Overall the setup is nice in theory but the rechargeable battery for one of the controllers is not working at all disappointing I would rate 5 stars if everything worked contacted customer service so we will see what happens from here....... update: Amazon did correct the issue and overall I couldn't be happier with this setup when you add a battery to your headset it changes the enjoyment level by 10

I love it! Works like it should and I like that it has a light up feature that allows me to see if they are charging or charged. I wasn’t get the controller seated correctly to charge and I was only aware because of the lights. I also love having recharging controllers and the magnetic connection for the head set.

Probably one of the cheapest products I’ve ever bought that actually lives up to the “You pay for what you get” saying.This product is absolutely horrendous, it does not do at all what it’s designed to do. It feels cheap, looks cheap, and fails to fulfill its obligations.My main issues were right out of the box during setup. You are instructed on where to place the charging cord through the directions, but unfortunately the designated spot doesn’t even allow the chargers to meet! Thankfully the cheap sticky backing didn’t even hold so it fell right off and allowed me to actually connect the two pieces.My next biggest issue was the charger itself, many times I found that I had to re-plug the wall outlet due to the fact that it was tripping and turning itself off.The final straw for me was the rechargeable batteries. Not only did it not charge my right controller at all, but my left never moved from halfway charged, yet I cleaned the contacts on the base as well as the controller. Good luck finding an upgraded wrist strap that’ll even fit around the abhorrently large charging pieces at the bottom of the controller.In summary, I would not recommend this garbage. If I wanted some cheap crap, I would’ve ordered off Temu, which I feel like is exactly where this thing came from.

Overall this is a nice headset stand, and charger for the Quest 2. I really like the fact that when everything is charged and ready to go the colors turn from orange to blue. There is an option you can disable so that you don't have to see the color if this is in your bedroom etc I will say, however, not all the headset accessories that have come out will work with this stand. I know the one I purchased for my son was made by KIWI, and it has a deluxe audio & battery. With this kind of strap that had audio integrated with it, this stand interferes with the strap so it doesn't sit right. The only way we can get it to sit correctly is by moving the ear pieces up onto the strap itself so the back half of the quest sits on the "shelf" correctly. We've made this work, and I don't fault the design of this charging dock for that because this dock and the headstrap I purchased are made by 2 completely different companies. What I will fault this dock for is the magnetic type-c cable, and the controllers & batteries. There have been so many times by son has put his quest on the dock and tried to use the magnetic type-c cable to charge his headset only to find the 4 hours he had it sitting on there was not charging at all. I'm not sure if the cable doesn't make good connection in there or if the magnetic part doesn't clip all the way, but either way I haven't been using it because it simply doesn't work. I use a regualar type-c cable and plug it in and it charges from the dock just fine. The controller covers and rechargeable batteries are my next reason why I deducted stars. First, the battery covers have the contacts on the bottom, so they charge in the dock come off super easy. I'm talking if you put the slightest pressure on these like you were trying to take them off, they will come off. If you lose the cover, then you can no longer use the dock to charge the controllers. In addion to that the batteries do not seem to charge/stay charge for a good amount of time. Now I know I'm not an idiot. I know that AA batteries can only last so long, but when the left controller battery is only charging to 30%, it really does kill the VR mood because your headset and right hand are at 100%, but now you can't play anymore because your left hand died. I believe its because the dock itself which hold the controllers don't make good connection to the contacts on the battery. I've waited to write this review for a little bit of time, so I've had ample enough time to come to the conclusions of all its faults. I've decided that the charging dock can still be useful, even given the crappy magentic type-c cable, but the whole reason I purchased this dock in the first place is so I don't have to constantly replace AA batteries. But at the rate we're going it looks like I might just be buying replacement rechargable batteries. If that doesn't solve our issues, I will have no choice but to scrap the entire thing, and buy something better-which is shame because I do like this headset dock.

Excellent product so far. And by the way you can turn off the light by tapping the logo under the headset part (maybe it won't charge then, I haven't checked, but if fully charged, I prefer not to see the light all the time.) The only thing that annoys me is that I can't find any sports grip with an opening so that I can use this charger and have other grips on my controllers. I find it very strange that nobody is mentioning this in these reviewers or for the old model with lots and lots of reviews. I went to NexiGo's website (in the US it seems) and asked if they sold some grips that would fit the charging? The reply was kind of funny: The whole email reply consisted of "no." No signature, no hello, no recommendation for other brand's grips... wow. I read that this company has replaced people's faulty units which is a reason I decided to buy from them (good customer service) but at least their own website's customer service is very questionable. I will reach out to the seller here and update if I find something. People who buy these stands are heavy users, I imagine, after all we have even splurged on the Elite bands, so why wouldn't we have better grips for sports or beat saber? There must be more then just me.

Pour moi c’est clairement un accessoire indispensable quand vous avez un Oculus Quest 2 !Mais pourquoi ?La première chose c’est les batteries pour les manettes. Ça évite de consommer des piles, et même si je tournais avec des piles rechargeables avant, je trouve que la recharge se fait plus efficacement et de ne pas tomber en rade de piles quand vous êtes en jeu vu qu’elles se rechargent quand elles sont posées sur le socle.Ensuite, ça permet de plus facilement de recharger votre casque. Pas d’USB-C à brancher après chaque session, à débrancher avant de jouer … là vous posez le casque sur le support, le câble s’aimante a la prise branchée en permanence sur le casque et Hop ça recharge.Ça permet aussi d’éviter de casser le câble, le casque ou la prise si jamais vous tirez sur le casque ou que quelqu’un le bouscule. L’aimant se décolle et pas de casque.Enfin le casque est mis en valeur, ça sert un peu d’exposition.C’est cependant le seul point négatif que j’ai sur ce casque : la lumière est sans cesse allumée ! En orange quand le casque ou les manettes rechargent et en bleu quand tout est chargé (LED différentes pour le casque et les deux manettes). Mais le bleu reste allumé et il n’y a pas de bouton pour couper la lumière une fois rechargé ! Autant dire que ça fait une bonne veilleuse dans une chambre mais si vous aimez dormir dans le noir c’est impossible.Perso pour résoudre ce problème j’ai mis une prise connectée qui alimente le support que quelques heures par jour.J’aurais aimé un bouton permettant de couper la lumière une fois les batteries chargées.Dernière chose : Il existe 2 modèles à 10€ de différence mais ils semblent identiques (seul différence, le nom du modèle sur la petite étiquette sur la boîte S20B pour le plus cher, S20 pour le modèle à 69,99€).Mais les deux modèles sont compatibles avec l’Elite Strap AVEC batterie.Je ne sais donc pas où les la différence de prix.Ici c’est le modèle S20B à 79,99€, c’est un budget mais ça facilitera grandement votre recharge et l’utilisation du casque. Je ne suis plus à cours de batterie depuis que j’utilise ce dock, c’est un plaisir !
