I really wanted this to work as I have some back issues that this could have helped with. Unfortunately it just doesn't. It might have been better if it wasn't all one piece. I tried it in two different chair types, one at home and one in my office, and it just didn't work in either of them. I feel like i no longer fit in my chair with it there, despite the cushioning it's not comfortable at all, it doesn't feel supportive or like it's correcting posture or anything it just feels like it's pushing me out of my chair. The bottom cushion might have worked okay on it's own, but attached to the top part it's just taking up a lot of space. I had already planned to say this would have been better as black so it blended better with most office chairs, but that was not going to influence my rating. The rating is solely based on this really not working. Function aside, it does seem to be well constructed. The bottom has a nonslip material, maybe it would work for a smaller person. my office chair is normally quite roomy so i'm not huge by any means but i'm not tiny either, and as I said i just feel like i don't fit in my seat anymore with this thing in it.

As the title says, I have mixed feelings about the Synna seat cushion.On the plus side, it is extremely well constructed, very comfortable, and I believe it would provide a lot of support for a 'smaller' person. It has a ribbed bottom to keep it from slipping around on the chair and a cut-out for your tailbone to help take away any pressure.Now for the negative side... While it does measure 16.5 inches from front to back, this is very deceiving. The back is about 2.5 inches thick, effectively making the depth of the seat only about 14 inches from from to back. I'm six feet tall, and when sitting on this cushion it only goes about halfway down my calf... making for a very uncomfortable two inch drop-off 'seam' to the front edge of the chair for my leg. This isn't what the pictures on the product page depict - those pictures made the seat cushion appear to be much larger - so I can only conclude they are photoshopped or AI generated. For this price point they would be much better off providing accurate information instead of these misleading photos - I can only believe the return rate will be high when shoppers expect this cushion to fit in their chair much like the pictures.Do I recommend the Synna Seat Cushion? Carefully measure your calf and if you're around 14 inches from the back of your knee to the back of your buttocks - you should find this to be an excellent product. If you're over 14 inches in length - take your chances!

I have a seat cushion and a mesh back support attachment on my desk chair and thought it would be great to have them connected so I wasn't having to adjust 2 things all the time. And this cushion is great for that. It shipped vacuum sealed and fluffed up immediately upon removal from the packaging, but I left it for 48 hours before sitting on it to let the foam fully expand.However, the seat part of this only covers about 2/3 of the seat of the desk chair (my old cushion was almost the same size as the chair seat) and because of how narrow it gets at the back of the seat where it connects to the lumbar part, it doesn't really provide support if you're not sitting perfectly in the middle of it.It is thick and really seems to be a quality foam. The cover is nice and thick too -its a heavy quality spandex. Aestheically, it's cute - I think it looks like a little cat head. I like how the lumbar part feels but I don't fit on the seat part. It seems like it is child sized.Because it is well made and looks nice, I think it deserves a good rating. Because it's so small, I don't think it's something most people would find helpful/useful. I'm sure for smaller framed people or kids, it would be fine. I'm taller with wider hips and shoulders, so I'm not quite proportionate to it.

Very soft and comfy, helps a ton with the bottoming out issue I have with my desk chair without adding too much height to my seating position. Quality feels great, although the thinness of the fabric covering doesn't inspire the most confidence for longevity, but I'll have to wait and see how it holds up. No odd smell after unpacking, and it decompressed fully in less than an hour. My only complaints are the thinness of the fabric cover, and the medical color scheme makes it look like something that would be in a hospital.
