I read a lot of reviews on numerous shelves and decided to choose this one for the following reasons.1)The shelf was the perfect size for the space I had avaliable. ( others would have fit there too though),2) The shelf appeared to be made out of stronger more reliable metal than some of the others. (once it arrived, I realized it was actually one of the strongest material shelves I've ever bought). The reviews I read also confirmed its strength and quality.3) The heavy duty solid material and larger size of the casters wheels was also a deciding factor in getting this one vs another brand. (Others claimed to hold the same or more weight per shelf, yet they had these cheapo plastic wheels, so, I thought how could that be true)? 🤔🤦‍♀️As the old saying goes, "A chain is only as strong as its weakest link." In this case, my saying is, " A shelf is only as sturdy as the material it's made of and only as reliable as the size and quality of the wheels that it's sitting on).4) The price of the shelf, although slightly higher than some, was still comparible for the quality of shelf that I received. (Even on my very limited income I don't mind paying alittle more for a quality item, but, I have a huge problem paying more or paying anything for something that turns out to be a piece of junk). No worries at all here with this shelf because it is a quality product from bottom to top.I am a disabled, elderly, female who has had many surgeries, including 3 on my hands. This is the 1st wire type shelf like this that I've ever personally put together. I was dreading trying to put it together by myself thinking I'd never be able to do it, but I was wrong.Everything came packaged nicely with all parts present and accounted for. The bottom and top poles were separated into different packages so you don't have to try to figure out which one is which. My bottom poles had a red S looking mark on the outside of the package. ( not sure if they all have a mark or not, but mine did).All the pieces snapped together very easily, and lined up perfectly and securely. ( I had bought a rubber mallet in preparation for this shelf, but honestly I really didnt need it because it fit together so perfectly and with ease.But, since I had already bought the mallet anyway, I went ahead and gave each corner of each shelf a little light tap just to be on the safe side.The 1st shelf at the bottom, and the last shelf at the top were the hardest for me personally to do. (The 1st shelf I was dealing with 4 loose poles with wheels on them and nothing holding them together yet). The top shelf, because I'm not real tall, was slightly difficult trying to line up the shelf corner openings with the 4 poles and then lowering all the corners together, while working above my head, 🤣 but I made it happen, and you can too. All the other shelves were super easy peasy, and I had no difficulty at all on them.I was able to put this shelf together, all by myself, with very little difficulty. It took me about 30-45 mins ( that's unboxing, unwrapping, and everything included) to put it together- other people could probably put it together in 15-30min or less, but I'm pretty slow at doing things.I had watched several YouTube videos on assembling this brand of shelf and other brands beforehand. Some suggestions in them were:1) Make sure the black slip sleeves both have the word Top facing up.2) Those same slip sleeves need to be put on a single groove on the pole, not a double one.3)Those same slip sleeves should be placed on the pole 1 at a time (ie place one at the groove you want and slightly move it up or down towards the selected groove until it snaps into the groove.Then place the 2nd half of the clamp at that line on the opposite side, and you'll hear a 2nd snap when it's in place in the groove and properly snapped to the 1st half.Try to move it up and down once the 2 halves are together and if it won't move you're in the correct spot, if it does move keep moving it up and down along the specific groove on the pole until you hear it snap into the proper secure position.4) Correct shelf spacing between each shelf- The video said to put the items you're going to be putting on that particular shelf ( if you know what those are), go ahead and put the items on the shelf before you snap the black slip sleeves on the poles for the next shelf above it. I then knew exactly how high or low the next shelf need to be placed, without me just trying to guess if the next shelf was high or low enough. Doing it this way, I didn't have to move any shelves again.5) The scalloped edge of the shelf goes down not up. The brand is engraved on each shelf corner and the name should be in the upright position once the shelf is in place.6) Place the shelf on all 4 poles and try to keep it fairly even while lowering it down the pole and onto the slip sleeves. -(This will help keep one or more of the corners from getting wedged along the way).Note-Any difficulty I had was related to my disablity, and being short. None were of any fault of the shelf itself, lol, unless you count it being a nice Tall shelf. (which was exactly what I ordered).I rely on honest reviews to buy anything online. I wanted to offer others my honest opinion and the tips I learned along the way.I'm a paying customer just like you, and I think this shelf is pretty great. Plus, the amount of items it allowed me to move off of my countertop and onto this shelf was also great.😃At this moment, I would highly recommend this shelf to anyone looking for a well built, easy to assemble shelf, at a decent price.I don't know, yet, how well it will hold up over time while loaded down but right now it's doing great. If anything changes, though, I will come back and update my review accordingly.

