Easy to refill and a good size for two dogs and three cats. Easy to clean. Very Happy with the unit.

Great quality made pet fountain! Was packaged perfectly from amazon and the company too! Have 3 Shih Tzus and a beagle. We used a cat sized fountain until the pump went out and upgraded to this! Comes with a small brush and tweezers to clean. Easy step by step with detailed pictures of how to put together. Very quiet.

We are very happy with this large fountain. It is quiet for the most part. You only hear it when it is low. All of our animals are able to drink from it. Our cats and dog enjoy it and let us know if it is low. We are considering buying a second one for a different area of our home. It is easy to clean and replace filters. It is worth the money we paid for it.

As you can see from the photo’s I uploaded I’m upgrading from the Sibays 10L pet fountain to the 15L. This is due to pet sharing and ensuring that the pets have enough water between trips away. I also felt the need was warranted as the 15L fountain is primarily stainless steel which allows you to wash most of the fountain in the dishwasher which makes cleaning it so much easier. Since installing the fountain I only have two complaints or issues. The first is the cost of the filters which the company has decided to raise the prices of. The second is, if you look closely at the side photo I uploaded of the fountain top you can see the basin where the water will collect and then the drain hole which is raised above the basin. This is counter-intuitive and a poor engineering design as hair, dirt etc will collect in the water basin and not be forced to go down the drain. An ideal drain hole would be well below the basin forcing the dirty water to drain into the filters and away from the pets. Aside from that the fountain works well, holds a lot of water and hasn’t caused any problems. I haven’t had a chance to do a clean on it yet but if problems should arise in the future I will update my review.

I've bought several pet fountains prior to this one, but this one is by far the BEST. It's SO quiet!!! Most fountains create the constant sound of flowing water, but this one doesn't make ANY sound at all!! And the larger capacity is great for a multi-pet household! I previously had several smaller fountains that I would have to refill a couple of times each day. But with the 4-gallon tank, I only need one! I've had it for a week now, and only have to add water every 1-1/2 to 2 days!

So far so good. Works as described. My dogs and cats were a little leary at first but came around within the first day. I like its 4 gal capacity. I was changing water in my regular bowls 5+ times a day.Will update with anything further. I’ve only had it for a week.

We have two big dogs. One of whom love to drink with her snout set deeply in the bowl, sometimes with a mouthful of drool.After an easy setup, we plugged the fountain in and our girl walked up and took a regular drink. For the first time in the four years of having her, there was no puddles of water around the bowl and no drool mucus floating in the water.To us, the quality of water is better than ever! Our dogs are trained to protect us, they are to alert on noises, this machine has no noise! Even our cats will drink from it.We check the filters after the first day and realized how easy this will be easy to clean.One thing we highly recommend is to purchase extra filters when you buy your machine. I noticed that they are difficult afterwards.If you’re good handyman, you can find a temporary fix until replacements come back out if necessary.

I’ve got a 90 lb Doodle that never would drink out of his bowl, favoring instead the mountain spring water we always go by on our walks. And since he drinks like a horse, I thought this 4 gal dog water fountain might be the ticket. And bingo! He loves the moving water and drinks just as heartily as he did at the stream. The unit is barely audible (at least to human ears) and has performed flawlessly. The fact that it is constantly filtering the water is definitely a big plus. It is definitely worth the modest price!
