First and foremost, this is absolutely adorable. I have never owned something made of wheat straw, so I was not sure what I was in for but it it really nice. The texture is very smooth and matte. Midcentury Modern is very big right now which makes me happy as I have always been a fan. It came packed so nice and secure so there was no risk of damage during shipping. I assembled it myself, without needing my husbands help, in less than five minutes. Which I normally do need his help for things like this. Each piece doesn't just lay on the mount base, each has a little niche cut out for it which holds it perfectly in place. I tried to show it in the picture. It has an adjustable cord which is great because I do not have very high ceilings and I was worried it might be too long but thankfully with adjustment it is not. It is perfect. It is stylish, unique and eye catching but not gaudy. If you are looking for a light to light a whole room, I don't think this would work for you. It is more of a down light that spread out whole room light. It is perfect for what I wanted over my table. I love it.

This Mid Century Modern Pumpkin Orange Pendant Light adds warmth and personality to a space. The pumpkin orange color is rich and cozy and the wheat straw material gives it texture and a certain durability. This light is not flimsy or fragile. It works especially well for kitchens or dining areas where you want a softer, mid-century feel. The fixture itself is decently made but I just really don't like the material. I still give it five stars because if you like the style, you are going to love it but I don't like the opacity of wheatstraw.

The canopy is barely bigger than a new construction round junction box and smaller than a remodeling version.IN USE: The lamp is colorful both on and off! The lamp is fairly large at just under 15” in diameter. The lights illumination shines down primarily and also out some. It’s a nice lamp. Easy to put together and lightweight! I’m redecorating my house and usually don’t do colors like orange but I was looking to switch things up and add items I usually wouldn’t.It’s a fun lamp that’ll add a pop of color to your space! Really good quality! Price point is a tad much in my opinion but I do think it’s worth it!

This is a cool little pendant light. It is made from sturdy metal and is a lovely shade of orange. The shade itself looks like flower petals that are just about open.Easy to assemble and hang, the wiring is thick and good quality. (Some of these pendants really skimp on the copper) It looks quite pretty when lit. The light plays off the orange shade beautifully. Pretty good deal on price too in comparison to others. I like it. It lights the room perfectly and is small enough not to demand your attention when you enter the room. A good deal indeed.
