I love the coat. I got the purple color in purple and it is very pretty. I ordered a small. I believe they are men’s small. It is big in the shoulders and sleeve length is long. I wish they came in women’s sizesI am keeping the coat. I love the pockets and the special features, especially the removable hood. You can wear the hood like a hat without it being attached.I charged the battery and plugged it in! The three heat settings are wonderful. I love the positioning of the heaters.It really is a great coat and a great value. I highly recommend this coat.

I really love this jacket, it breaks the wind and keeps heat in. It fits true to size, I was able to wear a vest under this as well and it was snug. So if you don’t want a snug fit I recommend sizing up by 1 size. The wrist parts are adjustable which I definitely found useful because I have super small wrists. It washes nicely but don’t dry it in the dryer. The only thing that I didn’t like about the jacket was the patches that came with it and the battery. The battery adds considerable weight to the jacket simply because of how big it is to accommodate how long you can use it for. I’ve only had an issue maybe 3 times with the jacket not turning on but after checking the battery status and unplugging and replugging it started to work again. I have been asked about it so many times and despite the minor issues I’ve had I still recommend the jacket overall. The heat it provides is NOTICEABLE. I live in CT and this winter has been harsh. This jacket definitely saved me from this cold❗️

I got this jacket for my wife to wear during the winter and as soon as she tried it on, she fell in love with it. It came with a 85% charge on the battery so she was able to try it immediately and that was a mistake because she did not want to take it off. I swear she is part lizard and needs to be under a heat lamp, lol. Well, this jacket does exactly that and it is great for her. We took measurements before we ordered it and it fit nicely with a little extra room for a sweatshirt or something like that. There are 3 heat settings, and my wife found the upper temps to be a little warm, even for her, but that is great because she likes to walk outside a lot and will be good in some colder weather. It does have a hood with it that rolls up and is tucked into the collar. Overall, I highly recommend this product!** Follow-up 2 months later: Not sure if anyone has same problem, but jacket won't turn back on unless you unplug the battery and then plug it back in. ?? No way to contact the company???? Can't ask questions on this product either???

This was a Christmas gift. I’ve used it a few times so far. I like that the battery shows in numbers what percent it’s at. It was pretty easy to figure out how to use. It does get pretty warm in the chest/belly, arms and back area. However, if you wear multiple layers with the jacket you don’t feel the heat as much. I wore it in the rain it is definitely water proof. Nice quality and I look forward to wearing it more often as it’s pretty comfortable and light weight.

To make sure the jacket turns on, always push the button on the battery before pushing the button on the jacket

UPDATE- I got a chance to wear the jacket and need the heating function today as it was cold here today. To say I’m disappointed is a gross understatement. On high the heat was so minimal even placing my hands directly onto the heating areas felt just barely warm and not enough to warm my hands. The back slightly more but the front was nearly ice cold and the medium and low setting had no heat. The arms never had any palpable heat emitting. Battery was fully charged, the temp indicator lit up, but no heat produced. This will never keep me warm in cold weather. Trying to contact company to see what’s up.Fabulous color. I did order up one size and glad I’m did. It’s slightly room which is good for sweaters. Typically wear a size 16 or XL, I ordered an XXL. I’m 5’5” and the length hits me about mid butt and it’s a good length without being overwhelming. It seems to heat up well, it hasn’t been cold enough to,wear it extensively to know the battery length. Now the cons, the battery takes forever to charge, as in over night. The battery is also VERY heavy in the pocket. The arms are very long and the only thing that saves them is the fact that the wrists can be cinched in, I do wish it had an inner cuff with thumb holes. The fabric is a bit stiff overall and I’m hoping this will loosen up. Don’t know if I’d buy it again as I have no idea about the longevity.

I bought this more than a year ago as an alternative to a horribly-designed and incredibly poor-quality jacket from another company on here (whose name I won't mention, but starts with a V and ends with an S). I did a bit of research on something better, and went with this, and chose the small size (American Medium). I'm 5'8", at 124 lbs.Honestly, I'm really floored. Every time I put this jacket on, I feel so well-dressed. It CONSTANTLY nets me compliments, and people ask about it all the time, whether I'm out and about, or at work. It fits my frame excellently, and there's one MAJOR pro I love about this jacket - the sleeves are LONG. My arms are about two inches longer than the average person's, and it makes finding long-sleeved clothing that goes down past my wrists an absolute nightmare.The shell of the jacket fits well, and is a bit form-fitting (I would like to go with an XS but fear the sleeves would be shorter, so I don't know if I'll be going that route any time soon). I am aware some other people on here have mentioned that if you don't buy a snug-fitting size, then the heating elements won't make adequate contact with your body, but I haven't had that experience.Regarding the build quality of the jacket, it's fantastic. It's got a really clean and minimal look, a decent water-repellent outer covering, and the ability to roll the hood up + a high collar makes it great for windy days. The zip-up pockets are awesome on the front. I keep so much stuff in there, keys, receipts, extra battery, etc. They also designed the power cable for the battery pack solid and it doesn't have any signs of fraying or cracked plastic/grommets. Just be careful when you put it in the pocket after plugging it in, so you don't pinch or bend the cable. The little LED indication on the power button once you plug it in is nice, so you know if there's a short going from the battery to the coat.The stitching on the zippers, sleeves, and internal fleece are all fantastic and very well done. No signs of fraying.The battery lasts a LONG time on the low/medium settings. I can make it through an entire day at work with my jacket on low, easily. You still get plenty of battery life on high, but I personally recommend buying a second battery from them. You'll be warm as long as you need, and having a backup on charge is practically necessary for really harsh winters.So those are the pros. What of the cons?Not many, actually. Here's my issues:1. On the wearer's right side, the bottom of the fabric web that attaches the zipper to the jacket is slightly splitting apart. It's making it a little finagle-y to zip up sometimes, but poses no issue to wearability or function.2. I do wish the body was a bit more snug while keeping the sleeves long (but considering the jank build quality of some of the other jackets I've seen on here, I'll take this one every day regardless).3. The hood. The hood is way too short in the front when it's open and in use. When I'm going anywhere, I have to duck my head into the coat and pull the hood down over the front of my head, and even then, there's a lot to be desired. I don't have a head mounted on a ladder, nor a giraffe neck, but it's still a bit annoying having to carry groceries or something while pinning my hood down with a (possibly) free hand.Aside from those few cons, I'm stunned. For as much as I've seen of garbage-quality products and jackets from company after company, DEWBU hit it out of the park with this. I have recommended it to so many people (but if they'll buy it is another matter entirely). There's nowhere you can go wrong if you get a fit that works for you. The price, the fit, the quality, the well-thought out heating element placement, and battery life? It makes for one of the easiest no-brainer winter weather buys you can get.

