Great color (granite blue), great capacity, looks easy to organize and spins easily. The suitcase is five stars but it took another attempt to get it right because of a dent and misaligned handle resulting from something having torn into the side of the box that created some damage within. I highly recommend but suggest you take a hard look at what you receive to ensure the suitcase is in no way damaged.

We bought the 24inch suitcase for an upcoming international trip. We tried them out on a shorter trip to Hawaii last week. They are very lightweight, and easy to maneuver, the wheels seem to work great. When packed, my bag weighed 37 pounds, and I didn't have any trouble with the handle on top or on the side. It actually fit more items than I thought it would for its size. I'm optimistic about our next trip, will update if there are any problems, but so far it seems to be a good value!UPDATE: After 14 months, the handle broke on my suitcase, the screw that holds the top piece to the retractable bars fell out. The suitcase otherwise looks great, the black plastic on the underside near the wheels came loose earlier, but no other issues and the outside is not scuffed (Thanks Delta!). I emailed customer service due to the 10 year warranty and will update any resolution.

Very nice piece of luggage! I was very pleasantly surprised at the nice quality considering the price I paid. The interior has so many pockets for organizing including a zippered lining for getting shoes packed away from clothing. It is quite lightweight and the zippers all work smoothly. I really like the size because it is NOT huge and will be just right for longer trips when I need to check a bag.I haven’t traveled with it yet but look forward to doing so! I don’t need it, but I am tempted to buy the matching carry-on!

Not as good as my older Kenneth Cole carry-on. One of the inner buckles tore away on its first trip, and it just doesn't feel as sturdy.Not the worst though. I've checked it on at least ten flights since then and it hasn't gotten damaged from baggage handling. That already makes it better than most hard shell bags.

I was searching for a solid option that wasn't the typical boring black and flimsy set. Pleasantly surprised at the quality of this KC Reaction set.-The carry on is truly compliant for airlines (I checked and double checked many options from other brands and even KC brand, and they don't always comply).-The weight is probably on the average side, but lighter than my previous SamS suitcase.-The color is attractive and stands out without drawing too much attention. One sad airline from Colombia already managed to scratch the large one, but it is still fully functional.-I like the expansion option. Adds that extra little bit that helps me not have to sit on the suitcase when trying to close it (because I always seem to over pack)-I was about to pick another option with an included number lock, but was concerned that it may break and then becomes a bit useless. So I purchased a set of small locks to go with the different sizes and am more comfortable.-This set is at a fair cost, a good value for the money without needing to splurge for fancier names.

Absolutely love this suitcase! It’s the perfect checked suitcase size now that all the requirements keep getting smaller and smaller. I love that it’s light so it doesn’t affect the weight at the airport and it’s so easy to roll around. You can’t beat it for the price.

Purchased this on sale for a fantastic price to replace my much loved and used carry on that has finally met its end of life usefulness. Product is exactly as described. Measurements do fit the Air Canada, Delta, WestJet, American Airlines size requirements, however I have yet to travel with it to confirm.Seems to be well made, inside sections and compartments are nice. Zippers strong. Wheels turn well, not sticky or stiff.Comes with 10 Year limited warranty. Hope I don't need to use it.Impressed with it so far. Fits a lot of clothes (depending on how well you pack of course). Very lightweight as well. Plus the colour is nice and my sons won't want to use it :-)

My design comments are 1) that the extender zipper is difficult to tell apart from the main zipper so I often open the extender when I mean to open the luggage - I will put a ribbon or something on the pull - and 2) the handle wiggles a bit when fully extended. Overall I am glad I spent a bit more for a robust 8-wheeler. It has held up splendidly even in checked baggage. I like that the aesthetics are not "gendered" so everyone in the family can use it and it not garish, but distinctive enough to pick out easily at the carousel.
