Excellent. I have been suffering with severe sciatica in my left leg and lower back pain due to herniated disk. Although, this will not magically cure your issue, it does provide relief - especially after a long day or anytime the pain spikes. The combined sensation of heat and massage helps to alleviate that pain, and allowing for short term relief or rest on your back. I have been using this for 3 weeks nightly and have noticed its effect. It is powerful, the massage and traction will make a difference to anyone using the product. Word of caution for the heat - it runs very hot, and you should use a protective layer between yourself and the massager pillow. Usbc power area works infrequently. It seems like the wiring inside came loose. Sometimes if adjusted just right it turns on but mostly it will not even turn on.It is a great product whe. It works so it is upsetting this occurred only after a month of use.
