If I could write no stars, I would. I have company coming in 5 days and I thought this would be a great product to get everything looking clean. I got one bathroom done, turned off to take to the next bathroom and it doesn't work! I threw out the boxes and all but will check my invoice to see about getting my money back. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. Ugh...what a disappointment.

I sat on this one for quite a while before giving a review, namely because devices like this usually warrant a fair degree of testing before getting a firm handle on their effectiveness and Im glad I did. On the positive end, this thing is fun as heck to use! I know that sounds super weird, but it's true, it moves well, it's effective, its very easy to get going and if you have experience using a circular dual mop system it's a breeze, if you DONT have that experience there's a notable learning curve required here, but a few times and you'll be fine. Since it's a steam cleaner you don't have to worry about corrosive cleaners and can get most floors done in a snap in a clean and environmentally and kid/pet friendly manner. The steam output is fine, takes a little longer than per usually for a device like this but only a couple minutes. The negatives are unfortunately considerable. First be incredibly careful with the cord, there's no ridge to prevent the cord from getting easily wrapped around the spinning brushes, or any cord or string and their quick so do an extra careful job of scouting for any errant cords on the ground before use. The worst aspect is unfortunately it's just not mad to last in my opinion, on average I use it once a day for a moderately sized wooden linoleum floor, so maybe 15 minutes or less a day. Within 2 weeks the steam had warped the screw holder on the left bottom spin wheel, it was completely melted out of shape and now it sprays steam out of that side like crazy and i have to manually re insert and secure the screws that cant stay in because of the warping damage every time I use it. Its a great cleaner so I'll keep using it, but for this cost the plastic they used for the small securing parts really should be able to withstand the overall heat the machine is designed to put out, especially for what i would consider to be pretty moderate use.

I love the color of the it, exactly as pictured. It works really well. The battery life sucks though. I don't have much to clean but it goes so quickly like maybe 30 mins you have.

This is the only product I purchased for prime day sale. It took a long time to arrive from Overseas about a month and some weeks, but it arrived well packaged and all in tact. I have used this vacuum 3 times already and absolutely love it so far. It is convenient, not too heavy, customizable, easy to dispose of all the dog hair it picks up. The light shows every visible dust bunny and pet hair which is perfect to grab everything in one go. It took about 25% of the battery to do 2-3 rooms which is really decent for a battery. I can vacuum the whole house in one go. It is great to reach under the couches, beds, and tables. It isn’t as loud as my Dyson vacuum and a lot easier than my older Dyson vacuum as far as filters, disposing particles, the weight of it and no cords. I would purchase another one in the future. Will update if any issues occur within a year.

I had this vacuum fully charged and it ran down within 10mins. But it is a wonderful vacuum just that one was defective. They sent a replacement right away💕
