At first I was not crazy about these, I thought they were too long and not such a great fit for larger women.The fit for larger women (width of the pad) has been a pet peeve of mine as well as the wings not really being long enough to do anything effective enough to keep the pad from coming loose and flipping over or falling completely out of my pants - or even worse, into the toilet!But as my needs changed, I began to appreciate these over all the other incontinence pads because they work. I am 70 years old and sometimes i get right to the bathroom door and my body decides it's already on the toilet when it isn't. These pads save the day and make it possible to not have to hassle with wearing actual incontinence underwear. Thank you for that, Poise!Also, the way these are made - they make sure the wings can not and do not absorb any moisture. That is a big plus that they designed these to keep moisture where it does not belong. These pads also hold enough for a full bladder release as long as you do not urinate forcefully. Hey, it happens. Fortunately it only happened once, hopefully never again! And if you do wet them, be assured they will not leak or release moisture till you have a chance to change them as long as they are not "full". If they have captured a large amount of moisture, they will start to get a bit unstable, so in that case, change them right away. A little leakage will not be felt and they seem to keep odor at bay.But these pads do the job beautifully. When they get wet, it is hard to tell if they actually are wet which is good - but a color change might help make it obvious.These stay in place and the wings are just enough to actually connect on the opposite side. The wings stick to each other which ensures the pad will not fall out or away from where they belong.If you are a customer, you can stop reading here - the rest is for the manufacturer- but certainly read on to see if you agree with my assesments!If the Manufacturer is paying attention to these reviews, I have a few things they need to partly attention to.1. Put the actualy pad measurements on the box and in the descriptions. Measurements of width at the center, length and measurement of the wings, as well!2. Make the wings a bit longer! Not everyone is skinny! Big girl underwear needs a wider pad with longer wings! And there should be the option of wings on EVERY pad!3. The way these keep moisture away from the wings by having a kind of separator on each side - run with this idea and make the whole pad keep everything as contained as possible! Add this feature to every pad you make!4. Have actual larger women and older women who can articulate their needs test these pads! Have your designers speak to us about our needs! There is more that i won't put here, but this industry needs to improve from actual useful size measurements ON THE box or bag, to the actual materials used on the pad like listing substances used for absorbtion, deodorizors, glued and dyes. If talcum powder can cause cancer by just applying to the outside of your private parts, then what can a pad do that is pressed against your sensitive private parts?5. The pads need to be wider at each end, not longer. I do not like a pad that touches my navel or sticks out the back of my jeans.6. Add a color change indicator to the pad when it becomes wet.7. On long pads, put the glue at both ends of the pad and on the wings but heavy glue is not really in the center so much. Maybe sell underwear with light velcro for the ends and the wings to attach to. I don't know how great velcro will actually be - just kicking ideas out there.8. Lastly - this is in reference toincontinence pants or adult "diapers" - your one size fits most XL/XXL is hearbreakingly insulting. The pants need to at least be able to stay secure around the waist without rolling down or being difficult to pull up - and some people cannot lift their leg high enough to put on a pair - my suggestion is to have one side open like a baby's diaper that has a wide and long enough velcro enclosure for easy on/easy off!The velcro can even be a reusable feature. Supply a certain number with each box and make it secure enough that it stays in place yet is removable and reusable. Maybe make the adult diapers in sizes just like the sizes in the underwear industry. And remember, large people need larger pants! Not everybody is shaped the same way! Not every older person can do what younger people can do, the same goes for people with other disabilities!Thanks for listening!

I’m so glad that they have made a slimmer long over night pad! It is more comfortable and does the job well. If you have overnight full Pad problems. I don’t know if it would work as good as the thicker ones.I can use these when I go out of the house for the day without feeling, everybody can see that I have a pad on and the wings stay in place so they’ll shift around because I’m getting in and out of the car to go shopping or what have you.

I was seriously impressed with the comfort and security of the pad. I really like the "wings" to help keep the pad in place. But what really impressed me, was (I believe) by placing the pad correctly on the underwear, was how well the pad contained "severe accidents" with no leaks! I have tried several brands both known and generic with no such luck.

Pros: the extra length is great. It's up way front to way back. No leakage or chance for leakage.Great absorbency.. Great odor controlCon: hate..hate the wings. Why put the wings in the middle of the pad?. Not every woman is made the same!. Do you know where the wings fit on my underwear?. Almost in the back not in in the middle. You need to follow always pads. They put the wings further up front not in the middle.2nd make the back a bit wider not narrow. These are night pads nobody is going to adjust the pad in the middle of the night when they sleep.

These pads are ultra thin but do the job of pads 3x the size.

Thin, Comfortable and works well for accidents. What more can you want in this type of pad

Be aware of a change made in the design. They are now longer, with 2 wing sections, making placement awkward The top portion pulls out of place leaving you unprotected. No instructions, or advertisement has been provided on the new design. The box looks exactly the same so you don't know you have the new design, until you open it. I have 3 boxes of this product which I reeally dislike. I hope they get enough complaints to make the previous padsavailable again, or at least offer it as an option. I never experienced a problem with the old version.

I find that in the back it shifts. And I end up leaking off the side. The length fr me could be longer. Adhesive in the center sometimes is so strong when removing the pad it rips. Yet the back does not adhere enough to stay in place when moving around alot through the day. I personally find when I am sitting my urine mostly comes out forward. When I'm lounging or sleeping my urine flows center and back. I don't know if others have this same issue?With all that said I find this better then the Always brand, the wings help. The inner walls. Do help the urine from having leaks off the side.Now if the could just improve a smidgen it would be perfect.As for sudden bursts of urine due to how my body urinates, I do have leakage off the front usually. Getting out of bed or after prolonged sitting i just can't move fast enough to get to the bathroom fast enough and the stress of getting up causes extreme gushing. Hope this helps.

These are the bomb. No bulkiness no leaks all night long. In fact these are so comfortable I wear them night and day. The answer to my prayers!

These are awesome! have been waiting for someone to make them with wings! These do not move, they stick very very well. Are thin, absorbent and very comfortable.

Tried numerous brands & this one excels them all. Comfortable & absorbing!

These pads are GARBAGE!! First, they are more costly than the older “8” pads. Secondly, they absorb nothing!! I thought they would be more convenient for use when out traveling or attending an event. Probably they would work if I carried several with me so they could be changed every time I felt the “urge”, but the timing is not always convenient, if you know what I mean. Do yourselves a favour and save your money!!

This size are great for overnight! And they're thin which I like, not as bulky as some of the Poise pads I've used.
