The E300 is an awesome bidet for the price. It’s simple to use with all the controls built in. It’s the slimmest profile bidet seat I’ve seen yet. It looks great! The install kit is top notch quality, and the seat mount stays in place, like it should. The spray is very powerful, water and seat nice and toasty. The only feature it doesn’t have that would be nice is the ability to adjust the nozzle position. I probably shouldn’t tell you, but this is the SAME EXACT bidet as the Bio Bidet BB500, which sells for more than double the price. this one is just branded RIVIX. I bought one for each bathroom in the house and one as a spare, for parts down the road.

I've been using the Rivix electric bidet toilet seat for over two weeks now, and it's been a fantastic addition to my bathroom. The heated seat (with adjustable temperature) is so comfortable, especially during colder mornings. The warm water cleaning functions work perfectly—both rear and feminine wash are gentle and effective.Installation was straightforward—I did it myself in about 20 minutes using the included instructions. The self-cleaning nozzle is a nice feature, and the LED night light is surprisingly useful. The slow-close lid is a small but appreciated detail too.So far, no issues with performance. The build quality feels solid, and the 5-year warranty gives me peace of mind. Definitely recommend if you're looking for an affordable smart bidet seat!

I do love this bidet. Heated seat, heated water and it saves on toilet paper. There is one drawback and I have tried to contact the manufacturer. There is an arm that shoots out and disburses the water. Apparently that arm cannot be adjusted. The seat can be adjusted forward and back, but the arm cannot be. And it shoots the water out further than I then I needed to so I have to scoot forward on the seat hit the sweet spot. I’ll leave it at that.

I read the reviews and we decided to accept the beeping noises everyone hates because it was lower cost. How I wish that was the worst of the problems.What is not mentioned is how the cord cannot be modified per your needs. The cord is set on the left side of the unit and cannot be modified in any capacity. So, for those of us with electrical outlets on the other side, this is a disaster. I am referring to the left side of your toilet as if you were sitting on it, not the left side if you are standing up looking at the toilet. Those are two different sides, so pay attention.Due to the above issues, the cord has to be behind the lid, in front of the tank, and ran up across the toilet. It's an eyesore for sure. And over time, this would definitely mess with the cord and probably cause an electrical issue...Additionally, the toilet seat shape is such a bad design that it sits too far back. No matter how we adjusted it, it never has enough clearance when opening the lid which has a bit of curve (and shouldn't), to just open it and go to the bathroom. Instead, you have to open it and hold it open. Then you add in the cord issues I just mentioned above, and the result is ridiculous. So you need to use one hand to pull your clothes down and the other to keep the toilet seat held open while you place yourself further back than you normally do, so you can prop the seat open as you sit down. Sounds pretty comfy and convenient, doesn't it?On top of that, it is such an odd design that the front part of the toilet seat where your legs are at, is so slim that it doesn't even cover the toilet underneath it. It is too skinny. So the underside of your porcelain toilet is visible because the fit is so strange. Mind you, I do not have any unique or quirky toilet, it is just a standard toilet.Only the back of the seat heats up and that is it. And it only stays warm for a few hours and the heat stops heating. It is the winter! We wanted a warm seat!Lastly, and this really makes me so upset, IT DOESN'T WORK. It heats up the seat at the back only, for temporarily moments of time. The light comes on. The dumb beeping happens, but IT DOES NOT SPRAY WATER AT ALL! The spray nozzles don't even come out or attempt to come out. It just dribbles some water down without any nozzles ever coming out. It simply does not work. All of that, and it doesn't even function?! You must be kidding me.So this is the absolute biggest eyesore, and most complicated way of holding your toilet seat open, all for a lighted toilet bowl. And unfortunately for us we packed it up and forgot about it so we missed the return time. This supposedly has a 5 year guarantee, so I will update what they have to say.
