Alright. My headline isn't completely accurate...this sprayer has ALMOST paid for itself in the amount of paint saved. My wife and I have bought and renovated 4 houses in our 20 years of marriage. We don't mind buying ugly places that just need some TLC and lots of elbow grease to fix up. In all of thise time we have painted dozens of rooms. And I mean many dozens. Always by hand. NEVER AGAIN.Just to be aware: it's going to take a lot more time in taping tarping/plasticing off than I have ever had to do before. We spent 6 hours taping off a pretty large bathroom with tons of woodwork (upper and lower trim, chair rail, and all of the other pains that come with a bathroom). Typically this would have been done in about 3 hours. I was really questioning whehter or not it was worth it. And then I did the primer. Nice and even coat that completely covered all of the walls in less than an hour. Now this was a bathroom that was bare drywall so I figured we would need at least two coats of paint. Nope. Paint coat covered perfectly with only 1 pass and took about 1 and 1/2 hours. We used less than a half a gallon of paint and aobut the same for the primer.Cleanup was a bit of a hassle but honestly it took far less time than cleaning out brushes and we didn't waste tons of paint that would have been soaked up by rollers. The second time I had to clean it, I think it was about 10 minutes total.Pros:-Saving time on painting was awesome. No tedious edging. No dripping of paint from rollers. No brush strokes to try and fix. And only one coat of paint. I've never experienced this before...If I wasn't so attached to my wife, I might consider proposing to the sprayer.-Ease of use. I was way more worried than I should have been. This thing was a breeze to use.-Saving on money. Seriously this project should have used at least double what we actually sprayed.-Weight. Just to be clear: I'm a pretty big dude with a above average strength. This thing is beefy but feels great in the hand. My wife probably would have needed to take a break from painting after a while (it's a decent sized master bathroom with a "water closet" that we also painted) but I had no problem with one go. I will admit that the next day my forearm was a bit sore, but mostly it was just the continous smooth motion. My guess is that when I tackle bigger rooms closer together it will no longer be a problem.-Wearability. This thing will last a long time if properly maintained. I cleaned out the whole thing very well and it looks brand new....well, at least the internal workings. The outside is already misted with paint. I could scrub it off, but it's a tool and I don't mind if it looks a bit used.-Very little overspray. It does mist (see below in the cons) but I could easily see the sharp end of the spray section. My wife and I were a bit zealous in our use of plastic in the bathroom (it was the first time I've every used a sprayer like this before). Next time we can pull it back a bit.Cons:-This thing has a pretty useless guide. The pictures are far to small and there just isn't a whole lot there. But the basics of how to use it are included and the language was at least pretty clear. Mostly I just played with it until I had it figured out.-MIst. I know that I had the power cranked too high, but it made the whole room look foggy (and I was using a junky respirator that didn't properly seal. Given the lines of paint alongside my nostrils and the amount of coughing I did for the next several days, my lungs got a unhealthy amount of pain spray in them). I would suggest turning it down a bit as well as buying a decent respirator made for spray paint.-Tip clogged. It wasn't specifically a clog, but a strang build up that would start hindering the spray. I had to pull it off a couple of times. I would notice that there was a light amount of paint on one of the sides of the sides of my paint trail and would clear it off again. A bit annoying but not worth reducing the raiting.Overall: excellent purchase ecspecially for the price. I would definitly buy it again. But I also need to buy a better respirator before my next painting adventure.

We waited a bit to review this and see how well it worked. We bought it to repaint our balcony railing and sides along with the under side of our carport and privacy fence. We used outdoor latex Valspar paint and it has worked really well. Practice with the nozzle to get the spray you want. Practice on the grass or some leftover cardboard from Amazon boxes you want to recycle. Quick and easy to use. If you are doing big areas remember to get extra paint as it comes out in an air sprayer, not like painting with a paint brush. You will need a couple of coats but it looks professionally done and this was with my hubby and kids helping!!

Easy to use and easy to clean. Although the cleaning took a little longer than to paint the wall. It’s all about the prep before the spraying.Highly recommend.

I picked this particular unit up due to its price point and compact design and was pleasantly surprised by its performance. I needed a sprayer that could apply external latex paint to a fence - I would fill the reservoir almost to the last marking and then add about a cup of water to thin the latex paint which seemed to perform well for my purposes, but it was likely not necessary for operation as the sprayer seemed more than capable. The motor was also surprisingly smooth and not bone jarring like other hand held sprayers I’d previously owned. It does get a bit heavy after prolonged use but I found that I’d be forced to take a break to refill the paint reservoir before really getting to that point. It comes with a viscosity checking tool, several filters and 4 different nozzle sizes and maintenance parts. The build quantity feels really good - like comparable to $200+ units easily.. nice features such as removable/cleanable filters to keep the internals safe were a nice bonus. The included manual was well written albeit some parts needed a magnifying glass to read. All in all this is a great paint sprayer for most jobs around the house!

Use sprayer once, it worked fine. Cleaned it. A month later set up sprayer, it work for about 1 min then the motor started to run and stop run and stop. The motor finally just stop and would not run any more. Used it for a total of 3 minutes all together. Clearly very poor quality control.

Maybe it is me but it spat out splattered paint not smooth. I think one gets what one pays for. This is relatively inexpensive and doesn't really work that well

I have wanted to try a spray painter for a long time but they all looked like a pain to clean up. After some research, I finally took the plunge and got this one and I am not sorry! I spent an hour the night before masking my dining room doors, ceilings and floors with tape and plastic and less than an hour overall to paint the entire dining room. And due to being a newbie with sprayers, I wound up doing a third coat in some places. The paint job is even and I was able to spray right up to (even over) the blue tape and had very little bleed. Most of the lines are clean and sharp. I am not a strong woman. I am also not a spring chicken but I was able to work with the gun the whole time without tiring - even carrying it up and down the ladder and hold it up high to reach out peeked ceilings. Refilling was easy peasy and so was clean up. I am now looking forward to painting the rest of the rooms and ceilings that need it!!

Actually I was very on good way surprised how it worked out it worked very well !! I used for seal wooden fence , seal concrete pavers, paint garage doors honestly it worked very well and saved me a lot of time and money

Cumple con las especificaciones y el producto es de buena calidad. Lo malo es que el instructivo no es multilingüe y tampoco aparece en la página de internet.

Lo use solamente 2 días y se quemo ya no prendió

Lo use una sola vez en el segundo piso y el polvo blanco de pintura llego hasta la planta baja. Sigo limpiando, casi dos semandlas despues, de hecho use menos pintura con el rodillo que con esta cosa. Ademas, las intrucciones no son coaras, no lo recomiendo.
