I regularly use this product to aid in sleep. However this time the product I recived was dried out with a grainy outer texture making me wonder if it was an old product or had been exposed to excessive heat. Al’s most of the gummy’s were stuck together in a clump again making me wonder if it was in a too hot warehouse, this was ordered during wintertime so it wasn’t exposed to heat in shipping. The expiration date on this product was only 8 months out from the purchase date, so I do need to make sure I use it quickly. The flavor is great, a berry type flavor, not too sweet. However as mentioned this batch was grainy. Overall good product, just this batch wasn’t as nice as what I typically receive when ordering.

Can’t sleep without them!

I order these every couple of months and I never know what I’m going to get. Sometimes they’re very fresh and soft and easy to chew and then other times I get a bag like the one l just received - the Gummies are as hard as rubber bullets and it takes a lot of chewing to break them down. I wish I could always get a bag of fresh, soft, easy to chew Gummies. I will still keep ordering them though because I can’t sleep without them, unfortunately. You know they’re not fresh when they look like the ones in the photo I provided.

These have been a game changer for me! I still have a couple times a month where I have trouble sleeping, but the vast majority of nights, I'm able to get a full night's rest, which is unheard of for me. I'd tried melatonin before with no luck so was hesitant to try these, but I think the dosage was the issue. 5 mg seems to be perfect for me.