Professional grade at a reasonable price for your home! I was tired of having my small kitchen appliances scattered throughout the kitchen, wherever I could fit them in. I traded out an old rolling cart that held just a few things for this complete shelf system, and voila, cleared up so much countertop space in the kitchen. I even managed to assemble this so that there is room to add an additional shelf (or order for $30, includes slip clips to attach and free shipping) from the SevilleClassics website. Once I have that in place, I will be able to add my vacuum sealer supplies, which currently reside in a hallway coat closet. I was able to assemble this on my own (I do have experience assembling smaller versions). Instructions were very clear. The packaging was phenomenal - there was no chance that anything would come dented or scratched. It was easy to assemble and took me about 20 minutes to do on my own, but probably could have been done in 10 minutes (I was recovering from minor abdominal surgery). I chose to skip the wheels because of the combined weight of multiple appliances and one large Maine Coon cat that sees tall things as just another climbing challenge. The wheels look very sturdy and would have made it easier to clean the floor, but stability and safety are my top priorities at the moment. Currently holding: double-stack air fryer, large stand mixer, blender, food processor, rice cooker, waffle iron, ice maker, ice cream machine, panini press, and induction burner. I got the 24x18 inch unit, and it is plenty deep for especially large items.

I already had one set of Seville shelves that is incredibly sturdy and this set is too. I have them on wheels, so I can move them around my garage as my needs change. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy more in the future. I’m also here to say that as a woman in my early 70s, I was able to put these shelves together, although the first shelf I put on upside down, but I turned it the correct side up it was easy. It took most of an evening. I put the two bottom shelves on in my living room and rolled it out of the back door and into the garage to finish the setup in the garage. The set I bought is 6 feet long and putting the top shelves was challenging, since I couldn’t hold both ends at the same time. That’s where a second person would have been handy, but I was able to get those shelves on by putting the plastic pieces up two poles diagonal to each other, place the shelf over them, lift the shelf and reinstall the plastic pied up the pole in several increments, until I had them where I wanted them. When I put the top shelves on one side slipped too far downtown the supporting poles, and I had to use a rubber mallet to get that side dislodged and moved higher up the pole, so that I could get the second side on. I am more than happy with these shelves. They fit perfectly where I have them and are helping with garage clutter. I am storing gamma buckets of grains for home milling, buckets of potting soil and amendments, camping equipment, and chairs for the back yard on the top. All of those items were cluttering my garage and now my garage is much neater and more usable.

USEI have purchased a number of these Wire Shelving Rack units over the years. My wife and I have found them most helpful in a number of organization areas whether it’s in the garage to store paint, supplies or odds/ends, in the kitchen supplementing the pantry storage while being durable enough to hold Stand mixers, large crockpots, and hundreds of pounds of sauces, canned goods and the like. We even bought several for our business to help organize cleaning products/tools and retail accessories in the back room. They are an important part of our organizational measures around both the house and business and have been an outstanding investment which leads me to the next section.DESIGN / DURABILITYThe design is simply smart. My wife and I together were able to assemble the full shelf (including a bit of measuring to determine exactly where the shelf placements were required) in about 20 minutes. Everything you need is right inside the box in most cases, although I prefer making sure that the shelves are really level and even so instead of using my hand to bump the corners, I opted for a rubber mallet to ensure the wire wasn’t damaged or bent while still allowing me to get the shelves on the holds nice and tight. On that note, a rubber mallet is also super helpful when it comes to loosening the shelves (when striking from the bottom corners of each shelf) for repositioning. The build quality is absolutely fantastic - even weight down with several hundred pounds of items per shelf, the shelves do not bow and since we are utilizing the casters, it’s a breeze to move the whole unit around easily and effectively. You will find a bit of a tougher time on thicker carpeted surfaces but hardwoods or tile allows the unit to glide easily.PRICE / OVERALL THOUGHTSFor me, I think that the price is worth it. As I’ve purchased similar wire racks from other vendors in the past, I can say that this unit feels sturdier and holds more weight without any warping or bending of the individual shelves. This is kept in one of my wish lists as the next time I need one, it will be a quick click with no further thought required as I find the shelving unit to be a value for the price and quality of the product. Seville Classics truly manufacturers a great line of products and I can certainly be considered a loyal and happy customer.

We have a closet with the only access to the attic through a ceiling panel. To get into the attic we had to remove all the contents and shelving in order to place a ladder inside the closet to climb up through the access panel. It was a pain in the @ss. So we removed all of the shelving and replaced it with this metal shelving unit on wheels that we can simply roll out of the closet when needed. The wheels can also lock into place. The shelving unit is very high quality steel, very strong, and easy to assemble without any tools. As an added benefit, we no longer have to lean or stretch way into the closet between shelves to reach items at the back. We just roll out the whole shelf rack assembly to easily grab what we need. The plastic storage tubs we used in the old closet setup fit very well on the new shelves. I can easily adjust the spacing of the shelves as needed over time. I wish we had done this 10 years ago. Now I’m thinking of replacing the fixed shelving in the garage with these rolling units since it would be so easy to move them aside for cleaning.

