The set of outdoor connectable decking plates is strong and durable. Whether you're using it inside of your dog's crate or out back on the patio to relieve some of the heat of the sun, this is an awesome choice. If the dog has to go, it will at least go underneath the flooring, and then you can easily hose it down. I have a dog with alopecia, and therefore he overheats quite easily. If I take him to the beach with my other dogs, this is a perfect thing to keep on me, as it keeps him cool on the hot sand and relieves him of any overheating that may normally come from the hot sand. Of course, I still have to pay careful attention to his heat levels, as he still can't last too long out there in the hot sun, but I believe that this item in particular is well suited for assisting with that with him. The collar looks nice. They snap into place easily, and then, if you want, you can always purchase the end caps that are rounded off, which allow it to look natural no matter where you put it. For the price, I think it's well worth it, and I would buy again, and I would also recommend this to anybody else.

Its good quality plastic and provides an estimate of 1/4" off the ground.It is an interlocking mechanism to join the pieces, but they are not held firmly, meaning they hook, but move without having to unsbsp anything on or off - it's just a "lip over edge" design.It can keep a dog from a direct cold floor, but equally, can provide some airflow in the Summer. I observed that I had a cool draft passing through the flooring which would help in the heat of this gulf south state.If there is a soft cover or blanket over the plastic, I think there would be enough airflow through the slots on between tiles and the raised bottom to provide good airflow from just laying on floors or concrete. This is a big plus. I've not seen one like this.For the quality and the amount of tiles, it's something I would buy again.

I liked the idea of this flooring for outdoor pet areas, but it just didn’t work as well as I expected. The pieces didn’t feel as sturdy as I hoped and setup was more frustrating than it should have been. I also expected it to feel a little more secure once connected. It may work for lighter use, but overall it just wasn’t worth it for me.

Nice floor mat. We used under pee pads and it worked well. Nicely made not too flimsy. Easy to assemble to use. To protect the flooring its a great value.

My brother has a GSD thats already 90 pounds. He is massive. I would not recommend this flooring for a dog that size. It buckled under his weight. If you have a smaller dog, even a large breed but not massive like this guy, it would probably work better.It was fairly easy to put together, the color was muted. I don't know if the quality issue that we had is just due to the size of the dog, or if it's due to the product itself. But for us, I wouldn't have got this if I knew it would have performed the way it did. It's not a good value for the cost in our case, so I can't really recommend it, unless like I said your dog is not as heavy is this big ole boy, it might work out better for you.

I’ll admit I originally thought these panels were rubberized, so I had a totally different plan for them at first. But once I opened the box, I realized they’re actually made of a really solid, durable hard plastic; and honestly, that might be even better. They feel sturdy enough to hold up to weather, weight, and a dog who likes to chew on anything soft. These? A dog would have a hard time getting through them, if they could at all.They snap together easily, and once they’re locked in, they make a great, stable flooring surface. I can see these staying cool enough for a dog to lay on comfortably, and they’d definitely protect a kennel liner from getting torn up. They’re versatile too, you can use them in all kinds of setups.And someday, when I finally build my catio, this is exactly the kind of flooring I’d want in it. It’s durable, easy to clean, and simple to configure however you need.Overall, even though they weren’t what I expected at first, I’m really happy with them.
