This stainless container is great for keeping my hot chocolate hot. It's never in it more than a couple of hours and is still hot. It keeps my cold water cold all day and if I put ice in it, it stays icy for 8 plus hours. I knock it over all the time and it doesn't leak. And very important to me; is the LID IS VERY easy to clean. The handle makes it easy to find the drinking hole while on the move. The stainless appears to be of excellent quality materials and I love the color! I have Stanley and Yetti and I prefer this for everyday use and trips. It is cheaper and does exactly the same as the more expensive brand but doesn't leak like they do. And yes, they steal this one just as often as the others. I have found the Stanly hard to remove the lid, I don't have that issue with the Contigo. It fits nicely in all my vehicles. I have one for my dog and me to come back to when we go on short hikes.

This is a well made travel mug. I love that it fits into the mug holder of my car. It keeps things cold and hot for hours. I usually hand wash but have put it in the dishwasher occasionally. It doesn't leak. The color is the same as when I bought it. Not the popular "Thermos" brand but a much better value!

I've been using these everyday for years and like how well they keep my coffee hot. The lid is more secure than the previous generation that had rubber o-rings that kinked and caused leaks. That problem is solved, thank you. I love the handles versus the ones without handles BUT their lifespan is too short. The handles are barely secured by a small strip of metal welded to the side of the mug and extending into handle maybe a third of an inch. Inevitably the handle starts to loosen, especially if it suffers even a minor drop. I can't get into the handle to tighten the screw so eventually it falls off. I've come to accept that is the cost of owning this mug so I keep two, one for backup, when the inevitable happens.

Use it almost every day. Keeps my coffee hot for several hours. JC

LOVE, love , love this! I am using it right now! I love that it can close completely! IT doesn't spill in my work bag and keeps the coffee piping hot! I can open it a little, or a lot. It's the perfect size for hot drinks. I wanted the handle so I could carry it easier into work if I had a lot of stuff in my bag. The handle also comes in handy when I put it in a pocket in my workbag, placing the handle on the outside of the pocket and the cup on the inside giving it a little more stability. This cup rocks!

Keeps tea/coffee hot longer than most travel mugs. Nice that it holds 20oz., so you basically get 2 cups in one.Hard to knock over if accidentally bumped. Sipper area could be larger opening. Worth the money.

Pistmug works great for lefties. You can screw the lid on so that you can easily drink it. The way it should be used! Keeps my coffee hot all day as well as my cold drinks cold. Dishwasher safe.I've had no leaks after putting both pieces into the top rack of the dishwasher. This is my second cup. My first one lasted over two years.And recently, the paint started to come off, which is why I replaced it. It's still function, but just doesn't look as good as the new one.

my partner is extremely particular about travel mugs. Must have an open at the bottom handle for easy grab and fit in car drink holder, must fit in drink holder, must keep coffee hot for hours, no push button - flip top cover. This fit the bill perfectly and he has no complaints. First time ever I found a winner!
