This thing has saved me more than once. Easy to setup and use, battery last awhile, all you gotta do is make sure the paper is installed properly.

It's wonderful and the fact that it's portable is extraordinarily great. It Prints wonderful and doesn't skip or smudge.

In my life I use a wide variety of laptops, desktops, tablets and phones. Some are portable, many are not.That means I have to sometimes play hide-and-go-seek trying to find printers if I’m on the road (and paying to print at office supply stores is getting expensive).This is especially problematic with my Chromebook. It’s really picky on printers it will allow in its inner circle and it appears I don’t have any to fit those requirements.This thermal printer is not only portable and rechargeable, but it operates on Bluetooth via the Eprinter app found in nearly any OS app store, or by direct connection, if you desire (more on that later).Assuming you’ve got the printer charged, do the following:1. Download the app to all tablets, desktops, phones and laptops you plan to use. There are Android, iOS, OSX and Android apps you’ll find in your relevant app store.Worth noting, if you’re using ChromeOS, that is essentially Android compatible.2. Fire up the app and let it find your printer (of course, make sure it’s on).3. Load up your preferred paper choice (fanfold, single sheet or roll). There is a roll included, but I don’t know how many copies it’ll make before running out.4. Find the document or image you want to print and go from there. The app will guide you along.5. Should you opt for direct connection to your computer, use the included USB-C to USB-A cord or, should you have USB-C only, use the included adapter (both are in the included bag).Worth noting, those with Chromebooks will find that the direct connection via USB doesn’t work; however, the Eprinter app does just fine.Of course, nothing is perfect and there are a few things to watch out for:* This is a thermal printer requiring thermal paper. Regular paper may load but it won’t work.What’s thermal paper? About $10 for a sheet or 100, that’s what. This is not a printer you’d want to use for long, drawn-out, dissertations. As mentioned before, you do get a roll with this unit, but there’s no telling how long it’ll last.* The paper has a tendency to curl due to the heat produced during the printing process. You can straighten it out to a certain degree.* Speaking of hot, the printhead gets very hot in use. Don’t open the unit and touch it for quite a while after use.* Ever gotten a thermal paper receipt from a store and noticed it starts to fade within a month or so? Expect that here, too. If you want long term documents for storage, consider a laser printer (inkjets fade, too).* When it comes to recharging the battery, it requires a sub 5v charging block, so you can forget those quick chargers with high voltage readings. Be careful as not to damage the internals!On that topic, the printer came with so little of a charge it took over 4 hours to finally fill it back up.* It includes a bag I’d call fuzzy-wuzzy. No protection for the unit itself - the manufacturer should have included a hardshell bag like most others do.In the long run you’ll probably save money since there is no ink or powder involved. No overpriced cartridges to buy! As long as you use it sparingly, the paper costs shouldn’t get too high.So far, I’m impressed. I got mine for $50 and expect it’ll save me a lot more money than that in the long run.

This works in a pinch. If you are traveling it is decent. Does not take up much space. You have to hand feed each piece of paper. The paper for this must be thermal and you still have to carry that around if you do not use the rolls of paper. For my work the rolls do not work as great.

It works as expected..I don't like the scrolled paper or trying to flatten it out.i bought flat thermal paper.but have not learned how to or had a chance to use it yet.

Best printer ever, would buy it again. If you’re just looking for forms printed applications printed. This is great no more ink to buy., and it’s quick and easy. It even gives you the E print app to look for. It hooked up easier than any printer I bought yet. And you can take it with you in the car as long as you got something to power it up in your USB.
