. Either way my grandson found the little robot to be kind of cool. Fortunately he's too young to have a cell phone, so the fact that does not have the cell phone holder on it like it says on the packaging isn't that big of a deal. We did have some serious problems with installing the batteries.. After my daughter had tried multiple times to figure out how to reach inside and put the battery in. I could barely feel the edge of it, she couldn't at all. After she's been messing with it for a while I asked her if it was possible that the clock face maybe came off to make it more accessible. It still took her awhile to figure it out. Decent instructions would have really really come in handy at that point. But with minimal or non-existent instructions, my grandson was getting a little worried. My daughter had started working on battery, After she had me get the cover for the piggy bank off. She was unable to, I was almost unable to get it off. Unbelievably hard to remove. Not sure if that's a positive or a negative. Guess kids can't remove it either. Depends on if you want them to be able to open it, probably depending on the age of the child. So as I said it's a cute idea. But between lack of instructions, hard if not impossible to remove change cover, and of course the fact that it's not obvious the clock face comes out, right off the bat, I guess I'd say it has a few kinks to work out yet. Yes I do realize it says in the listing it states that it's removable.. Since I requested through Vine, I didn't see the picture with clock face removed. Also the actual wording is; in the title; Removable battery operated: - white. In the description it says Removable battery operated: the clock is powered by removable batteries, ensuring hassle free operation and easy replacement when necessary. Never stating the actual clock is removable. Just that the batteries are removable. When you have a 5-year-old talking to you a 4 year old getting whiny and a 2 & 1)2 year old helping with making supper, at the same time you're trying to get a battery into a clock sometimes takes a bit to consider the fact the clock face may come out. Even once I brought it up to her it took her awhile to figure out how to get it out of there. So yet again instructions decent instructions would have come in handy. Also would have saved us a lot of time and a bit of aggravation.

The description says it's a piggy bank and clock. The box says it's an alarm clock... a cellphone holder... and a nightlite .... it is a piggy bank... and it is a clock... but none of the other things. The coin slot is on the rear. The bottom opening where you can get the money out is tough to open... I had to use pliers. It does what it's supposed to do as described in the listing... they should do something about the box... and a simple sheet telling you how to remove the clock to install the battery.... questionable if this is worth $19.99...

This is a really cute clock. Wish we could get both colors, the grey one too. However, this is NOT an alarm clock, just clock. But, it's 2-in-1 kind of clock combined with piggy bank, for children, both boys & girls who love and dream of being an astronaut. Well made, this is a really nice depiction of how an astronaut "space suit" should look like, nice detail, yet simple, just right, looks really cool. Good size too, perfect for a bedside/nightstand. Heck! We, old adults love it too, wouldn't mind keeping it on our nightstand either! But we're sure as soon as the grandies saw it, it'll be gone from our room. (((sigh+LOL)))

The clock and bank are so cool and it was easy to open. I didn't need to use tools. I thought the color was easy to read. I like how the product comes with two tea bags. The clock takes batteries and it was easy to put in. It takes double A I believe, but the box and the product came well packaged. I just love how the product looks and it fits and goes on my desk and it just looks really nice.

This kids piggy bank clock is easy to use and cute for any kid with a space interest. The clock operates on a single AA battery and I especially love that the second hand does a smooth sweep motion than the ticks.
