We have upstairs cats and downstairs cats. Since all of our cats are rescues and we don't control when and how they enter our lives, unfortunately the cats don't aways get along. We bought this for our upstairs cats since we needed something to hold a good amount of water for them to drink. I had a cheap water dispenser but I found out the jug was not for repeated use (which is weird since that's the literal purpose). That bothered me so I made sure to find something that was made with safe plastic. The unit is nicely packaged and is very durable. It also comes with a long brush & sponge to help with cleaning the jug which is a nice addition. The jug holds a large amount of water and it can be a bit heavy to carry up the stairs when filled with water, but it isn't too bad. It also has a steel drinking bowl which I really like as well. So far the dispenser functions flawlessly. At $33 it's not cheap but it also isn't a bad price to pay for a quality product.

This is great. I got it for the stainless steel bowl because I recently learned that plastic harbors lots of bacteria that can lead to kidney disease and all that.. it’s big and looks nice. Animals like it

Very strange smell when i first received it.. after washing it out it has disappeared and not returned 🙏 I can see how it will fail the plunger where the water comes from will inevitably fail and leak when removing the bottle to refill. Mine does not leak at all but even the one in the official product video on the store page is leaking when tipped upside down. Love that the tray is removable and can be cleaned easily as my dog drools alot and is not very clean when drinking, way easier to rinse the tray than dump her bowl every day!

This water dispenser has been awesome for my dog. It holds plenty of water, so I don’t have to refill it constantly, and the bowl always stays full. The tank lifts out easily for quick refills, no twisting or mess. It’s also super easy to clean and looks nice in the corner of our kitchen. It’s sturdy and doesn’t slide around, even when my dog gets a little excited. Overall, a great buy for any dog owner who wants something simple and effective!

Larger water capacity. The material looks durable and my cat learned how to use it immediately. I really appreciate the stainless steel bowl. It's much more hygienic than plastic, easy to clean, and seems very durable. The gravity-fed design works flawlessly. It's truly "noise-free" as advertised, which is a bonus, and the water dispenses smoothly into the bowl as it's consumed.

This is the best pet water dish I've owned. I have a 1 year old Labradoodle and a cat, the water lasts them a few days at a time before refilling (7L). It's extremely easy to assemble and fill with water. I've read a few reviews regarding the plastic not staying in place but it does snap in, you just have to push in the sides a bit (I've lifted the entire thing by the plastic while it's full of water and it doesn't come off, it's very secure). The metal dish is easily removable and simple to clean. My previous water dishes only had the plastic bowl for drinking out of, I found buildup was alot harder to remove, with this it cleans right off and it's more sanitary. Another great feature is the fact you can fill the bottle itself and bring it over to your water dish. No more carrying the entire dish over to your sink to screw on the bottom and spilling water when you flip it over. The cap for the bottle makes it completely spill proof even when flipped upside down (unless you push down on the cap). I can also appreciate the cleaning brush it comes with and it's great looking aesthetic. Pup and cat approved!

Automatic water dispenser arrived in a reasonable amount of time.It was fairly easy to assemble.It seems to work well.Our cat got used to it and seems happy to drink from it.

This watering station for our pets is excellent. The jug isn’t so heavy to carry and is easy to turn upside down to put in the holder. It never floods. No mess!

I have an orange cat who loved to knock and tip our last one over any chance he got. This one. I have waited to see if he would or could tip it. He has not been able to. Its been many months. No more waking up and stepping in water. Definitely recommend buying this

This water dispenser does the job. I just wish my cats would stop putting their paws in it.
