0 stars if you had that. It was AWFUL tasting, clumpy even when blended. I used one, tasted it, dumped it down the drain and threw the others away.

Every serving provides 20 grams of whey protein isolate along with added electrolytes and fiber, while staying low in calories and completely sugar free. It’s a refreshing option for post-workout recovery, hot weather, or anytime you want protein without feeling weighed down afterward.The Peach Ginger flavor is actually very well done. The peach adds a smooth fruity sweetness, while the ginger gives it a slightly crisp finish that keeps it from tasting overly candy-like. The flavor profile feels cleaner and more balanced than many protein drinks that rely on overpowering sweetness. I also appreciated that the taste stayed fairly subtle instead of becoming artificial or syrupy since I'm not a huge fan of artificial peach flavors.Preparation is simple. I poured one packet into water and mixed it in a shaker bottle. It dissolved quickly with no gritty texture or clumps, which is always a huge plus with powdered supplements. The only downside for me was that shaking it vigorously created quite a bit of foam, truly lots. The drink itself still tasted good, but the foamy texture wasn’t my favorite. Next time I’ll probably stir it more gently in a glass or lightly shake it to reduce that issue. I also found that using closer to 10 or 12 ounces of water gave the best flavor balance, since adding more diluted it a little too much for my preference.One thing I really liked was the portability. The single-serve packets are easy to toss into a gym bag, travel bag or even keep at the office. They stay fresh, don’t take up much room, and make it convenient to get extra protein throughout the day without carrying around premixed drinks.Another benefit is the whey isolate formula itself. I tried out the peach ginger clear protein flavor - definitely a unique flavor that I haven’t seen before in a protein drink! This one is likely going to be an acquired taste, and leans more heavily into the ginger flavor than peach. I like that these are offered in sample size packs that you can try before committing to an entire tub, but it would be nice if there was a variety pack offered with all of the flavors.I used a bullet blender and appreciated that all of the powder mixed into the drink completely. I hate when you get a mouthful of clumped up powder - didn’t notice any of that here. Very smooth! Like all other clear protein varieties that I’ve tried, this does produce a significant amount of foam when you blend it. If this is bothersome to you, I would recommend blending this about 15-20 minutes before you anticipate drinking it. By that time, most of the bubbles should have gone flat. I also like adding a good amount of ice which helps cut a bit of the sweetness.

This clear WPI protein drink comes as 5 individual packages within a small box.Probably a packaging option that should be reserved for a weekend trip where you want to take a few protein drinks and will have the time and resources available to mix one from powder and you don't want to transport the weight of several RTD bottles or a large bulk tub of powder.These are on the pricey side, but single serve and RTD generally cost more per serving than bulk containers.They call this a Protein and Electrolyte mix.What you get per serving is;20g of protein from WPI , 4g carbs, 3 g fiber (from soluble corn fiber)Electrolytes:200 mg of Sodium (Na)270 mg of Potassium (K)notably no Calcium or MagnesiumSweetness comes from Stevia extract.I'm confused on what to make of this product. With 20g of protein it is a Fair to Good protein source. With only 200/270 mg of Sodium / Potassium and nothing else it is barely a fair Electrolyte and hydration drink.For me, combining the two doesn't provide a synergistic uplift. I'd rather have two separate drinks. One an excellent protein drink and the second and excellent hydration / Electrolyte drink.It is a well made product. I'm only giving it 3 starts though because I don't it really hits the mark on what I think most people want. I could be wrong. If you aren't that discriminating, you might prefer a Broad Spectrum approach where the product isn't top shelf on one front but is OK on several fronts.Taste:Peach-Ginger is a unique flavor combo. There isn't much flavor to this one. I frequently enjoy peach ice tea and I love Ginger, pickled ginger, crystalized ginger, chocolate covered ginger slices .. . I don't taste or smell any peach in this drink. I don't taste or smell any ginger either but there is a little ginger spice after-burn detectable after taking a sip. Mostly it just tastes sweet and a slightly milky.It foamed up a lot when mixed with my battery hand drink mixer.OK, but not special in any aspect.

This is not tasty. I had to mix it with another flavored product to make it palatable.

I find that these hydrating clear protein powders are excellent for just hydrating and adding protein to your diet. In my case my sister was just hospitalized and wasn't eating well and really needed protein to help her heal and these came in handy and she loves them. I will tell you that you need to make them I would say 15 minutes in advance to add them to your water shake it shake it shake it shake it for a while check it after 5-10 minutes shake it some more and then you can have it after about 15 minutes then it's completely clear it does foam on top so that is completely normal when you're making it and they are very tasty she's been drinking them room temperature I find that they're better ice cold it's just a matter of preference these give you 20 g of protein per packet. So they are really a good value for the money and if you need them for prepping for a procedure or if you're getting over an illness and you still need to add protein to your diet or you're doing it for other health reasons these are a great choice and Propel is a very quality company for hydration. By the way the peach Ginger is delicious it's very very peachy the ginger is lighter in the background of the flavor.

Did not really care for. I'm going to try adding it into a pitcher of water instead of a indiv size bottle to see if that helps.
