I had some reservations about buying a product from a company I have never heard of before, those have been squashed. I was replacing a big name branded seat with most of the same features as this one that had failed after a couple of years. This seat is by far superior to the big named one it replaced. The installation was easy with good instructions in the manual. It actually took longer to get the failed one off than it did to put this one on. The attachment to the toilet feels more secure and the connections were well thought out and easy to do. We have tried out all of the functions and they all have worked as well or better than we expected. There is a wide range of comfort adjustments that can make this more suitable to the user. The heated seat is just the right temperature so it isn't a shock when you sit on it, it's also more comfortable that our old one. The remote control is a great addition so there are not a ton of controls sticking out along the side that will eventually get broken (like our old one). There is some on seat control, but the remote has the most control. Button presses on the remote are quick and responsive. The manual gives a ton of information about operation that is super helpful. The LED light inside the bowl is a huge plus, especially at night, we don't have to turn on the bathroom light and shock our eyes anymore. Now for the few things that could be better. The gap better the top cover lid and the seat is long and you have to make sure the cover is all the way up or it will knock the seat down, they are soft close so it isn't a big slam at the bottom but doesn't make it challenging trying not to pee on the falling seat (not a huge issue, just an slight inconvenience). The only other thing is that there is a very short burst of cool water that hits just before the warm water that is kind of shocking if you are expecting it. Overall, we are highly pleased with this seat and all of its functionality. We have only had it for about a month, but it feels like it will last a lot longer that our old one. The price is very reasonable for all of the features and quality, thinking about getting one for our other bathroom when we remodel it in the not so distant future.

So far so good. It was fairly easy to install. The remote display is for temperatures of air water and seat. All features worked as expected. Build quality and function is great. I’ve wanted one for awhile. This one didn’t disappoint. Price is good. New model opens the lid for you if you want. We are so spoiled now. LOL After using the bidet several times and trying everything out, I love it. It’s smartly designed and has features other higher priced products don’t have. If you’re looking for one, I highly recommend it. Take the time to familiarize yourself with the features and try them out. The side wheel control is also great allowing the basics without the remote.

Nice bidet with hot water, heated seat and blow dry. Water pressure is good. Water temperature is consistent from start to finish. I like the wall mount remote looks good and is easy to use. Only issue I have is the water connection to the bidet is not very secure. It is a push in fitting that doesn’t lock in. Once when cleaning my wife knocked the water hose out and it was spraying all over the bathroom. I ended up putting a Wi-Fi leak detector behind the toilet just incase. Other than that it is a good product especially for the cost.

The product was good when it worked. However it started to leak from the bidet flap after 5 months. Cleaned the nozzle, reinstalled and leveled it to no avail. Update 1-20-2026 Support takes a while to respond but they did provide an adequete solution raising my review up due to this

Sent it back. Wouldn’t fit my commode. It may be a good unit but never got it attached.

This is a great price for all of the features! It’s pretty easy to install since it does not require connection to a hot water line! I did end up using a sturdier t-joint than it came with, but you can find those for a few dollars. My partner broke their right hand, and all of the available bidets seemed to be right hand controls. With the accompanying remote with this one, I was able to attach it to the wall (which also happens to be on the left side) to make it easy for them to use this. This system has many of the features of others that are 2 or 3x the price. Some of them may not be quite as great as a $400 system, but for this price, this is a great value. Pros: •Simple install as long as you have an outlet nearby. •No hot water line needed. •Adjustable temps for water and seat warmer •Night light function •Wall controls (this was a big selling point for me!) •Dryer Cons: •The “feminine” wash doesn’t quite reach far enough, but I think this may largely be due to restrictions of a more shallow round toilet bowl vs a long one. •The air dryer is not as strong as more expensive systems and requires either more time (the instructions recommend 5 minutes which seems a little much!), or the use of tissue. But still better than nothing! •Night light is not motion sensor •The side control is a little confusing. I’m unsure if it’s not functioning properly or if it’s user error. But I purchased this option because it had the wall remote, so I am currently not using the side button.
