Great product, I hated throwing away so many plastic containers. Smells great use it in all bathrooms.

Dial body soap leaves a clean and fresh feeling. Hair is squeeky clean.Got the liquid soap because it is low cost and I wanted to get the bar soap out of the shower cuz the bar soap was just melting and leaving a nasty mess.Well, this stuff can be used for body wash and for shampoo. What a deal.And there is no more soapy residue in the shower from melting bar soap.The dial liquid soap has a slightly greasy feel and has to be rinsed off a little more than bar soap.No icth no scratch. No complaints from anyone.4 gallon jugs and a pump that screws on the jug has lasted longer than i calculated.I am gonna buy more of it.

Nice odor. Buy in bulk and transfer to small pump bottle. Save money.

I ran the numbers and, yes, from Walmart a 22.5 oz bottle of Suave Daily Clarifying Shampoo (which I used as a hair and body wash) is cheaper per ounce. Keep in mind this bottle started out at a full quart, then shrank to 30 ounces before shrinkflating again to its current size. It might be only a matter of time until it equals or even exceeds the price per ounce of the Dial hair and body wash.It lathers luxuriously in hard water and rinses squeaky clean. Screw a pump into the jug, put it on the shower or bathtub floor with the label facing away and shower up!

I received this item in a timely manner; however, I ended up not wanting to keep the items (they smelled awful!). I went through Amazon.com to make my returned, packaged it up, set it on my front porch, and had it shipped back, and asked for my money back. I received the money back immediately (this was in January 2013), but in March, I received an email stating that I had not yet sent the Dial products back in to return them. The only problem was, when I looked at my returns on amazon.com, it showed that the return had been received at the dock, and it was complete. I attempted to respond to the email, but got a generic response back, and I could not find a number to call, or any way to reach customer service. Now, in April 2013, it suddenly no longer appears in my returns queue. I am so upset, but I cannot figure out a way to contact anyone about this issue, as there is no number to call, nor is there an email to respond to. Any advice?? Don't order this product--it appears that you "can" return it if you change your mind because it smells horrendous, but if you do, don't expect to get your money back.

I wanted to love this soap. We usually buy Mckessen body soap by the gallons, but wanted to give Dial a try because it's widely known and as far as I knew, a good product. It's not horrible, it's just slippery. It lathers well but you gotta get your hands going to get that lather before it slides right off if your under running water. It's hard to explain. Fragrance is subtle which is nice. It's male/female friendly. I'm sure it cleans ok. No skin irritation. Packaged great. No damage. Arrived early even. We have 4 gallons to decide if we'll reorder or not. Mostly everything was positive with this purchase though. Maybe I'm just used to the other soap after using for so many years. Gonna keep an open mind

My wife encountered this all in one product in the nursing home. She fell in love with the product when she showered and washed her hair. She used it in nursing home for 5 months and HAD to have it when she came home. Asked the Dial people where we could purchase and sure enough Amazon was the place...thank goodness as I could not find it anywhere else...4 gallons with a pump dispenser was selling at great price..shipped for free.She is happy again with her cleansing product...It leaves hair silky, shiny and really clean. Leave your body without residue and that really clean feeling. You won't want to shower or bathe without it after you start using it. GREAT PRODUCT WITH GREAT PRICE.Enjoy it ...

I am using this as shampoo, body wash, and hand soap, and I’m quite happy with it. As everyone else noted, the packaging is horrible, and I did indeed have some spillage on arrival. How could they be so incompetent when it comes to correct packaging of liquids that almost everyone ends up with the same problem? All it needs is a foil liner under the cap or a piece of tape over the cap. It really makes no sense that they would continue to skip this standard precaution even after so many people have reported problems. Anyway, five stars because it’s still worth it despite the predictable mess.
