This is very sturdy and portable! Great value and superb relaxation! Adjustable and has 24 heads! 9 different modes adjust to your comfort! Helps relieve pain and tension!

I was honestly surprised by how strong this massager is. It’s very powerful and does a great job loosening tight muscles, especially after a long day or workout. The different heads and settings are nice, and once you find the right combo, it really delivers.That said, it’s a bit awkward to use on your own back. It took some trial and error to figure out how to hold it comfortably and hit the right spots without straining my arms. It’s easier if someone helps you or if you’re using it on legs, shoulders, or arms.Overall, it’s a solid massager with serious power, just not the most ergonomic for solo back use. Still a great value for the strength you get.

It's just OK. Works fine to loosen up a tight muscle after a workout, but is not a "deep tissue massage gun". And the 9 modes are just varying pulse lengths and varied strength. There is also no "set" or accessories to speak of. You get the massager and a USB cord to charge it.Based on the photos, I was hoping for more varied action, with one little module working against the others etc. down the line.Yes, it's easy and convenient, but my kia honestly provides a better massage for my lower back, and a small handheld gun with a single knob does a better job of working out knots in tight muscles.

This handheld deep tissue massage gun packs a big punch for a convenient, at-home massage on demand!! I honestly didn't expect that it would be this awesome! We ordered the deep tissue massage set for my son for Christmas, after he opened it, it quickly became the greatest gift of the day! Our daughter and son-in-law decided to check it out and after trying it out on a few of the optional massage modes, they wanted one as well!I like that instead of being the standard overly bulky, handheld that becomes top heavy and a workout in itself , this is offers handles on both sides and the area it covers, it can easily be placed behind you on your lumber, upper back, legs etc, without having to hold and guide it during the entire massage, while remaining relaxed and comfortable! That in itself is worth it in my opinion! It is easily operated so you don't have to rely on a second set of hands and provides 9 different modes to adjust to your comfort level. It's also lightweight making it easy to maneuver on the spot.We've only had this a few weeks so unfortunately, I'm unable to speak to it's life longevity, but can say it seems very high quality and durable enough for everyday use.We've already placed another order to send to our daughter and son-in-law so they have their own to enjoy! Being new parents, with a new house, and both working, they can absolutely use an in-home, free masseuse! Well, well worth it!

Feels pretty good while sitting up with it behind your back, but it has too many downsides.While charging, it just keeps flashing 88 and I have no idea how full the battery is getting. It seems to take a long while for a full charge and really doesnt seem to last long. The speed and variety setting are not very intuitive and the instructions are useless. The first 3 setting are only for the red light intensity, I think, and the rest have slightly different patterns.The motor isn't strong enough to lay on and you'd need another person to hold it down if you want to use it while prone.Sitting upright with it behind you in a chair seems to be the best way to use this massager. So long as there's not too much pressure to stop the wimpy motor. The soft balls are comfortable and doesnt hurt my spine at all. It seems to be good for giving light tissue massages, which feel pretty good, but doesnt actually do much for pain or discomfort. At least for me and two other people in my household that I let use it.There are far too many better products out there for me to recomend this one, especially at this price point.

I had very little expectation from it, but after using it I am glad that it proved me wrong. It helps especially if someone else hold it and moves it over to your body. It feels kind of flimsy sometimes, but after using it for over a month, I think this is of good quality and will last. The vibration level is good from low to high and will have something for everyone. The battery life is decent so far and usually last me 4-5 uses before It needs a recharge. The size and functionality of the entire unit is to the point. It has done wonders since my made in Canada unit which was 4 times more expensive than this developed a faulty switch which cannot be repaired. It helps with my pain relief and even after a month, I feel this is going to be a great addition.

I thought this might be the perfect size to put it up against the arm of the couch and lean back into it to really work on my lower back. While I can, and it does work alright, I can't lean fully back due to the massaging arms slowing down or stopping altogether. It remains a good size for a larger area to work on. It has several different settings for both red light therapy and massage. It works alright, but it seems to need more power to do what I wanted.I appreciate the 10 minute timer that is built in, but I like to have 2, 3, or more massage sessions at once. I think this was a better massager than most ive tried due to the size and the price point.

I have been playing with this massage gun and when it says deep tissue it means it. It is a very powerful device. I don't think I could actually use it on the highest setting myself, low is good for me. It comes with a simple instruction paper. It includes how to charge it, turn it on, and change modes. So to find a mode that I like for the area I am using it on I cycle through and just try it. It has a time limit of 10 minute that will automatically shut it of and you can move on to the next area. The time limit is for safety and to avoid injury of over doing it. I do appreciate that since sometime I can't tell when it is too much until it is too late. Always can take a long break and use it again. For me a single charge seems to last more than a couple of days. I check into the red light and it is just an intensity visual when using the deeper settings. I do not feel that it is infrared or red light therapy. However since I stay on the low setting that may be the reason. It is quality built and work like a boss. I don't think I would use it directly on my neck, either below (top of the shoulders) or place a towel or small pillow to soften it a bit. I believe that people who can get true deep tissue muscle messages will love this. It does have a bit of weight to it, but it can be placed on, or maneuvered to work out your calf, arm, back or whatever muscle while it works. The automatic shut off gives me a confident feeling that it is safer for those unfamiliar with this type devise to use. Mom loves it for her knee. A very intense well designed durable machine.
