Keeps my coffee hot!! I tend to get caught up in my work and occasionally forget my mug of coffee next to me and it gets cold. But then when I remember it and need a hot sip, and end up having to make a walk to the microwave to warm it back it. Now, my mug keeps my coffee hot. I have been enjoying it for 3 days now and I am very pleased. The cover is super cute and helps to keep the heat locked in. The Charging plate also fast charges my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra.I wish the mug was bigger!

Fabulous coffee mug warmer. Keeps drinks nice and hot and it also functions as a charger. And it does shut-off once the mug gets quite low.

This works great to keep my drinks hot. The pad only works with the provided cup (There are other styles of pads that will heat up regular mugs). I like my drinks really hot and this is a little below the temp I prefer and there is no adjusment. Still, it is way better than drinking lukewarm or cold coffee (which I've done plenty of). It doesn't get hot enough to burn the coffee so flavor remains good. The pad will even charge my phone. It isn't dishwasher safe which is a bummer but it always cleans up easily. There is no battery to recharge so it can be used all day. There is an auto shut off if left unattended for too long (I think it's 4 hours but don't quote me) As soon as you remove the mug from the pad and put it back on it automatically restarts. It is powerful enough to heat a cooled off drink but it takes a while. It will hold a 12 oz coffee with room for creamer. I think it's a good value.

We purchased this for a family member who is an avid tea drinker and it was a big hit! It keeps her tea at the perfect temperature and she loves the fact that she can charge her phone with it as well.We chose the navy color since she loves blue and it is a very pleasing color. The whole set is very good quality and we believe it will hold up well with normal use. The only downside we can think of is that the cup could be a tad larger, but that’s personal preference.All in all it was the perfect gift for someone who has everything…or so they thought! ☺️

This worked really well the first few months. I gave it a break after our boss said we weren’t allowed to have these kinds of items. Now that I am back to breaking the boss law, this mug barely warms at all 🙁

DOES NOT EVEN GET THE ONE STAR. I ORDERED THIS ONE AS A GIFT HAD QUIT. I AM VERY CAREFUL TO WIPE IT OFF, IT WORKED WELL WHEN IT WORKED I LOVED IT, WASHED THE CUP BY HAND EVEN THOUGH IT DIDN'T REQUIRE IT.. SUDDENLY 2 DAYS AGO 3/25/26 IT QUIT WORKING. I PUT IT ON IN THE MORNING AS USUAL WARMING MY COFFEE FOR ME AS I AM ON LINE, I NOTICE NOT THE "cup" but the "flasher" WAS COMING ON NO HEAT. I DID ALL I COULD AND DOES NOT WORK..... THE OTHER ONE WAS A CHRISTMAS GIFT DIFFERENT STYLE BUT EXPENSIVE THERE WERE TWO OF US THAT RECEIVED THE SAME GIFT. IT WAS THE TALL CUP WITH A BOTTOM FOR PURPOSE. LOVED IT, ONE DAY WITH THREE DAYS OF EACH OTHER THEY BOTH QUIT. SO I AM THINKING ALL THIS IS JUNK... I LOVED THEM WHEN THEY WORKED.. THE GREATEST.. WILL NOT PURCHASE ANOTHER...

I got this from my grandmother because she’s constantly reheating her coffee every morning. This was a great addition for her morning coffee routine. When she’s not using the coffee cup, she puts her phone on the charging pad. It does keep the coffee, nice and warm, not too hot. I think it’s ideal for somebody who sits with their coffee versus somebody who is up walking around, however it does keep your coffee, hot, long enough if you walk around and do things that you could come back and set it down and it will quickly heat it. The color is nice And the cup is sturdy. Seems to be very well made. Was a good value for the money spent.

Such an awesome idea, but no, one MUST use ONLY the provided ceramic mug. The description says "for best performance, use the provided ceramic cup". Nope. It's not just for best performance, it's the only way the device works. This quote had me and Rufas fooled. Digging into the customer Q&A, there's a vendor response that clarifies this.But everything else is awesome. I've been looking forever for something just like this that I can throw into my computer bag and use at the office, or wherever. And USB-C powered with no 110v needed. The magnetic charging is a good bonus but not really a needed feature. I'm not going to put this and a ceramic cup in my bag, there's plenty of cups in the office. And at coffee shops.The auto-detect ruins the whole thing. Can't we just have an on/off switch? I'm probably going to return this.
