So happy with this device. I bought an extra one for my wife. I have run flats on my car and this is perfect for keeping the tires filled properly when the temperature changes outside. I also picked up a couple of nails this past year and it was a life saver in keeping my tires going until I could get to the shop to repair them.

The description and pictures show that it can do up to 150 psi and even one of the images shows 100 psi. However this device only goes up to 50 psi.

I could have figured it out even without the instruction booklet, because the buttons and screen are thoughtfully designed and they make sense. The hose clamps onto my car tire stem valves perfectly every time. And it's powerful. Today, for example, after I washed my two cars, I checked 8 tires and added air to 4 or 5 of them. The battery was 2/3 full when I started and it was still 2/3 full when I finished.Also, it's super super handy that the setting can be changed to step down the force so I can use it on a bicycle, exercise ball, or inflatable dog toy. That's something our big compressor cannot do, and I can bring this inflator to the object rather than bringing the object to the garage. Also helpful that I can plug it into the car's electric outlet if battery isn't charged when I need to use it on the road.The only thing I'm not sure of is how accurate the gauge is. I used a basic handheld tire gauge on all 8 tires and compared the readings to the portable inflator, and they don't read the same. The portable compressor reads a lower psi than the manual tire gauge, by several lbs. But that's ok with me because I always have a manual tire gauge in my car, and if I use it in conjunction with the compressor, I won't over-inflate the tires. Plus, one of my cars has a TPM (tire pressure monitor) on all 4 tires, so I can see what psi the car reads on the screen on my dash.It's incredibly convenient to have such a small, powerful compressor that I use cordlessly.

The portable air compressor arrived quickly, was packaged as expected, and undamaged. The air pump arrived charged up and ready to go. We did not use it initially. After a while, we had a flat fire on our wheelbarrow. We saw that it had lost some charge so we attempted to use it anyway. The thing was not inflating very quickly. It started to drain the battery. We pt it back on the charger and ended up getting a real compressor out and blowing the tire up. I do not see how this could blow up any car tire. Maybe a bicycle tire. It would not even blow up the wheelbarrow's tire!
