I started using my ZeekSaw 8 Inch Mini Cordless Chainsaw a few days ago. It is perfect for trimming small shrubs and tree limbs. The size of this chainsaw let's you get into those really tight places. It has several safety features and the build is good quality. Mine came with a bonus extra chain and 2nd battery.

THE FOLLOWING IS A REVISED VERSION OF MY ORIGINAL REVIEW:I enjoyed an excellent product experience--for about 5 minutes. Then, although I had tightened the chain Locking Cap, it loosened and flipped off--into the thorny bramble bush that I was cutting at the time. I was able to locate the cap; however, the underlying sprocket was lost in the brambles. Fair enough. Perhaps I didn't tighten the cap sufficiently. In my original (harsh!) review, I was unable to endorse this product, as there appeared to be zero product support available; however, I did receive an e-mail from a Customer Service Representative, acknowledging my warranty registration. This enabled me to open a dialogue regarding my problem. The CSR, for whom English is a second language, was unable to understand the word "sprocket", even though I forwarded a photo of the missing piece, from the product's Owner's Manual, with an "arrow" drawn to the missing part. Ultimately, she conveyed my request to the President of the company, who immediately understood my need and mailed to me the missing pieces (sprocket + 2 washers) in duplicate, with an additional replacement chain, free of charge. (Sadly, he did not include info on how they are to be configured within the saw--an important issue for user safety.)In summary, Zeeksaw is a small company, of sparse staffing, that produces a quality product. In my opinion,, they are worthy of our patronage, so long as it i understood that--at their present level of organizational development--they are unable to offer a formal Parts Replacement Program and their website offers limited information and assistance. With attention to these two glaring needs, given the evident quality of their product and their responsiveness to this customer's concerns, I believe that they will continue to succeed and grow.

This is a great little saw. Easy to setup and use. I just cut up branches for next year's firewood- some 5-6". Nice setup and easy to operate. For the cost this is an excellent purchase. I'm pleased with this saw.I'll revisit this review after a few more cutting sessions. I have two issues:1. An oil container for chain lubrication was included. But it was empty- no oil. And it did not open so you could fill it with your own oil! That was the first problem which should not happen. And I didn't see anywhere in the manual what weight oil to use. I assume regular bar oil?2. I fully charged the batteries before using. But the first battery seemed to go weak after about 15 minutes of use. That concerns me. I expect to get 30+ minutes on one charge. I switched to the second battery which worked until I stopped for the day. I'm recharging that first battery and will see how it does on my next use.If it does the same it'll need to be replaced or the product returned.If battery life is corrected I'll consider that 5th star! This is otherwise a very good 8" chain saw.

Awesome tool to have for a lady. I cut a pine tree in my back yard and it was very easy to get the job done.

This is a nice product but the only thing I wish the battery life last longer and I wish they would have put it where it charged super fast but look at the video it's good it's durable and steady and it cuts real good nice smooth cut I love the safety features on it it comes with gargles gloves two batteries are charging cord and I love the safety feature on it the only reason I gave it three stars because the battery runs out real fast and I felt they could have made it wet the charger will charge the batteries up super fast

I have put this little thing through hell and it's still going and doing a good job! The chain does loosen pretty easily so that's the only thing... But does a good job and saves having to get the big saw out!

I live right outside of Augusta GA hurricane Helene hit us hard. So many trees down trying to get the little bitty limbs in a chainsaw make you jump chain. Get tired of using loopers. I didn’t have high expectations but hoped this would work decent. This thing is awesome in my opinion worth every penny.

saw worked good. we tried it right away and keeping it. Disappointed there is no case though.

Motor started to smoke with the first use however it is still running. The chain stretched after the second use and now I am using the spare one. The tool less chain tensioner has become loose making it difficult to tighten chain and the chain guard is now chewed up. With their 30 day warranty, I am SOL.