I have been wanting one of these jackets for a long time. I have Raynaud's and when I get cold I physically hurt. And I get cold easily. I ordered this jacket in a Small even though Amazon said to get a medium. I am happy I got my normal size and didn't size up. I am petite and the arms would have been super long if I had sized up. It sits right at mid-butt length which is ok for me. I plan on wearing it all day at work so it isn't too long but just long enough I wont get a draft up my back. I agree with other reviewers that if it is too big you can't feel the warmth. It has a super neat hoody style pocket on the back with a zipper on each side. The front zipper pockets do go up rather high but that doesn't bother me. Charging the jacket did take quiet a while. I also either didn't read the instructions or it didn't specify to HOLD the power button down to turn it on initially. Once it is on you can quickly press the power button to switch between the different settings. I've only played with a little so far but am extremely happy. It is also a nice jacket without the heating function. I like the outer shell fabric. If you have been wanting this jacket (or one similar) go with this one! The arm heaters are a very nice feature and I am so glad I finally spent the money and won't be miserable and cold at work anymore.

Ok - this is a great jacket. Fit is good - and it seems to be made of good quality materials.It is fairly wind proof - and seems to be very good with water as well ( i just have not tested it to make a solid comment on the water part).The jacket is good and warm - even without the heaters! It fits well and is comfortable.The heaters are great for walks on cool nights - (on low) - it just takes the edge off - and makes the walk comfortable.If you are out in the snow and more severe cold - you can turn the heaters up to level 2 or 3 - and it will keep you toasty warm.This has become my goto winter jacket - here in Canada. I would recommend it!

I love this coat. This is the second winter I am wearing it. It is perfect for running errands, and a lot of the time I don’t even have to turn on the heat. It’s nice to wear when shopping as I don’t get too hot. When it is very cold out or I want to go for a walk the heat is perfect. The battery lasts me a week usually before having to charge, but that depends on how high you want the heat and how long you use it. I also really like the colour, it is a nice break from black for the winter. If you layer underneath it would be ok for colder days, but probably not for very cold parts of Canada.

Update** the seller reached out and apologized for the battery, sent me a new one without charge and this one is working SO much better. Weill update if anything happens but as of now I am happy with this jacket again! Thank youBattery is awful. Keeps shutting off and won’t start until you plug it in. And I don’t have a plug in when I’m out hiking in it. Heat is fine and jacket is good but none of it matters when battery sucks. I tried to reach out to seller but didn’t hear back. This is the second heated jacket I’ve tried from Amazon and I wouldn’t recommend either.

I have a weird condition that makes me allergic to the cold, called cold uriticaria.. heated clothing is a must when there isn't much for allergy meds that help with the horrendous hives that come with the condition..I bought this coat in hopes that it would fit better than the sweater I have and it kind of does.. it's an extra small, I'm a pretty small woman (5'1" and 93lbs) and the jacket still fits a little big. Not overly a big deal, still fits better than the heated sweater (the heated sweater is a medium and was bought for me from someone else). All of the heated components work, though it's hard to feel the ones in the arms, I'm not sure if that is just from me being smaller so I don't want to say it doesn't work, when it clearly does it just might not be tight enough around my arms to fully notice it. The battery lasts a long time and doesn't take much time to fully charge, if you're using a fast charger. A regular charger will take HOURS.I got the jacket to better battle the outdoor elements . Instead of the sweater absorbing the rain or the wind coming right through, it bounces it all off.The only complaints I have is that it's not as form fitting as the images make it look. The form fit helps me keep the heat in where as this jacket has some airy spots.Also, even if the battery is plugged in and charged, you have to unplug it and plug it back in for the coat to turn on. Otherwise, you're pushing and holding the button for nothing to happen, even when you're pushing the button on the battery itself too. It HAS to be unplugged and plugged back in..Aside from those two minor things, it's a great bang for your buck! Two large pockets on the outside and both have clips inside and pen holders as well.
