Completed this DIY in one day. It was a very easy process and really looks great! The tiles are durable but easy to cut, the pattern has great variation and the colors are exactly as advertised. I applied it directly to the subfloor and may need to add some extra glue in spots that weren’t smooth enough but overall good adhesion.

If you're here considering this tile, get it.It looks fantastic, it's really easy to install, it's groutable, and boy do those tiles stick. I had to pry one back up to re-set it and it pulled at the vinyl sheet flooring underneath it so hard it lifted the vinyl off the subflooring. I had to half-chisel it off. I was doing a bathroom upgrade, and while I was redoing the shower surround I dropped heavy tools on the tile several times- there wasn't a single scratch or dent. I wouldn't be surprised if they last ten years. My biggest difficulty was that I wanted to grout it (doesn't come with it, but it's something that can be done) and I had to space them correctly so the lines were even. It looks so much like real tile with the grouting I wouldn't have known it wasn't tile if I hadn't put it in myself. With the grey and white tiles, the white tiles are sliiiiiightly blue-ish, with grey marble lines. It's like a cool tone white. The beige and white tiles, the white tiles don't have the strong marbling that the grey and white tiles do. So the white tiles are VERY white. Both are attractive, but the beige and white have a much more subtle effect, and the grey and white tiles are much more versatile. I was trying to mesh a difficult combination the previous owners chose, of red carpet in the master bedroom, and beige sinks, tub, shower and toilet in the master bathroom. The grey tiles had enough beige in it to work with the bathroom fixtures, and the white tiles had enough blue to make the transition to the red carpet look good. Amazing product, I'm thinking of putting it in my half-bath and the mudroom.

Love this tile! It looks so good and was easy to install. Easy to cut the pieces how you need. Everyone who sees it cannot believe it is peel and stick! highly recommend.

6/1: Ordered and laid the tiles down, very easy to peel off the backing paper and use it for a template. When needed to make cut I just used a simple craft blade and it cut through fine, I like that the tiles are flexible enough to bend if needed to check first and it doesn’t leave a crease.They have a bit of weight to them where they feel sturdy and after walking on them for a few days they don’t move at all and feel smooth. They clean up easily too (spilled marinara on the white tiles) and don’t stain at the start. Will update as they stay down and wear out longer.There’s enough of a light marble pattern to them there if you line them up different it might look odd and some of them have a darker/lighter line running through them.Good value for money at the the start purchasing through Amazon but they only send a pack of 10, if you order through Lowe’s it’s cheaper per square foot and they send a pack of 20.If you do the normal checkerboard pattern then order 1 extra pack, if you’re doing a diamond order two extra packs. I did the diamond and ended up needing to cut more odd pieces that wouldn’t fit anywhere else and needed literally 1 more colored tile to finish it.There is a very small gap in between the tiles no matter how you lay them which is probably fine if you’re just putting them straight on the floor but I wanted to be safe so I caulked into the spaces between. Took a long time but definitely worth it in the end.If you’re wanting a true red color then this is not it and you should order from somewhere else. This is because they are more of a brown with hints of red and it changes depending on light as seen in the pictures. After looking at it for a while you can see the red and it looks good either way but it’s not the truer red that I was expecting like the green and blue are.Highly recommend laying out all of the tiles first to see how you like it and then move them around before peeling off the backings.

These have absolutely shocked me, I bought them as a temporary solution until we renovated the foyer floors and anticipated having to replace them within a year. We have 3 dogs, a bird, and constantly host. These tiles are in our foyer at the base of the staircase, it gets a ton of traffic. After 13 months, these things still look brand new! They took 20 minutes to install, look so real, and are a great value. They’re constantly vacuumed, mopped, and steam cleaned and their resistance to water is incredible! I see they are now available in more colors, I will probably be ordering more soon. Take your time to prep the surface and make clean cuts, they will last!

Pros great product. Easy to use but do make sure you find center. Easy to cut and place. Loved the pattern too. Really looks nice. Glue is sticky and its been down for about 2 months and its been muggy and hot and they are still not coming up.Cons none at the moment all good.

This might just be a me problem, but I'm a graphic designer so I notice patterns, and there is just not enough variety in these tiles especially the white ones. The gray ones, it's dark enough and there's enough texture in the design that you don't always notice that you're having to repeat a tile you've used before, but the white ones my God. It is nearly the same pattern on every other tile. And if it was just like small prints, just veining it wouldn't be a problem , but it's the same peninsula shaped gray blobs rather than veins on nearly other tile. I confidently bought this tile and started in on my project because it had fantastic reviews. I was going to do my entryway and my kitchen in my condo, but I'm struggling to get enough variety to just do the entryway and I'm like six boxes in. Very disappointed with the variety of the pattern especially the white tiles. I wish I would have bought the six boxes up front and realize the error of my ways because the first box didn't seem like it was that big of a deal, but every subsequent box that I have gotten hoping for variety there are either so many duplicates, or ones that are the same exact design just like shifted 6 in. The tiles themselves are great quality, they're thick they cut easily. But the lack of pattern variety has broken my heart. The photos are from the most recent 2 boxes I bought. These blobs are already well represented multiple times on the tiles already attached to my floor. I'll be voting an entryway rug. This is better than the roll.vinyl that was there before. I just wanted to love this tile.

I love this product. Easy to work with, beautiful colouring, and high quality. My ensuite feels brighter, bigger, and more updated. The product is also pleasant to step on - it feels better on my feet. I am going to add vinyl sealer around the edges and seams tonight - since it it a bathroom. I believe this will prolong its life. Stunning - thank you.P.S. The darker tiles are a greige colour - my ensuite is just more warm toned in comparison.

Excellent product.The colour is definitely more grey than beige but the tiles still look fab.I can't vouch for the longevity of the tiles as they've just been laid, but they look the part in the utility room.Very easy to install, just use a decent Stanley knife and caulk around the edge.

The colour was great.Nice mix of slight pattern/texture variation.Easy and strong hold application. Clean existing floor well and dry fully before applying.Easy to cut with sharp utility knife or heavy duty scissors (think kitchen scissors)*free suggestion. Use parchment paper to stencil/scribe around things you need to.

Overall, I like this product for what it is, but here are my cons:The colour. This white is BRIGHT I ordered two patterns before settling on this one and returned them because the in-person look was so different than the image. One even had a texture that was not described in the listing.The corners are ever so slightly rounded, which makes me worry that water will be able to get under the tiles or that dirt will get into the corner cracks and cause damage.Two tiles arrived with blemishes. I was able use them in my space because some times needed to be cut anyway. But super annoying if I didn’t have that option.
