Came in a heavy box ,with all parts inside and took kit with instructionThe assembly is very easy as the instruction/manual is very well written,only 8 steps.All bolts/screws can be installed by the hex key included.Are parts are sturdy and no broken partsThe assembly takes about half an hourI have the black color ,it looks good and fashion .give good waist and neck/head support ,Also the chair cushion is soft and comfortable.I have the black color one ,the height adjustment is smooth .It’s really nothing to complain with a very good price .I like the chair a lot

Update 2/17/25: The padding doesn't feel as good/supportive as it used to; I hit the base pretty easily now when I sit down, but there's still some support, it's just not as sturdy as it used to be, so for long sessions I have to use a pillow or blanket for additional support/comfort. I use this chair daily, so I know that doesn't help, but I expected it to be more durable. Another thing that drives me crazy (but it's my fault for buying this chair) is the arms aren't adjustable. You can move them back and out of the way, but you can't raise/lower them. As a result, the arms will smack into my desk if I scoot in too close, so I have to take them out of the equation to be able to comfortably game/type at the cost of having no where to put my elbows. Again, that's my fault for getting this chair without looking too deeply into the arms of it, so that's on me.UPDATE 10/25/25: I've used the chair for about two weeks now and I'm still pretty happy with it. It still annoys me that I can't recline the back backwards, but I do appreciate that I can switch between rocking/leaning or sitting upright. The lumbar support is good, and I've learned you can actually adjust the headrest, so you can pull it up higher and not just tilt it to different angles. I did have someone else who's way taller than me try it out, and he said it seemed okay, but he didn't need to use it for long. I've sat in this chair for hours at a time for gaming, work, or casual use, and I haven't had any discomfort outside of the standard tightness you get from being sedentary for too long.I just received the chair yesterday and set it up yesterday (10/10/25). So far, I like it a lot. It was easy to assemble, it came with spare parts, and it's surprisingly comfortable. My only minor grievance is that it doesn't lock in different positions. You can unlock it from its fixed position and rock into different angles, but you can't lock it back into a leaning back position or anything, which is a bummer. The cushion is a good thickness and I haven't noticed any crazy discomfort so far. I'll be spending an extensive amount of time in this chair next week, so I'll update this review after that to let you guys know how it feels to be in it for prolonged periods. I've used it for several hours with no noticeable issues so far.I will say that the quality also seems quite good. The chair looks good and it (for me) doesn't produce any noise, it's silent so far. I'm an above-average height woman (around 5'8", or 172cm for those of you who don't use Freedom Units) and I fit just fine in this chair. However, I don't know how well someone else really tall would do in it. I'll get someone tall to use it and see how it goes.Another benefit is the width of the seat. I can comfortably sit crisscross-applesauce or with one foot tucked underneath me and I don't smack my limbs into anything. The lumbar support (so far) is also good. Lastly, the chair also comes with a five-year warranty that you can sign up for, which will include 90-day returns and exchanges for free, as well as five-year maintenance coverage, which includes free part repair and replacement. Honestly didn’t expect much at this price, but this chair turned out to be really solid. It was easy to assemble (took me about 20 minutes), and the mesh back is breathable so I don’t get sweaty after sitting for hours. The lumbar support actually helps, and the headrest is a nice bonus.It feels sturdy and rolls smoothly. For the price, this is definitely worth it. Would buy again.

This ergonomic chair has been an amazing upgrade for my workspace! The assembly was super easy. The sturdy base feels very stable, and the lower back support is excellent, making long hours at the desk much more comfortable. I also love the adjustable headrest, which provides great neck support when leaning back. The seat cushion is very supportive. Overall, it’s a well-built, comfortable chair.

This chair fills that niche between basic office chairs and higher-end offerings (like that from Herman Miller). If you're sitting on it for extended periods of time, you'll appreciate the mesh back, which helps to prevent body heat from building up. Also, the lumbar support section is a nice feature for providing some comfort to the lower back.While the arm rests are functional, with a placement that should work for the average-sized person, the inability to adjust the height would be the biggest negative for me, but at this price point, you can't expect everything. Still, they do fold up and out of the way, so you aren't stuck with having them in a permanently locked position.I found the assembly time to be roughly 20 minutes (from sealed box to completed chair), with everything simple and straight-forward, it's just a matter of popping the right bolt into the right hole.The wheels are OK, but I'll be upgrading to some larger, rubber single-wheel after-market replacements ASAP, as I find that specific style moves better on carpet.

Upon browsing the offerings for office chairs on Amazon, I notice many of this type of design chair in the 150-170$ range, which seems a fair price for the functionality , comfort, and quality this chair offers. It’s better than your basic office chairs, but with fewer options for adjustment and less comfort than a higher end chair. This one was listed for 300$ upon ordering, I’m not sure if that was higher than normal, but I don’t think it’s worth that much.I’m quite particular about seating position and comfort after recovering from a long illness. I really need a straight posture to avoid butt pain. This chair thankfully offers this posture, tho the lumbar support is a little low and doesn’t quite support my back completely. Slight additional cushion required. The wheels don’t glide that well. Further I find the headrest too far forward in its neutral position. I can only get the minimum comfortable position with it tilted all the way back. Personally, I’d do without it and might remove it. The armrests are too low, and offer no padding whatsoever which is too bad. They can be tilted upwards however if you need to get closer to your desk. The only thing you can adjust is the height of the seat, which is the bare minimum.What I do appreciate - the mesh material is actually pretty comfortable. I find the aesthetics of this chair especially pleasing, the white/beige fitting in our home decor and palette. It’s made partially of recycled materials which is cool. And the seat has a decent cushion.It took the two of us working together about 30mins to assemble the chair. Not bad. It’s pretty straightforward. It comes with a 5 year warranty which is decent.I’ll be trying it out the next few days so I’ll update if I have any further insight. But so far I’d recommend buying it only if the price goes down. There are other similar options for less.

This chair is the best office chair I've used. My old one was killing my back after a couple hours of gaming or studying, but I can sit in this one all day. The back support is insane, and the wide seat is super comfy, so you don't feel cramped at all. The headrest is a nice touch for leaning back. It was also surprisingly easy to put together by myself which was a huge relief. Honestly for anyone who spends a lot of time at their desk, this is a 10/10 upgrade.
