This kettle gets used almost daily. It seems sturdy enough and is comfortable to use. Does a kettle heat water faster than the stove or microwave? Maybe a little, but it does free up the stove and microwave for other uses. I like the blue light showing it is on, and I like the automatic shut off that has worked without fail. The lid could open a bit more to make it easier to fill, but I don’t find that a big issue. It cleans easily, but I have used only filtered water and there is no scale buildup. I considered kettles with different heating and temperature options but ended up choosing this basic kettle and I am glad I did.

I've been using this for a few months and really enjoy having a quick way to eat my bottled spring water for sourdough and various other quick cook ideas. It's easy to clean. It has a very neat appearance on my open counter. One thing I do like to do is put less water in and get a really quick boil for a good cup of hot tea. That's my tea and I'm spilling it.

This kettle has two minor inconveniences. One is when you lift the kettle off the heating plate, it doesn't release quickly; the plate needs to be heavier. I love that the on/off switch in on the handle, rather than the stupid little lever that protrudes near the bottom of other brands (which is always getting inn the way and frequently gets banged or caught on other stuff). It's also very fast and quiet. You don't hear it until the water reaches a rolling boil.The other is what I think is a cya issue. The instructions say the unit should be unplugged when not is use. Since I use the kettle several times a day, it meas reaching for an inconvenient outlet multiple times a day to plug and unplug it. That is just not going to happen. It stays plugged in just like the coffee grinder.Because of these two issues, I rated it lower than I would have otherwise. It's a very good product with a generous capacity, and plug issue aside, I like it very much.

I’ve been using this electric kettle almost daily for the past year and I don’t have any complaints. When it’s full, it takes about 8 minutes to boil, but for smaller amounts it only takes around 2–3 minutes, which is very fast.It shuts off automatically once the water is ready, which I really like. I also bought two more as gifts and they are working great as well. Even with frequent use in an outdoor kitchen area, it hasn’t shown any signs of rust or damage. Easy to use, easy to clean, and very reliable. I would definitely recommend it.

really like this glass kettle... it is easy to clean and dry off inside.. hand fits in well.. it is a simple... button to open the top which i appreciate and a button to start it.. lights up which is pretty and boils water fast!! some kettles for me have too many bells and whistles.. this one works well!!

This is the third kettle we tried. The least expensive, and yet the best. Quick to boil, easy markings to see, and easy to pour. I would have given 5 stars except for weird and loud banging noise when first started.
