My cat will not go inside it at all. Tried everything even cat nip and treats. The neighbors cat crawled in though.

Had a cat show up in our barn several months ago. She is sweet, but not very trusting. Won't come in the house. So I bought this so she would be warm in the barn. When it's cold, she comes out to eat. Then right back in the little house. She loves it!Heat pad works great. Not too hot, keeps her comfy!

I have been looking for a warm cat house for my parent’s barn cat. They have a place for the cat to hang out but it’s not 100% weather proof. This will be nice if we can convince him to go in it.It is a little on the small side, but most cats like tight places. It’s made really well with a few things I think could be improved on. I don’t understand the flaps. There is a tiny gap between the door and the house. I don’t think most cats would know to go inside. It will probably take a little training. I wish there was a better way for that. I’ve seen some that have a slanted “shoot” off of the house for them to crawl up into and still be able to block the wind. The canopy is kind of pointless to me and if nothing else it gets in the way and hinders the cat from wanting to go in. I do like how it has two flaps so the cat never feels cornered. Always an escape route. The color is nice and it will blend in well at the barn. Having the option to have it heated is wonderful especially as the cat gets older.Putting it together wasn’t too bad. I saw where another reviewer mentioned about the frame wasn’t fitting in the house. I had that happen too until I realized I didn’t push the connectors in all the way. I like how there aren’t any extra tools needed. Everything is included. The only part that gave me a fit when trying to assemble was the black plastic pieces on the bottom. (See the part I’m pointing to on the instruction sheet) You really have to have some “umph” to get them to connect. Other than that everything else went together seamlessly.I think a couple of improvements could be made but overall it’s a nice option.

Easy to assemble an the outdoor cat (we feed, but she is truly feral) seems to love it.

This heated cat house was easy to assemble, and I do like that the heating pad seems to be good quality. We don’t usually get harsh winter weather where I am, but when the mountains behind us get snow, cool breezes descend, and our outdoor cats definitely start looking for warmer spots.The house itself feels sturdy, and the Oxford material is weather-resistant enough to withstand our heavy rains.However, this house is a lot smaller than I expected. My outdoor cats are good-sized boys and weigh around 11–12 lbs, and none of them have shown any interest in it. And here I was looking forward to the fun of seeing them curl up inside it but, nope.The door flaps also stay closed too much, so it doesn’t really feel inviting. The curtains or door material is solid, and there's nothing to hold it open, so you can’t see inside; it just looks like a dark little box rather than a cozy shelter cats would naturally want to walk into.I also have a few minor safety concerns with the heating, though it’s not a huge issue for us because we don’t deal with extreme cold very often.It’s a decent product with good weather resistance, easy assembly, and decent potential, but its small size and closed-door design make it less appealing to my cats. The tiny size and door-flap design are the reasons I reduced it by 2 stars.

This is exactly what I wanted and needed. I had it put together in a short amount of time. It is very sturdy even when my cat just wants to lay on top. The inside is warm and I love the flaps to keep the wind and rain out. It is on my covered porch. I love that it has two doors. Very happy with this product!! And so is my cat Carl.

The smaller house tends to be a little small for full size cat. The pad keeps the inside nice and warm. It is very sturdy .

We bought this for an outside cat so that she can stay toasty this coming winter. Assembly was super easy, and quality seems good.
