⚠️ Keep filament dry and stored in a sealed bag when not in use.⚠️ Avoid touching the nozzle or freshly printed parts while hot.---I use ELEGOO PLA Plus 1.75mm White 2KG (2x 1KG Spools) a lot — and I mean a lot — and it never disappoints. This is one of those filaments you load up and just trust. My prints consistently come out clean, smooth, and sharp. The white is bright and crisp, which makes finished parts look professional right off the bed. It’s perfect for display pieces, prototypes, and everyday functional prints. What I really appreciate about this PLA+ is the added toughness. It’s stronger than standard PLA and doesn’t feel brittle. Parts feel solid in your hand, with just enough durability to handle real use without cracking. The dimensional accuracy (±0.02mm) shows in the consistency — no weird extrusion surprises, no random rough patches. Just reliable results spool after spool.Getting two 1KG spools in the 2KG package is also a big plus. More printing, less reordering. If you print often and want a dependable white PLA+ that delivers clean results every time, this one is an easy choice.
5 StarsThis ELEGOO PLA Plus filament bundle is outstanding! I ordered the 10KG black pack and every spool has been perfect — consistent diameter, no tangles, no clogs, and it prints beautifully on my Ender and Bambu printers. The prints come out strong, with excellent layer adhesion and a smooth matte finish. It handles bridges and overhangs really well with minimal stringing. I’ve already gone through several kg and haven’t had a single bad spool. For the price, getting 10KG of high-quality PLA Plus is an incredible value. Highly recommend for anyone who prints a lot — this stuff just works every time.Would buy again without hesitation!
I’m most interested in functional prints so I immediately gravitate towards the strongest filaments, and polycarbonate is well known to be one of the strongest plastics in existence, being used for things like bulletproof windows in banks. It’s also really pretty when properly printed. I’m still learning and dialing in my slicer settings, but here’s what seems to work. I dried the spool for a good 12 hours at 75c, straight from the vacuum pack into the dryer. PC is super viscous so a .6mm nozzle really helps. Use the textured build plate that came with your printer and a thin skim of glue, and print at the lowest possible temp, which in my case is 263c (3 above recommended minimum) and 100c on the bed. Turn your print and travel speeds way down. Adhesion is good with this stuff and I didn’t have much in the way of issues with the first layer. The problem with this stuff is that even with a properly dried fresh spool, a dryer, and my desert climate it likes to string. Printing at the lowest possible temp and turning your print speeds down helps, but the issue is gradual buildup on the outside of the nozzle every time it crosses a string. Eventually this turns into a big booger that may or may not damage your print. On one test run said booger got caught in a couple wall loops and dragged them off the print causing a blemish. I’ve gone so far as to manually remove the buildup with tweezers mid print, and with 100% infill and ironing of all solid layers, this means many trips to the printer over many hours to check the nozzle. I’m going to start treating my nozzle with PTFE paint and double check the nozzle height, and just maybe I’ll be able to run an 18 hour print without having to clean off the buildup. Now the good. Polycarbonate is one of the strongest plastics in existence. It boasts incredible impact and heat resistance and also takes a beautiful polish. It’s lacking in the UV and chemical resistance departments though so if you’re making a part that will be exposed to the elements or harsh solvents go with ASA or nylon respectively. Neither look nearly as good. A clean polycarbonate print comes out super shiny and resembles a brand new vinyl record. The last nice thing about this filament is the price at about half what reinforced nylon costs, and since I happen to have a centauri carbon printer I get to stay entirely OEM with this stuff. And I’m just getting started.
I bought this spool to print an EZ22 project (if you know, you know 😄) and thought the pink would make it more fun — and it definitely delivered. I normally stick with Hatchbox, but the price has gotten a bit high, so I decided to give ELEGOO’s PLA+ a try. I’m glad I did.The filament worked flawlessly with my Ender 3 V2 running a Sprite extruder/hot end, and I didn’t even need to change my usual Hatchbox settings (205°C nozzle / 60°C bed). Adhesion was solid, the filament fed smoothly, and I didn’t run into any of the common issues like clogging or inconsistent diameter. The color is vibrant and holds up great even after sanding, which isn’t always the case with cheaper filaments. Print quality was clean, layer lines were minimal, and post-processing went smoothly.Overall, this is a high-value, reliable filament that performs just as well as more expensive options. I’d absolutely recommend giving it a try, especially if you want bold color without paying premium pricing.
I was immediately impressed by the printing experience with this ELEGOO PLA Plus. The dimensional accuracy (+/−0.02mm) is truly professional-grade; I haven't experienced a single clog or filament jam across two full kilograms of printing, and the consistency translated into perfectly smooth layer lines on everything from large structural parts to fine detailed miniatures. Bed adhesion is fantastic, even on simple glass beds, and the deep, rich black color is uniform and delivers a beautiful matte finish to the final products. This filament requires very little tuning—just set your standard PLA+ profile, and you're ready to go.What truly sets this apart from standard PLA is the sheer toughness and durability of the finished parts. My test prints that usually snap under moderate stress with regular filament were significantly more resilient when printed with this PLA+, holding up better to bending and impact—the "Tougher and Stronger" claim is definitely valid. For the price, getting two 1kg spools offers outstanding value, making it my new go-to bulk filament for projects that need both strength and precision. If you own an FDM printer and need a reliable, strong, and consistently accurate black filament, I wholeheartedly recommend the ELEGOO PLA Plus—it’s a clear 5-star winner and a permanent fixture in my workshop.
Excellent Filament at an affordable price. I've had great results with the Elegoo PLA series over the past few years. Excellent layer and bed adhesion, no tangles and no clogs.
Picked this filament up and it’s been a solid addition to the lineup. It prints pretty easily—no constant tweaking or fighting with settings. Feeds smooth, sticks well, and doesn’t warp much, which is exactly what you want out of PLA.The cool part is the finish. It actually gives a nice wood-like look instead of just being brown plastic. It’s got that matte, slightly textured feel that makes prints look way better for decorative stuff. It’s not perfect (wood filament never really is), but for the price and how easy it is to work with, it’s hard to complain.Overall, good filament if you want something a little different without making your printer hate you.
Great filament overall. It feeds smoothly, prints clean, and doesn’t tangle. The print quality is consistent, and everything sticks well to the bed without much hassle. Super easy to use and reliable—definitely a solid choice for everyday printing.
PLA+ is much better than PLA.Its filament does not break while hanging if left for a week or month.best product.
