I wanted to use this for a period of time before composing a review and now, after using it for almost 3 months, I must say I am overall very happy with this little hairdryer. It has performed flawlessly for me. I have short, fine, straight naturally blonde hair, which I pretty much wear in a pixie cut, so I can’t speak to how well it would work for someone with thick, long, or curly tresses, so I’ll focus instead on the features that have made an impression on me. The compact size has been a benefit. You can see the comparison with my standard size hairdryer. While I didn’t specifically buy it primarily for travel use, I have been able to travel with it rather easily. I wouldn’t say it is super lightweight, but I don’t find it overly heavy to use either. This probably reflects the fact that it has some quality components and doesn’t feel cheap. It is not dual voltage so I will be using a different hairdryer for international travel, but it is fine for domestic travel. I like that it has different heat and fan settings and remembers your preferred setting from one use to another. I use a cool shot button frequently while drying my hair and it was a must have feature for me. I will say that this cool shot is not as quick and responsive or cool overall as the one on my other hairdryer, so it takes a bit longer to use, but at least it has the option. You also have to use the button on the front to switch it on and then remember to also switch it off, instead of having a cool shot while you’re simply holding the button down. Not a dealbreaker, but just something to get used to. I wish it had the feature where it gave you the option to automatically alternate between five seconds of heat with five seconds of cooler air, like some other models do, as I am constantly switching the cool shot button on and off for this reason, but it’s a minor inconvenience I can live with. I am happy with the air intake and button locations. I have not inadvertently changed things that I didn’t intend to one single time and I know this can be a point of frustration with some other configurations. I don’t personally use the magnetic attachments a lot, but they work well when I do. The nice heavy cord is completely suitable for the length I need and I appreciate that. It has an incorporated silicone cord wrap that makes it handy to store. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this purchase!

Full disclosure, I retired earlier this year as the COO of our state's largest private cosmetology school and salon chain, so my observations might be a little particular.This is a very good consumer dryer. It has great air volume and the useful tools also give you very good additional control. It would be nice though to have one slower speed.The heat settings are spot on, and the lowest heat setting at 110 degrees is unusual for a home dryer and it is great for close-up styling.And cleaning the filter couldn't be any easier! The fine wire mesh screen is a dream to wipe off with a damp cloth, and it stays attached to the cord so no more fumbling with small pieces early in the morning.The only note of issue is the transformer on the power cord. There were enough times when using the dryer with the hand opposite the wall plug that I would lift the transformer and the sudden weight would disrupt the flow of my styling motion.Other than that, I think that this is a really great dryer that rivals professional models in many ways.

I've been wanting to replace my hair dryer forever and I wanted something that would give me some speed and temperature options and also be more lightweight than my previous dryer. I chose this one although at the time it didn't have very many reviews so I wasn't completely sure what to expect.For the most part I like it. First of all, I feel like it's decently priced and something that I really love is that it essentially has eight different speed options. The speed and temperature controls are a little different than most of the other hair dryers that I had considered and I'm not even sure exactly how to describe them. The gist, though, is that you get a lot of options.The dryer comes with a concentrator and adiffuser which are both magnetic and I haven't had any trouble with either of them falling off.I feel like the dryer has plenty of power but the one area where I feel like it's lacking is that it doesn't get very hot. The highest temperature option is 175° and ideally I wish that it went up to at least 200°.The only other comment that I'll make is that the diffuser is a little heavy so the dryer feels slightly unbalanced when I have that attachment on.For the most part I'm happy with it, though, and for the price I feel like it was a good buy.

Great hair dryer! It's light, quiet, not too big, comes with mametic attachments. My hair looks. Really full and shiny. I love the smoothing attachment because I live in tropical Florida which is very humid especially this time of year and battling frizz is nearly impossible. I love the digital menu as well with 3 power levels, 3 temp ranges and a cool button. This little gem did the trick perfectly. Great value for the sale price of $49.99!!

I have really curly hair and was struggling so bad to find a blow dryer with diffuser that the curly girls approved. This one is really good, my hair dried quicker than my last dryer and I definitely noticed less frizz which is what I was looking for. It’s lightweight and I love the diffuser, it feels sleek and nice. My curls came out really fluffy and pretty. Only thing is it’s a little loud or idk, it sounds different than a typical dryer but nothing too crazy. Love it, definitely will be using it to diffuse my curls from now on!

Effective hair dryer with easy to control heat and fan settings. It isn’t too heavy and the tools fit on easily. The sound it makes takes some getting used to after a traditional hair dryer.
