The perfect solution for behind the bed. The flat plug allows the bed to still go right up against the wall, and the two "branches" allow you to bring power to either side of the bed for lamps or phone chargers, or alarm clocks. For me, this is especially useful since only one of the plugs is on the switch, so it gives me more control over what I want to come on with the switch. Not only for the bedroom, this cord can be helpful in any setting where a flat plug is needed while still providing many outlets for a variety of electronics. It is hard to determine in the listing, but the two cords branch out immediately from the plug - there is no "leader" cord. Each of the two cords coming out of the plug is 9 feet long and has a triple outlet on it, therefor up to 6 items can be plugged in at a time. The types of things I wish to plug in will never likely be on at the same time and have a minimal draw, but buyers should be aware of their usage for safety. I am pleased with this cord and would definitely recommend for similar purposes to mine. It also comes in a giftable box.

This is a really nice extension cord with a low-profile, 3-prong plug, two 9-foot-long flat cords, and two 3-socket grounded outlet blocks. This is perfect to plug in behind the bed and split up between two nightstands. Would also be a great option for two side tables at the side of a couch. You can also mount the outlet block on the wall with the provided hole at the top. The plug itself, though low-profile, is rather large and will cover whatever outlet is below it, so it really should only be used on a bottom outlet. It would be better if it were designed with the cords coming off one or both sides to not block the second outlet. Aside from that, it’s a very clever design and extremely versatile and practical.

Sadly I used in the kitchen and it caught on fire after less than two weeks. This is a product for low consumption.

This extension cord set arrived in just two days and was perfectly packaged and in excellent condition. The cord itself is unique in that a single plug yields two extensions, each having three sockets. An added bonus is the fact that the socket plug is about as flat as a plug can be, allowing it to fit behind just about anything. My only concern is the fact that there is no UL listing on these and the two extension sockets are rather light. That said, I doubt there are any safety issues and do recognize there is an ETL certification, though I don’t think that is nearly as good as a UL. Bang for Buck, if you’re looking for extensions going two different directions from the same outlet, this is a big winner. As it is not UL listed, I may tend to use lower amperage devices on this cord, and I will tend not to leave it plugged in for long duration while not attended, at least until I become a bit more comfortable with it.

The best feature of this extension cord is the flat plug. This means that it can go behind furniture without getting in the way. The plug is as streamlined as I have seen. As a result the two three strand wires come out in a pair of flat wires and each stretches 9 feet to a triple outlet.It would be nice if surge protection was provided on these. It is also important to remember that there are potentially 6 items plugged into one outlet. The rating is for 13 amps, so the cord itself can handle a lot. The limiting factor may be the circuit.The image of the product is slightly misleading. It shows 3 wires exiting the plug, when in reality it is 6, with three wires going to each of the 3 outlet ends. The holes for fixing the outlets are not very practical if you plug and unplug items regularly. You would need to hold the outlet securely to avoid detaching it, but also make sure your hand did not come in contact with the prongs as they come out.While I cannot see the wire used, it seems to be the 16 AWG listed. Used with a little care, this extension cord will fit a specific need very nicely.

This plus is genius! We have a large sectional in our living room with lamps on either side and have struggled to get cords to plugs without the cords being stretched and looking dumb. When I saw this plug, I ordered it right away and it has been absolutely perfect! It's really flat, so fits great behind the sectional, and it has two extensions that come out in either direction for 9 feet so it can reach lamps on both sides of our couch! I was finally able to get all my lamps on the switched outlet for once and don't have to run around turning on individual lamps anymore. The design of this extension cord is absolutely genius and I highly recommend! Excuse the dust bunnies behind our couch in the picture, but this is going to be one of those items I recommend to all my family and friends!

I actually thought this was two separate extension cords when I ordered it, but this extension cord is a sort of splitter - one flat plug connected to two extension cords with three outlets on each. Can be very handy, as long as you keep track of how much power you're drawing and don't overload your outlet. This is a good way to put a couple of lights on the same switched outlet if you have one of those outlets that's split between a switched socket and non-switches socket.