The build quality is pretty good, its fairly heavy duty. I got the 60 inch x 24 inch one and it weighs a pretty good amount so I definitely reccomend having someone on standby to help move it until you open it and can move individual parts.Fits perfectly for my use case. Can fit 3 of those black and yellow 27 gal totes across each shelf without them hanging off the front and back by very much.Building it was fairly straight forward and the wheels make it glide across concrete very easily and it has 2 locking wheels.The only 2 cons i can think of is the price which is a little more then i would have liked to spend at $220 and since the box is pretty unwieldy for the single amazon driver to deal with one of the shelves had a very slight bend in it from shipping. So the packaging could be beefed up a little bit.Other then that its an excellent shelf that looks great.

I love this shelving unit because it rolls easily, doesn't mark up my laminate floor, and you can add extra shelves. Even better, you can contact them and they get back to you in time! Plus, they send extra shelves very quickly. 70 year old woman -I was able to add extra shelves by myself, put it together by myself without help. It is super sturdy and the shelves are nice and wide from front to back, 18 in, so plenty of things fit. You can get extra shelves so that you can have narrow shelves which I use for stacking art paper supply, and then you can have wider shelves, Plus there's plenty of room between the top of the shelf and my ceiling for even more things. I set it up so I can fit things under the bottom shelf. I recommend that! I have 9 shelves on mine after ordering 4 extras. I can roll it fully loaded if I need to which is another big plus. Just overall very well-made and designed.

Needed a good heavy duty shelf for our basement large storage room. Even though it's just a storage space, the room is fully finished, well lit and regularly accessed, so we wanted something that looked good and wasn't going to hold dust or develop corrosion easily. I Was a little put off at first by the price until I started comparing this unit's features & reviews to the lower cost units. This is a well made, heavy duty rack with full width, beefy load support struts spanning each shelf down the centerline. the 4 support poles are 1" dia, and shelves are constructed primarily using bright 1/4" wire framing all around and 1/8" wire on 3/4" spaced centers from front to back. We opted to assemble using the leveling feet rather than the wheels to keep the load capacity up and to provide a little back tilt toward the wall since it rests on a carpeted surface. The support posts are grooved fir shelves evey 1" and we spaced the 5 shelves evenly on all except for 1 extra inch between the bottom 2. The end result is exactly what we wanted. We're so satisfied with this purchase, we plan to get another to use in the same space.Some additional comments:It weighs every bit of 94lbs in the box. This is a 2 person lift for safety sake. I can't vouch for the 600lb per shelf capacity (3000lb total) but if the load is evenly distributed and you don't use the casters it's likely more than enough capacity than most typical home or small business uses. In any case, we don't plan to load more than 300lb/shelf.The box had a good bit of handling "rash" and torn areas but did not appear to have any penetration or crushing damage as recieved.The shelves are packed with disposable plastic spacers inserted in each corner so they nest and travel as a unit, however, nearly all 20 of those shipping protectors were crushed or broken. Despite that, nothing appeared damaged or deformed and the shelf was very easy to align and assemble. Finished appearance is impressive and not different than similar units I've seen over the years in commercial environments. You just need to make sure you put the support sleeves on correctly and in the right orientation to ensure they engage the capture feature grooves on the posts. Not doing that is about the only way to mess up assembly and end up with an inadequate shelf unit. No tools are required unless you want to give each shelf corner a whack with a rubber mallet to engage the shelves a little more emphatically to make the assembled unit easier to move into its final position.The package includes both leveling feet (for higher loading/stationary use) and 4 beefy 3" dia x 1' wide molded casters. It also included enough hardware and post caps/inserts to allow you to build it as two 3 ft tall shelves, although one would be wheeled and one stationary unless you were to acquire more wheels and/or feet at you local hardware store. 2 of my shelf support sleeve pieces were broken in shipment, but the bag had 2 spares included, so no harm or foul.A number of reviewers apparently received damaged units so I'd be concerned if the box arrived with crushed corners from bad handling, but if the box looks ok, then you should be happy with your purchase.

You don't get 4 6 feet poles. They all come in two parts that you have to screw together. I don't like it. Assembly wasn't exactly fun.It looks good. It does what it suppose to do. Strong shelving unit. I was concerned it wouldn't be sturdy, like with thin, wimpy steel. But no, it's sturdy. A little pricy but this size meets my needs. I like the feet/wheel option. Easy to assemble, 15 mins and I was done.
