The brush is simply incredible; it comes in a very nice and practical travel case. The brush is easy to use and lightweight. It has a locking system to prevent accidental activation. Once I turn it on, I leave it for a few minutes to reach the suggested temperature, in my case 200 degrees Celsius. The case includes recommended temperatures based on hair type. The brush reaches up to 230 degrees Celsius, but it takes a while to cool down after use, during which time I recommend not storing it. Also, the charging time is a bit long. The battery lasts for several days, and the straightening effect lasts for several days as well. My hair is left silky and straight, and I haven't noticed any damage. However, it's a bit difficult to straighten the roots; in this respect, it's more challenging than a flat iron, but it's still achievable.

I’m pleased to report that Amazon did right by me, granting me a much-deserved refund. The major negative for me is that after each use, I have to charge the straightener, which takes hours upon hours upon hours! No, I don’t know exactly how many, but it’s a darn long time!That said, I think some buyers use the straightener more like a hair brush, but I actually section my hair out to get the straightest, most frizz-free hair possible. It takes longer to do it my way, so of course that’ll drain the battery more quickly.Overall, though, the straightener does a good job, and it makes my wicked-frizzy hair look pretty sleek.I also enjoy the diminutive size of the straightener - it’s not a big ol’ clunky tool like my previous one - and having no electrical cord to contend with is nice.
